I could ordered JD & Diet Coke. Very pricey especially since it was on the rocks. The IMAX movie quality was good and the seats reclined and were comfortable. Also the folks they are watching the movie we’re not rowdy or rude

I genuinely enjoy coming to this theater with the family. The reclining chairs and the opportunity for the adults to get mixed drinks are what makes this a four-star experience, and you must get for yourself. The bathrooms are clean and spacious, so you don’t feel like you need an intimate relationship with the person next to you. One tip is to get your wine or cocktails first because that line is the slowest. It helps to have them to sip on when youre waiting in line for your snacks. Get your tickets online or at fandango, and you can walk right in and get your experience started. Hope to see you at the movies.

Amazing theater! Friendly staff, comfortable reclining chairs and delicious food and snacks. We live 45 minutes away but we love this theater so much that well be making the trip out here constantly. Its so worth it!

One of the better movie theaters I been to. They offer a bar, frozen yogurt, and the traditional movie theater snack bar. The seats are reclining, with a small swing table to place your snacks. No arcade at this theater. My girlfriend did report to me that the ladies room was out of toilet paper, but Im not sure how common that issue is. But besides that the theater was cleaned and well kept. Friendly staff and popular movies!

Just returned to this theater after if finally reopened, and was very disappoint they switched from Coke products to Pepsi. So there wasnt anything I was interested in purchasing to drink. Usually I spend $40 at the concession stand, but didnt buy anything yesterday. Not sure why they wouldnt just sell both products like some convenience store. Will continue to see movies here, but not purchase drinks anymore.

Went for the first time today and was not disappointed. We even got food...hot dogs and the chicken strips with fries. I was so happy that it was all really good! Not the old school sad expensive food. It was all perfect. The customer service was great, the seats were so comfy. Can’t wait to go back!

Love the seats super comfortable. Only problem I had was the staff was not friendly very rude, I asked for nachos and he said I don’t know what that is and kept making faces. So I didn’t get nachos.! Asked for large popcorn and he gave me a small Popcorn said they were out of large buckets . Person next to me got a large popcorn. Overall great theater . Needs improvement with staff .

I love this place better than other theaters. Its clean, friendly staff, great environment. The only problem is that a few times the pop corn was not available, but that was something out of their control because tge machine broke. It was fixed quickly though. They are great

This was the first time that we went to these theater. The theaters were very nice and clean. The people working over there are friendly. I was surprised to see that they had beer on tap. I have been to other Theaters with reclining seats but I believe that these are the best ones that Ive had been to so far with a cup holder and a place to put your food and phone. This is a nice place to go and see movies and then there are multiple choices to eat. I have been to Pieology and they have a great pizza. We also go to Menchies to have frozen yogurt it is a great place especially if you are watching calories.

When a group and I went to see a movie here recently, the staff was very kind and accommodating. They helped us get 30+ seats in the same area, and were very friendly in the midst of the transaction. And the movie viewing was a great experience - clean theatre, lots of leg room, comfy seats, quality sound, good snacks, and more. Overall, a great experience.

My reason for only a 2 star rating is because upon entering theater 12 seats C 8-9 @ 4:15 pm showing of Just Mercy on February 9,2020 the previous people who sat there left ALL their trash. My husband and I had to clean it ourselves and throw their trash away. I mentioned it to one of the concession employee and all she said was “OH OK”. For the price we pay to come to enjoy our time off work I feel the staff should provide clean theaters for their patrons. We love your theater and it is our go to theater. The movie was great. I just hope we never have to experience unpleasant seating areas again. In fact to be honest the whole C row had several dirty areas.

Great to have a theater in South Sacramento again after so long. very comfortable. It was very comfortable seats. Parking is easy to find and there are plenty of restaurants to eat at in the area after a movie South is very helpful and he can buy your tickets online ahead of time

My new favorite movie theater! the seats are comfortable and most auditoriums have stadium seating that makes it much easier for my young kids (4 and under) to see the screen without needing a booster seat. the rotating tabletop makes snacking easy.

I have been to Regal IMAX twice. Its your usual movie experience. Big screens, great sound. Recliner seats, comfortable, clean restroom, young adults working. Did not have a bad time. Now it could of been a little cleaner, but after a busy day of people coming and going I guess it is kind of expected, but it was not trashy. I also like that its located at Delta Shores. You can pick up just about anything you need on the way out due to all the stores and eating establishments. My only issue and it was not as bad as I thought it would be was the traffic due to the movie goers and shoppers, it kept moving and we got out quickly. Not a bad experience.

We stopped in to watch a movie. We were assigned seats so no need to rush or wait in line for a good seat. Plenty of parking outside so we didn’t have to park far from the entrance.The food counter was good. Wait in line to purchase whatever you want to eat and then serve yourself with drinks. Getting your own drinks made the food counter line more efficient.They didn’t have an arcade area like some the other theaters.

Saw The Photograph with Issa Rae it was a cute movie. I enjoyed it. Now if the movie theater had a little heat in their seats, that would be awesome!

Nice seating. Very empty during a Wednesday matinee...which was great. Broken soap dispenser and no paper towels in the gender-neutral bathroom, which was not great. Staff were I friendly abd helpful though abd said they would take care of it.

Great reclining seats. If you go to a theater and it does not have reclining seats, then you are in the wrong theater. With todays prices it is the least that the theater company should have. Also great sound.

This has everything a movie experience needs... Comfy seats. A bar. And Dole whip... Do you need more? All I can say is get you tickets early ND get those early as parking is a bit tight due to the chic-a-flia next door share parking.

We were reminded why we absolutely cannot stand Regal theaters last night. While the facility is new and clean, the staff is not friendly and non-existent. New Star Wars is released, huge movie, multiple show times, almost every screen and there are only 2 lines open for concessions. We wait 20 minutes for popcorn and a drink. We ask for butter. We finally sit down in the theatre, just minutes before our movie because of the long lines. The popcorn has no flavor and no butter. We go back and ask for butter, but now there is just one line open and the original cashier was not there. The cashier that is there ignores us, gives us attitude when we finally ask. We still get 1 second of butter on the top and nothing else. We ended up throwing out almost the entire popcorn because it was so horrible. Basically tasted like cardboard. The movie that was suppose to start at 730pm, didnt actually start until 8:05pm, not because of just 15 minutes of previews, but because previews started late and hadnt even started when we got back from trying to resolve the popcorn issue after the time the previews, etc should have started. The previews were mixed in with several ads that were for Regal memberships and such. Several. Never again.

First time visiting this theater last night and was very impressed with the location. Leather seats, tons of concession options, biggest food selection I have seen yet.I can see why people left bad reviews because of concessions. It seems they make everything when you order so any hot food has to be cooked. I was literally the only person ordering and my pizza took 10 minutes. Which is fine, but if you are trying to get to your movie on time, you are going to be impatient and in a hurry. Other theaters have the hot food already cooked under heat lamps, and I would rather wait a few minutes and have my food cooked to order.Love the alcohol options. The peach bellini is delicious, my only complaint is having to stand at the bar for 5+ minutes until anyone even acknowledged me, and I was the only one there.Might have to make this my regular theater instead of Century Arden.

Nice place, was not very busy. Large popcorn fed 3 kids and an adult. They dont do combos any more. Seats have tables to put food and drinks but swivels away if you dont want it. Chairs are comfy and recline however slightly short as the edge was up against my ankle. Wide area between seat rows for moving in lateral directions. Will revisit for a when we are back.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service at the snack bar. After 30 minutes waiting in line we finally ordered our food and drinks. When the cashier took our money he walked away to the back office. Finally after 5 minutes he comes out and looks at me like I need to place an order. I had to remind him of my order. When we went into the actual theater our seats were taken by someone else. On top of the hot dog buns were hard to bite in. I think this is the worst customer service. I will probably not go to this theater again

I disliked it because the bathrooms were hard to find and so were, the straws, and there was a bar. But I loved the movie Little Women. The seats arent VERY comfortable in my opinion but Im sure someone else would disagree. Im really glad they put the movie theater here because some people have to travel very far to just watch a movie and that causes them to be late for there movie.Enjoy your movie at Regal Delta Shores & IMAX.

Comfortable recliner seats with great audio/video. Snack bar leaves a lot to be desired. I expected to pay too much for popcorn and a soda, but this was ridiculous.

It was our first visit here and the theater is great, the seats are so comfy and the staff is awesome! We loved everything about it!

Watching movies here is great, place is usually pretty clean but have had concession stand issues last three times. Waited 20 minutes plus three separate times and today, I tried to check out their chicken strips. Someone said they had computer issues and another guy said they misplaced the tag. Manager walked by us a few times but never made an attempt to say anything to us. It took 37 minutes to get a large popcorn, 2 large sodas, 6 chicken strips, and fries. 18 minutes in line and 19 for the food.

The theater had alot of food and drink options such as frozen yogurt and a bar in the entrance of the theater. I would rate 5 stars but the seats do not have retractable leg rests. You cant put your feet up like you can at most other theaters now a days.

Great seats and clean however last two evening showings had young adults talking on phones, loud profanities, constantly moving from seats to seats. Major distraction from watching a good movie. Best to go to Paladio.

Love the new reclining seats with pull in tables. Lots of room to enjoy your movies..great food choices from the usual popcorn candy to nachos full bar drinks for those that like alcohol with there movies. I prefer to go to afternoon showings where prices are cheaper, good selection of latest new movies that are out to choose from. be prepared to pick your seating before you go in though. that kinda threw me off the first time. lots of room to recline the comfy chairs in too! If you need hamdi caped seating get there a lil early they tend to go fast. not alot of steps to get up to other rows but there are steps.

This theater is very clean and newly built. Reclining seats. Only negative thing is the line for at the popcorn was extremely long. The womens bathroom was very clean as were the floors threw out the theater.

Place gets trashed easily. IMAX was great. Concession lines were too long, forget getting a drink it was long as getting popcorn.

We had a gift card since Christmas, finally get to use it to go see a movie there the first time, most comfortable seat we ever experienced and we enjoyed watching the movie with the recliner seats and trays to put food and drinks. Very clean, friendly employees and great atmosphere, will definitely be back again!

Only been there one time, but I have to say it was an good experience. I was worried it would attract a young, riff raff type of crowd but I didnt experience that. The seats are the reclining leather type. Very comfy and very posh.

Been here a few times now and it has been enjoyable but this past Sun, 6/23, it was different. We bought 15 seats to watch Toy Story 4 & when we entered the theatre, nothing was cleaned... napkins, popcorn, cups, wrappers was everywhere. Are we responsible to clean up after the person before us? $15/$20 a seat!! I’ll most likely head to DOCO next time.

Amazing movie theaters great spaces. Very expensive concession food. I love the seats and how you were able to lean back and fully rest out and you had the trays there to eat even like that so it was a great experience. The movie theater was nice and clean and well taken care of.

Went in to see the movie unfortunately there was a lot of noise and talking during the movie. I went to let someone know. The lady taking the tickets was great she heard my complaint and was very apologetic and understanding. She directed us to the manager, immediately. When the manager arrived she didnt seem interested in what we had to say and asked if we had complained to anyone about the noise and I said yes, she just called you over to talk to me. At this point I was hoping to see another movie or get a refund. But the manager said there was nothing else available at this time besides avengers and that was it. I proceeded to let her know that i had already pre-bought avengers tickets for tomorrow and didnt want to waste more money. She just looked at me and that was it. Very disappointed in the managers customer service. I dont remember her name but it happened at about 840pm and she was wearing a mustard long sleeve shirt with flowers all over. So upset that i didnt write her name down. Spent all that money on popcorn drinks and tickets what a waste.

If theres 5 people at concessions and only 1 at the ticket booth, you need to redistribute your workers properly. The wait for tickets was insane, because I they had one person at the ticket booth.

Just like having a private home theater. The size of the theater was just right! Nothing to block my view, my own private table for refreshments and there is quite a menu, great sound, and an incredible seat! So roomy, plush and fully extendible recliner!!! I’ve never experienced going to the movies like this. And, I’ve never been to an iMax show either.

Standards have gone way down since his place has been open. Middle of the day and the lobby is filthy and there was a line out the door for concessions and only two people working very slowly. Also, nobody in the concession stand seems to know how to add butter to popcorn, they fill the tub all the way to the top and sprinkle the top so you get about five handfuls of great popcorn and the rest is completely dry and bland. Paying $9 for a large tub of dry, flavorless popcorn at the newest, biggest theater in the area is a huge disappointment. No longer my go-to theater.

Great place to watch a movie with family and friends but I believe I left my wallet here and I tried calling at least 8 times and nobody ever picks up the phone here. Even tried calling once just to see how the food is here and no answer. Great place but they just need to get their management under control. Unacceptable.

The new Delta Shores theater has comfy reclining seats with trays for food or drink. I wish that the arm rests lifted to make a more comfortable cinch- like seat, but you cant have everything. Friendly staff.

The theater it self is nice, however the main issue here is the counter. Obviously this area was not thought out at all. Counter space = X theaters • guest. So be prepared to wait a long time for food/snacks. Come extra early as this stand will take about 15-20 minutes to get a popcorn and soda.

Love that their seating has trays. Concessions are a little slow. Soft serve machines are out of service a lot. Still a great theater.

What a disappointment. I read many of these reviews saying how comfortable the seats were and how they reclined and had rotating table tops etc. Now Im not sure which one of the screens have these accommodations and which ones dont, because they dont make that clear when purchasing online. But at Delta Shores Regal-14 there are 14 screens and obviously not all of the 14 have these accommodations. Last night my wife and I took our daughter to see Frozen 2, and after purchasing the tickets, food and beverages we spent nearly $200 there. When we first sat in our seats we immediately noticed that there were NO buttons to recline the chairs and from what I saw none of the seats in this particular theater reclined. It was a struggle to stare up at the screen from our 3rd row seats and we all woke up with stiff necks from having to stare straight up at it for nearly 2 hours. I can only imagine how the people who were unfortunate enough to have bought 1st and 2nd row seats are feeling today. The icing on the cake had to be when the movie ended, there was a lady seated in our row who had a few too many alcoholic beverages, and vomited on the floor. Which we only found out after having stepped in it. Apparently theres a bar located in this theater, they serve alcohol to people like this mother who found it necessary to get drunk while taking her kids to see a Disney movie. Needless to say I will not be returning to this movie theater, ever again, mainly for the reason that they do not post which of their theaters have reclining chairs and other accommodations. I feel that we paid top dollar and received low budget accommodations. I mean really, this is a brand new movie theater and in this day and age who builds a movie theater without reclining chairs? I expect a 5 star experience when Im paying 5 star prices.

Clean theaters, nice reserved seats. If you buy Fandango tickets you go straight to the theater, dont go to the kiosk or ticket counter. That was confusing and not indicated on any signs. The concession stand only had 2 lines and a 20 minute wait, seemed sad for such a nice theater.

I paid $55 for 5 tickets plus $40 for drinks & candy. Paid almost $100 to not be able to hear the movie good because on both sides of us we had teenagers talking loudly, laughing when it wasn’t funny, going on their phones. It was our first time ever there and we went for my sons birthday and it was ruined. I will NOT be returning anymore. They should have a sercurity or employee walking into the movies to make sure it is quiet. But no no one ever came to check. Very disappointed.

We took our granddaughters /twins to see the Disney remake of the cartoon movie of Lion King. They did an awesome job. We all enjoyed it.

This theater is awesome but, I had to takr a star since they dont have the extra butter machines like the competition. After the first inch of popcorn there was literally no butter or flavor. The theater is great though. Nice recliners and love the tables over the seats.

Very nice new theater. Enjoyed watching Wrinkle in Time quite a bit. Everything overall was great. The small minus was the seats in the IMAX theater we were in di not recline. Looking forward to returning many times over. Theater 5 minutes from home is great!
