It’s is fun I have been there multiple time as of when it first opened around 5 years ago. and me bring 15 and a large human, the largest sock size barely fits me. you need to get bigger socks for bigger people. And you have to wear the socks, that’s just a heavy down fall. they should be free if it’s your first time since they added the socks. That would be fair

Pretty cool! Our 5 year old loved it and even I had a good time! Theres different separate bounce areas and they all offer something different and fun. Just watch out for the bottom of the foam pits, you dont really want to see the bottom. ;)

Here for a kids party. They had a good time, the party host was attentive and knowledgeable. Overall its a fun place for kids 2-14ish, and parents can also go in/on the sets for older kids so it works for the family too. Smells a bit latex-y

If you have kids this is a great place for them to burn off some energy. Whether just bouncing around, doing some dodgeball, shooting hoops, or trying your hand at an obstacle course. You kids will find something they enjoy!!! Plenty of parking!!!

Great place to bring the kids to get out their energy! Clean, friendly staff, different areas for different ages and degrees of difficulty. Birthday party rooms available. Pizza brought in for party is delicious. Everyone must wear socks with grippy bottoms. They sell there for $4. Always tons of fun. Try to find special offers or discounts because it does get a bit pricey. Highly recommend

Ive taken my kids to many trampoline parks, but this one is our favorite by far. The park is a great size that is laid out with so much for kids to do. Great parent area too. Good luck with the ninja course area -- the hard course is soooo difficult, but it had me trying and trying...

Have brought my kids here several times, and they love it. They are young and so are kept in the kids area as they are not old enough to play in the other areas, but even in this smaller space there is still plenty to do.Price is on par with other trampoline parks, there are also plenty of drink and food options from the vending machines. Also lots of parking

While my children had fun, it was not a great experience. The jumping areas are actually quite small compared to other trampoline parks, and theyre jam packed with kids. I expected it to be busy considering it was a weekend, but the staff were also extremely inattentive. As most parents seem completely uninterested in supervising their little ones, it was often awkward and dangerous. We will probably never return to this place and stick with other similar venues.

All associates are friendly and helpful the facility always is clean. They had 6 parties scheduled at same time frame on a Sunday which made usual line time longer to get a chance to jump overall still a great contribution to the area and plenty exercise for the kiddos

Kids loved this place and so did I! Wish there was one closer to me, big smiles were on my kids faces the entire time they were here.

The place was fun for children. Lots of rooms for different activities. Although when we went 3 rooms were blocked off. There are vending machines where you can purchase drinks for the kids. And lockers/cubbies to place personal belongings in. Recommended

Great place the kids have so much to do to keep themselves so busy. This place a blessing to parents.

Prices went up and they removed the nice area they had for parents to wait in.

My kids are 16.. 17 .. And 19 and they had a blast!! We were there for an hour and a half and lets just say.. if you want to wear your teens out and have them pass out at a normal time like they used to when they were toddlers.. This is the place to take them!! Lol we already plan on going again next week!!!

Great place to bring the kids but if you are bringing different ages be prepared to split! Our little ones had a great time. We have a 7 year old and a 2 year old, there are designated spaces for each age group. The only thing that’s keeping me from giving 5 stars is we had some pretty big kids in the tot space that prevented my child from being able to bounce freely without a big kid making her fall. Other than that we had a great time and will be returning!

Horrible Place. I went to one in Philadelphia and it was way more funnier. The stuff are very rude and I was followed around the whole time I was here with my kids. They didnt like it at all. They liked the one in Philadelphia way more. So Ill be taking them all the way back to Philadelphia next time they wanna bounce.

Its a very nice place. However its kind of crazy that my five year old had to stay in this tiny baby area. There was nothing for her to do which caused us to leave before our time. I will not be returning here cause there is more fun at other places for a couple dollars more. The two stars is because they care about safety, nothing more.

This is a go-to activity for myself and my family. Staff is wonderful. The kids have a blast and are exhausted by days end. Happy kids equal a happy home!

This place was being very bipolar I came here once filling my own waver out I came her a second time and the person with me didn’t have to fill one at all the third I came with needed an adult to do it. If your going to have a certain way to get in make everyone do it

Nice place kids love it but need to be careful for injuries they make you sign a waiver basically saying they are not responsible if you are hurt. Staff is nice. Its a good place to celebrate Birthday parties.

I brought my nephews here last summer and they loved it. I had fun too.i honestly thought the facility was going to be dirtier than it was due to all the kids going there but it was very clean. Im very happy that I brought my nephews there.

Real great. Staff make sure you’re safe. They follow you around. Just remember one person at a time in the foam pit and you’ll be okay. Lost wallet there and got it back the next day. There is a Sonic 20 minutes down the road for a nice snack afterwards.

Teens working there are rude.They dont know how to talk to children.They screamed at the kids if they sat down on the trampoline. Like I get it, Im a teacher, Im all about safety but they obviously dont know how to work with children even though this is a kids place. Will never go back.

We have only been here for toddler Time, but my boys ages 2 and 5 love it! During toddler Time they get to explore the whole facility and bounce wherever they want! Its a great way to expend some of their energy in a rainy day! Its very clean and well maintained also.

Fun place for a 5 year old birthday party. Ask for party room #1. It is private and you don’t have to worry about big kids running into the 5 year-olds. The facility is still pretty new and seems like it could be fun for anyone who’s knees and ankles can handle it! It is in East Springfield so that’s not ideal for many reasons.

Great place for kids and adults. Adults do not have to bounce if they do not wish, they have a nice waiting room. I have been before a few times, but for whatever reason most of the building had a smell of funkey feet. Staff are stationed at each attraction to ensure safety. Attractions include dodge ball, basketball, a foam pit, parkour/ ninja warrior courses, and they have a designated toddler area.

My 7 year-old said Its supper awesome! I like all the stations . The ice cream vending machine is so cool. And the People that work there are supper nice! I like go to Birthday parties there.

Super fun! They offer kids time on Saturday mornings from 9-10 for $10. My three year old loves it!

I dont think its worth the price. We went during the glow night, so $20 for the junior and $18 for 5yro and younger. The young ones dont have the same obstacles or ramps to explore like the juniors, so that was a let down. My 10 year olds opinion; she wishes there was more to do, and actual food options to eat.

One of the worst bounce locations I been to. Nothing to do for parents or children. They have a ball pit and a couple trampolines for kids under 5. Its almost more fun to be at the DMV next door.

While it is a little pricey, the staff and interior activities offer hours of entertainment for children and teens. Parents even have their own relaxation room while their children bounce. It is definitely worth the price.

Good facility for the kids. Safe with a variety of entertainment options for the kids. If you dont want to jump in with them there is a nice lounge area to relax while waiting for them. Only those jumping Pay.

Great Place to go and do something different. Worth the price for the most part. Just eat before you go and youll be fine. Staff is meh, but they must sit and watch kids all day. I dont blame em for not having enthusiastic faces.

Been to 2 birthday parties there. Kids loved them. They do a great job with a clean and safe environment, and the employees are very nice and organized.

I have been here a couple times with my three year old daughter. She has a great time. I myself was not impressed today with the music they played in the toddler area. A song came on with racial slurs and swears that children should not be exposed to.

Ive taken my daughters to a few trampoline parks for birthday parties and actually thought this one was best. I found the layout really unique and the staff very friendly. Definitely a good fit that Springfield Plaza was lacking. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Always empty and depressing. We love the trampolines but feels like a private party at times. They have made changes with prices and still they need something else to attract crowds.

Way overpriced! Unfriendly workers(all but one). Time limit on play time. Not a lot of variation on play things. Billy Bees is the same price for all day instead of a half hour or a hour and way more to do

I took my 6 year old daughter and her friends to Bounce last weekend. They had a great time and I enjoyed myself in the ninja course. I was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the park.

Staff is rude and too many rules. If you have kids that are different ages they cant even have fun together. Manager harassed me and followed me out the door because I told him we wouldnt be back.

Didnt give the kids their full time. Management corrected the problem by writing on the bracelets, but the floor staff didnt grant the time till we complained.

I brought my 4 year old daughter here with a friend we both registered pretty close to the same time and they give them a sticker with the time their session is over and my daughters said 2:30 and her friends said 2:45 but I know that it was definitely not a 15 gap between the time both kids were registered and paid for which was not fair ! Other than that it was a fun place to bring the kids!!!

Excelent place for kids and birrhday party

This place wasnt the best to be honest. Launch in CT is 10x better and the employees there are awful. They dont answer their phones when you call them. They put on hold right away. There isnt much obstacles to do. The lounge area is horrible. I dont recommend going to this place. Save your money!
