Pitiful establishment. My daughter was visiting with friends, broke her leg and they didnt even bother to call us. Why do you have us fill out an emergency contact form if you are going to force a child with a broken leg to find a phone and call her parents herself. The owner/management needs to retain the entire staff on what to do when a patron injures themselves. Absolutely pathetic.
Seemed fun, but I probably got covid because no parent seems like they have to wear a mask inside.
It is nearly impossible to cancel your membership. they keep billing you after your 12 months, which is advertised but there is no info anywhere about how to cancel online. also we havent felt safe because they dont enforce mask mandate
It was awesome, my 10 year old boy loved it. It was fun and the price is not bad. Worth it.
Took my son there for a Birthday party. The moment that we got there practically no one was wearing a mask and they were not enforcing any sort of social distancing. Ton of people running around breathing in air. Employees would ignore us. Finally asked what the deal was and was told by employee that, Since we are technically an exercise location that you dont have to wear a mask. As if that was an okay thing.Ive had relatives affected by COVID19 and its not a joke. Its not as bad as the flu. You can have serious lung damage if you get it and this place is being completely unsafe.
Employees very rude just going they the motions, don’t care about having a good attitude what so ever. was told by one of the employees that she couldn’t wait to quit as soon as she buys new tires because she hates kids and doesn’t have the patience. tried to ride the skye rider and the employee shut it down after me standing there in line and never telling me he was closing soon just allowing me to wait. maybe hire some more enthusiastic nice people if you want your business to continue.
The staff was rude and was reluctant to help me find something on their website. The unlimited attractions were actually only open in 30 minute intervals, which wasnt stated until after I paid. They had plenty of employees available...Lastly, if you pay online, its 30% cheaper, but they dont tell you this in person. I asked why my tickets were way more expensive this time, and they said Oh you paid online last time. I said So I can just get on my phone real quick and buy tickets for cheaper? and they said yes and even gave me their tablet to do it. Basically, they charge you 30% more than they have to and just hope you dont ask about it in person. The park itself is fun, but it feels like its run by 16-17 year olds who put out the bare minimum effort and seem more interested in socializing with each other than making sure the customers experience is nice.
Tonight was our first night back after everything being shutdown from quarantine. I was SO pleasantly surprised! The staff were all disinfecting & wiping down everything nonstop, but somehow also still interacting with the kids, and being super nice & helpful. AJ and Kayla (I think that was their names) really stuck out to me as liking their jobs, and making sure the kids were having fun, however I noticed ALL the staff cleaning and smiling nonstop. Thanks for making sure my kids and I had a fun night in a clean, safe environment, we appreciated it, and will be back soon!
Cool place....but SUPER expensive! Makes it hard for single mothers to do fun things with their children....
There was a ton of trash scattered all over the place. Employee who was working the front desk was very short with us and not friendly. Not many masks were worn by both customers and employees and temperature checks werent done like it said on their site and Facebook. Overall pretty disappointed.
Really fun for the kids and lots to do. Is pricy for just one visit. Consider a membership first.
9 year old boy says its totally worth him spending $30 of birthday money on it, and he didnt even do the cool stuff!
We bring our 5 year old son here every other Saturday and we usually spend $20 here because we use the 5 and under pass and he gets access to the basic trampolines and doge ball. Today 02/15 we went to a desk instead of the kiosk and the girl had just quickly rang us up and we paid $30 and didn’t get the same bracelets we Normally do. So I found the manager and he was amazing! He explained to use what the mishap was and gave us free tickets for next time and the correct bracelets! My son always loves coming here and the customer service is great. The manager was so sweet and kind! We really enjoy this place
We had a great time had to pull my nieces of the zip line.
My boyfriend, his siblings and I had bought memberships and it was our third time going, we didn’t have any problems until we went Monday, September 28. The staff that day was very rude.
The prices were great and the facility was very clean. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place.
This place is awesome! It doesn’t get old like other places I’ve been to. There are so many things to do. The staff was really good about letting us have a good time and were very willing to help with harnesses and questions.Places like this can get dirty and grungy real fast, but this place was spotless. They really stay on top of it.I don’t normally like to buy food at places like this because it’s usually not good and extremely overpriced. I thought this place would be the same, it’s not! They have so many options! The food was really well priced and really good! They make it all in house and you can tell. They have everything from pizza to fresh veggies.Overall, I highly recommend it!
The experience was very fun, the staff were excellent.
We came for our granddaughters party. Her mom paid to have a party for 10 people. She always look for the host any my time she needed anything. OfCourse the guest arrived at different times. Each time someone came we had to look for the host. We brought some extra kids and paid for them at the front as they were not part of the party count. When my grand daughters mom went to pay for the party they were trying to charge her for the kids I paid for. I had to text her my receipt. I had explained to the host they were not part of the party. Which she should have known since they had red bands and the party had pink. There was no organization to the party. The kids ate cupcake thats were brought because pizza had not came and the kids were hungry. Then when the pizza finally came we didn’t get the water until the birthday girl was halfway done opening her presents. All of this was unbelievable considering the cost of the party. Not to mention that during this the TV in front of us started playing 40 year old virgin, of course had to be during a soft sex scene. So no I would not recommend this over priced, unorganized, chaos place as a family fun organization to take your family.
Urban Air has been a great addition to Springfield. My 4 and 6 year old boys love it! I would say the only thing as a parent that really stresses me out is that they have two entrances/exits - one from the outside parking and one from the food court / mall. The entrance/exit at the food court is not fenced, nor monitored. This is concerning given the layout of the park and it’s difficult to monitor if you have multiple kids. I would love if you could have an employee monitor or setup gates to ensure children cannot exit your park on their own free will. Which would also prevent non-paying mall patrons from entering/exiting. Everything else is simply exceptional and glad you have opened your door in our community.
So I am here the 2nd time this week with my 4 year old. I was slightly concerned how it would be on Friday but was extremely impressed! The number of kids was low (that will eventually change and has to stay open) but their cleaning procedures seem impeccable. As we were leaving one area usually there was someone right behind cleaning. I am torn on the membership as they are only allowing 2 hour time slots vs the unlimited but at the same time it gives me an endpoint so it isn’t a fight to get him out. And they have to work within different parameters than before. The one thing I wish the park would add is a security exit like Chuckee Cheese so I didn’t feel like I had to follow him every second.
Staff was friendly and the park was clean. Our kids had a wonderful time. Theo was great. He interacted with the kids (1st graders) and put big smiles on their faces. Thank you Theo.We were fortunate that it wasnt very crowded while we visited. As it got busier it was a bit more challenging for the smaller kids to enjoy space without being overrun by older kids
Awesome Ryan was the best person ever
Unsafe. We visited in August due to assurances that this place was taking safety precautions against Covid. They were understaffed, no one was cleaning, most of the clients (adults and children) were not wearing masks. There was trash everywhere. We left before our time was up and will not return.
Urban Air is quite possibly the best idea ever for indoor fun! There is so much to do and it is so much fun watching your kiddos having the time of their lives! I dont know who has more fun. Me or my daughter?
We love this place! My daughter was really nervous in some areas and the staff member, Kay, was helping her the whole time. She encouraged her and took her time so that she felt comfortable! My child left much more confident in her abilities! We will be back and Kay deserves a pat on the back! The world needs more people like her!!
Great place for fun and physical exercise!
This was a fun place, me my wife and 2 kids had a blast...we were exhausted when we left lol...
I will so come back to this place again the staff was amazing we had come for a birthday party for my kids friend and our party host Peyton was excellent. She was super friendly and was good at checking up on all of us parents and making sure we didn’t need water and making sure the kids and birthday kiddo had a blast, Will definitely be back to play
My son had his birthday party here and it is an absolute blast. Its about $375 for the ultimate package which includes 10 Guests and pizza and a Room. You have full access to Everything and they have something for all ages. Definitely worth the money.
Plenty of things to do for most children. Would say at least preschool age though. I have a elementary age child and a middle school age child and they both loved it. Gets pretty busy on the weekends for birthday parties though so plan for that.
This store manager is stingy and money hungry. Refused to honor/apply a 50% off birthday coupon code.
I purchased 3 ultimate passes for a birthday for my kid. I was first told that even though these were unlimited time passes they will ask you to leave after 2.5 hours if they are busy, which I did not find listed online so it changed what I had promised my kid. Only after paying did we find out the virtual reality attraction was closed. That is why we bought the ultimate passes. I spoke with Tyler the manager, who said that he was aware of the problem and he had too many employees to try to tell them all when people were buying tickets. I asked for a refund of the difference and was only given basic passes in return which only mean Ill bring my son and have to tell him how many things he cant pkay on here. I spent $100 for this and I feel like I didnt get near what my kid should have gotten. Also they are severely lacking in security. No one watches the door and kids have two ways of wandering off with no one watching.
I hardly ever take the time to write any reviews. The only time I do is when someone is just genuinely great at what they do and make your experience better just by being so helpful and kind. I came in Saturday night with 3 of my kids. We had parked on the urban air side and walked thru to get something to eat before they started playing at urban air. When we walked past to go to the food court she smiled at my kids and I. Then when we came in I didn’t know if I should check in at the other side or not. Kay greeted all of us and helped us get taken care of quicker than anyone has when we have been here, on a few other occasions. She even complimented me on how my daughter and I looked so much alike. Which is one of the nicest and greatest compliments, especially when you have been feeling not so young and ran down. She made us all smile and laugh and kept my children happy and content while I was asking her questions which is a very hard thing to do. It made it so much easier on me that my kids were not going crazy waiting on me. Before my boys even ran off to go play they said mom, “she is really nice. Mom don’t you think she was really nice.” For my boys to say that is just inspiring. We almost did not get memberships here because a lot of the employees are not as helpful and nice. One of the times my son brought a couple of his friends here for his birthday and the employee that was doing dodgeball at the time made one the kids not even want to play any more. There were a few older teenage boys and a bunch of smaller children and they were throwing the balls as hard as they could at the little kids. It would be them against all the little ones for the most part. You could hear the sound every time they got hit. From what one of the kids said one of the teenagers started cussing at him and the little boy said a few choice words back which I don’t agree with and the little boy got told to leave. So I went over there to watch and sure enough these teenagers were picking on these little kids and employee could care less about what the teenage boys were doing because she kept talking and smiling with him. She would tell them to stop and then let it go. I even got hurt pretty bad in a gravity trampoline and everyone saw it and the employee never said anything to me or asked if I was okay. One of the kids that saw it though was like “are you okay. You almost died” pretty embarrassing too. There are other examples but I have written to much as it is. If more of the employees were like her we would definitely come a lot more and want to come more and enjoy ourselves.
The best trampoline park to hit Springfield yet. Lots going on here. Good birthday spot.
The attractions were fun. I had issue with concessions. 15 min to wait on food because they decide to clean and close up early is poor planning especially during a busy time. We didnt expect it to be busy during the week. FYI its a holiday break
Large facility and many choices for all ages! I would recommend for the price and the fun you can have. They have great deals for their bands. You do not have a limit on time compared to other trampoline parks. If I were to come through Springfield again, I would stop by for some more fun.
This place is amazing. My kids loved the VR. Peyton explained the directions clearly and was very patient with the kids. She also took the time to interact with us as well as the others waiting in line.
Wonderful experience, worker Kay, Wesley, and Ben have been making my family and Is time there extra fun. They 100% deserve a raise!!! These workers are doing their jobs more than right, and they should all get raises!! Especially Kay and Wesley.
This was an awesome place. Friendly staff. The only thing I would like to see them improve is a security measure for the kids like match arm band with adult and children so that children cant just be taken by just anyone. Its a mad house and almost impossible to keep track of more than 1 child at a time..
Great place to take your kids to burn up that energy, especially if the weather is not ideal to be outdoors. My younglings (4 and 6) especially loved the trampolines, the obstacle courses and the playground. I literally had to yank my youngest one out of there drenched in tears when it was time to leave! Teens and parents can even get in on the fun which is great as I saw some attractions for older kids like a mini over-the-air suspension gliding ride (single person) and a VR shooter experience. I thought the prices were great and they even have a food court (Im not sure if they had beer). I would definitely visit again!
Do NOT come here on Saturdays unless you plan on playing. I was removed from a table so they could set up a birthday party. I had no choice but to stand the entire time because I was not sitting on the floor. They overbook parties and dont care about others who need to not sit on a concrete floor.
This place is so much fun and honestly pretty cheap for the memberships my kids love it they are there almost every weekend! The snack bar is priced pretty high but other then that its great!
A great place to actually have fun WITH your kids. We all had a great time!!
Coleton is an exceptional employee, any and everything i asked for he was right there, he was so funny and made my experience 1000 times better.
Very chaotic and unsafe. Not nearly enough staff. Very loud and disorienting, difficult to keep track of more than one kid at a time. Way too many people running wild in every direction, in a crammed space. It should be sectioned off per age groups. Poor layout design. Expensive, too. This place is an accident and law suit waiting to happen.
I would give it 5 stars because my kids and their friends had a blast. They loved everything. Unfortunately, I have to give it 3 stars. Here’s why:1) We arrived shortly after they opened. Considering the place was slow, there was one staff at each location...especially when harnesses were involved. At the climbing wall, the lady that was in charge of the area was not assisting the kids with their harness...kids had trouble hooking and unhooking from the line at each obstacle. Kids had to get her attention every time. She was either standing at the entrance, doing nothing or she was talking to someone else. In my opinion, there should be at least 2, if not 3, staff members in the climbing wall area. Place was understaffed until 2 pm.2) I think it was unprofessional for the staff members to move items from a table just because they had to set the table for a birthday party. If I didn’t see the staff member who moved my items from the table, how would I have known it was moved? The staff member who was in charge of the party wouldn’t have known either. Putting up a sign prior to the party that says “Reserved” or “RSVP” would have been nice. At least the sign would notify others to move their belongings or not sit at that specific table. If there are so many birthday parties going on during the weekend, maybe consider putting up more tables and chairs for those not attending the parties. Who uses the massage chairs? No one! Get rid of those and add additional chairs. I noticed on the second floor, there’s an area with 3 massage chairs...between trampoline and dodge ball areas. Add lounge chairs and tables. Provides more seating for those who aren’t there for birthday parties or events.3) There’s a sign that says “no outside food or drink”. When it gets busy, how do you catch people who abuse the policy? The place started to get busy during lunch time and I’ve seen people who brought in McDonald’s, Dairy Queen, Chick-Fil-A, the cookie place, Kum & Go drinks, and their own tumblers.4) I don’t think there’s a sign that says “no re-entry”. I was told by the cashier that there is no re-entry. During peak times, how do you keep track of people who abuse the policy? Wouldn’t it be a good idea to have a staff member at each entrance to prevent people from coming and going. Another benefit would be if toddlers wandered toward the entrance, staff members can prevent them from leaving. Just a thought.Overall, fantastic place. Food was good too; however, they are a bit pricey.
Micah was so helpful and encouraging with my kids in the rock wall area!! They had such a fun day! Thank you so much for being so kind and fun!
We love it we go every day even if its only for a 30 minutes before closing time the staff is always warm and delightful they are awesome all the way around!!!!!!
Super fun for kids.
Great place for family fun
My son had a great time, thats all that matters. If your livin youthful...I highly recommend stretching...
Just the trampoline package. Kids had fun next time going to get a little bigger package.
The place is definitely enticing for my kiddos and they had a pretty good time overall. UNFORTUNATELY, the lack of apperent staff is very prevalent! No organization, no control, no staff supervision & saftey concerns galore. Within 15min of play, my boys were frustrated at all the kids running a muck with no Urban Air staff to help games/activities run smoothly. I wont be back neither would I recommend Urban Air to anyone. Im sure my boys will be back participating in a birthday party or accompanying a friend though. My opinion: Over-rated, under staffed & costly.
Im getting old and there were plenty of places to sit down. My daughter absolutely loves it. I noticed some parents with laptops doing what I cod only guess was work they didnt seem to have any connectivity problems
Great place for kids to explore and burn off some energy.
First time being here - all was good until I was told my kids cant come back in after leaving to grab food elsewhere. I asked to speak to the manager who was the one who had shared this information with me. Even the manager on duty told me that even he thought the rule was ludicrous but that ownership made up the rule and he wouldnt be allowed to let us back in if we left.Really? What a ludicrous rule. Basically, Im limited to nachos, pizza, and loaded fries?? With a poor menu, why would I want to eat in Urban Air?Great experience here until this.
Great and friendly staff, low prices and very safe. My family and I are regulars. Monthly membership is the best value if in the area.
This place is awesome for kids and adults! Way more to offer than skyzone and a super cool little kid playground! My husband and I and our 3 year old had a blast for hours. They also have a big menu than just typical concession food!
It was a lot of fun, and Colin was always there to help me with the sky coaster and the rock walls!
Kay was awesome! She did a good job with the party and kids! Thank you so much!
Ashtin was working the front desk and she answered all of my questions, she is great!
We vibin ong
This place is amazing! Theyve taken all the cool things (trampolines, climbing walls, Zipline, warrior course, etc.) & put in one place. Its better for bigger kids at least 41 tall. Were locals & got the $12 a month membership. Totally worth it!
Did not live up to the hype. The trampolines are good and the sky coaster was fun, but the ninja courses were not great and the ropes course was awful! You cannot wear shoes, so the ropes hurt your feet and most of the rope sections are one way so you are forced to go on all the rope sections in sock feet. Very disappointing!
I usually feel like these places are overpriced, but I felt like I got really good value for our money. Today was my daughter and I’s first time there, we were there for almost 4 hours, and still didn’t have time to do everything. Guess we’ll just have to go again!
Micah was awesome! He help my kids a ton getting hooked and unhooked in the rock wall area & was very patient and always had a smile. ️
Very fun! The kids, even the older kids, had a great time! Definitely will be doing it again. :)
Urban Air is wild. I’m not sure if they have a maximum capacity but holy heck, they should have been at max capacity. There was entirely too many people there with very little employees watching the attractions. It was so hectic that is was no fun, at all. Too expensive for 45 min wait to get on an attraction.
This place is absolutely amazing! The staff there are great with my child and he has a blast!
Very fun for the kids. They love it!
Its was a really fun place, I went with my friend. But after you are there for a while it starts to get boring.
Fun for the family
They could do more to improve the overall family involvement
Would have been fun if there were actual basketballs instead of foam balls at the basketball area. unbelievable
My kids, 4 and 9, both found loads to do here. There is a skycoaster, ropes course, climbing area (3 climbing walls and more), huge play area for smaller kids (under 52), warrior course with 4 difficulty levels over a 3 ball pit, trampoline park, and more.Id like to give a shout-out to AJ who was very kind to my son, 4 years old, and helped him through the climbing area. His kindness and attention to my son made it a great experience.Dont miss that there is also an outside entrance if you dont want to go through the mall. It is between Sears portrait studio entrance and Dillards on the North side of the mall.
They ran me up the wrong transaction and i had to pay 5$ more than what i should have. then when asked if i could refund, the manager said that it was too hard and would rather give me water, putting me in a moral dilemma. honestly an awful management system. great jump experience though.
I had the best experience at this location. I feel like Kiera has such leadership skills by keeping my kids and everyone else’s kids safe in her zone. I will be returning because of her! Thank you for a great experience and the manager was very friendly as well. Both are someone I would want working for me.
Wonderful place to hold your childs birthday party
Kids had fun. Front desk gal was not very knowledgeable and did not explain things well. Ended up paying more than I should of. Now I know what package I need. Will definitely be back.
Great place for all ages! My grandkids that are 8 and 10 loved it!
Chaotic, understaffed, dark, crowded & overpriced. Took my kids here today and they asked to leave after just 30 minutes. Disappointed, we won’t be back.
Terrible experience (see the pictures that I was post)! Not a safety place for kids or families. And afterwards, the business shirks responsibility. Parents need carefully choose, pls!
Took my kids ages 6 and 8 with me. The 6 year old wasnt quite tall enough to do the ropes course, climbing, or the sky rail. My 8 year old could do everything.I strongly suggest avoiding the deluxe package and just doing the ultimate if you want all the frills, one of the deluxe rides was broken and many of the other deluxe items there wasnt anyone checking wristbands. As a parent you get added on for 6.99, you can do just about everything with them which is awesome, even the trampolines.Other than that, place was very clean. Staff seemed knowledgeable and caring. Other than being a little costly I had an enjoyable experience.
It’s super fun and a great time. Workers are cool and nice.
Cool dodge ball area . . But prices are higher than what I like to.pay!
Fun place for all ages but my daughter was sick and throwing up for hours after eating the chicken strips and was still sick the next day. The staff didn’t seem to care. The manager should have offered a refund for her food and her admission. We came in a group and spent a lot of money.
