I had the monthly membership with regal, contacted the customer service and asked for a refund due to Covid-19 (Regal is closed since Covid-19 started) but they are refusing a refund. I talked to an agent called Nick and explained the situation in an email but got no response, I have sent a few other emails since then but no response. And good luck with calling them, no one will ever pick up the phone.

Great theater! The staff was polite and the theater was very clean. I went on a weekend and the line for the snack bar was a little slow but for how busy it was, they really did a great job. Lots of restaurants around the theater, so if you want to grab dinner after or before the movies, great location to do so!

Very nice staff and extremely clean. No problems with distancing and really like the new 4DX moving seats!

Amazing system, comfortable chairs. Wish the buttons werent in the seat with me. As is when I shift to a more comfortable position I turn on/off the seat warmers without realizing or change the reclining position of the chair unintentionally. Super clean bathrooms and great, quick staff even on premier nights.

I won’t be coming back here. The seats are terrible in comparison to many Cinemark theaters. They do not recline, aren’t leather, and are not heated. I don’t mean to sound entitled, but that’s kind of the expected norm of modern movie theaters now. The food is way over priced and I ordered a $7 “Doritos nachos” and they gave me a bag of Doritos and a side of nacho cheese. Seriously? We also had to ask multiple times for help at concessions because they were understaffed or someone was on their break. I was not impressed.

I love Regal. They treat my family with respect. Century wouldnt let my family and I watch Bad Boys 4 Life because of a no 1 under 6 after 6. Sent 3 other families away too. I know no 1 wants a crying baby in the movies, I have the decency to take my daughter out side the movie if she cries. Thank you Regal for letting us enjoy family movie night. This is a theatre i have been going to for 20 years. The floors are never sticky, and the theatre rooms always smell clean. They recently started selling alcohol here which is great when your ready to engulf yourself in the latest blockbuster hit. Regal installed new luxury seats as well, wich really is the way to see a movie! Love this place always going back.

So, Ill start with the good. The location is good and its surrounded by several restaurants. I watched a movie in the screen X theater, which I assumed was going to be really nice since the price was so outrageous, but nope. I didnt think any of the nicer theaters didnt have the nice stadium seating recliner style seats. I checked the other room to see if it had nice seats, but not at all. If Im going to have the normal uncomfortable seats Id rather go to a theater that doesnt charge so much.

Good selection of movies playing. Its nice to pick your seats at the purchase window. Lobby and halls are spacious. Only negative is that the seats are not real comfortable to sit in.

I love Regal. Its very close to where I live (great walking distance.) Plus the rewards program they have is awesome. Ive been a member since October 2019 and havent had any problems. Regal is life.

Not updated but Ive been going here for years so Im not changed by it. Lately they have been inconsistent about how they do admission. One night you have to Astor in line fur the booth person to scan your ticket then the next night you have to scan it inside at the service counter then another night at the consession stand so that I wish was more unchanged. Staff is always friendly and helpful they actual seem like they know and like each other. Its stiff at other theaters I go to. They start on time and any issue that Ive had had been fixed quickly.

The new 180 degree movie projector is interesting. However when you keep your eyes focus on the main screen, the walls are extensions to project the movie. I watched Bires of Prey on the new 180 degree projection and it was AWESOME!

This has always been a good theater but they recently improved it more. They redid the snack bar and the whole menu to have several new offerings and they both look and smell bomb. They have new tv menu screens too. The theater itself seems to be the same and is still nice and well cleaned. The staff is friendly and they rarely sell out of movies so you can always see what you want when you want. Premiers are of course the exception to that though

I always enjoy going to this movie theater. Just like every other movie theater the concession stand prices are a little crazy but at least with the Regal app I can get good deals. Keep up the good customer service because it does make a difference.

The screen was nice and big, but the chairs were extremely comfortable. They were the small hard chairs that didnt recline even a little bit. Other theaters have the nice big comfy leather recliners.

Outdated theater in need of some serious updates. My car window was broken and I got my backpack stolen. Very little security in this overcrowded shopping center. There are much better theaters in a safer environment within 15 minute drive if this place. I would only recommend going as a back up if your first choice is sold out. And then I’d recommend you clear your car if any valuables before you park.

The most uncomfortable seats Ive ever experienced at a movie theater. The floor would probably be more comfortable. Ill never be back.

One of my favorite movie theaters in town because of how spacious the place is and the arcade machines there that allow you to kill time till your movie. The customer service has always been exceptional and kept me coming back time and time again.

Uncomfortable seat, smaller screens than other theaters even( independent ones, and that is seeing their deluxe RX), and due to the 30+ minutes of previews, I have ample time to write a negative review.Skip this theater, and go to one that at least gives you a comfortable seat while they waste your time.

Somebody please clean these seats! Absolutely filthy, you would think they shampoo the theater seats regularly but I guess I was wrong. I felt like I was sitting on a soiled matress. Overall, your basic neighborhood movie theater with minimal effort from the high school aged staff.

Went to see Jumanji with grand daughter. We went to 1040 AM show. There were 5 people in the theater. At 1040 the Trailers started. The Trailers ended at 1109. Movie started 45 minutes after. I used the time to check my msg and E mails. Some trailers not worth watching. Tell customers exact show time. We can watch trailers online if we wish too.

Staff was very helpful purchasing tickets. Seats were good but my view was completely blocked by a tall person. Missed most of the show.

Went to see Sonic the Hedgehog movie . My family loves this movie theater we go all the time when new movies come out.

Took my kids to see Frozen 2, it wasnt playing in the Yuba City theater so my wife decided to take them here to see it. Weve no intention of going back, not because the distance but between the cramped seating and rude staff. Overall 2/5 only because the theater was clean and the people at the snack counter were courteous

I went to this theater on its opening weekend. While its not on the level of newer, luxury theaters, theyve done a great job of updating seating and ticketing.The prices are a bit more affordable for a spontaneous flick, which leaves money left over for In n Out!

Went here to see the StarWars movie as a Christmas gift for a party of 8. The line was ridiculous for the snack bar, then the Movie started right away, the lights were still on and the chairs barely moved. My sister went to see what was going on and they restarted the movie after 30 minutes and turned the lights off. The 4D experience was not worth the hype, in fact it was actually distracting. If you are taking kids, they might like the experience. Will no be going back anytime soon.

A newer and Clean theater. Since the remodeling a few years back and introduction of RPX I really enjoy coming here and so does the family

Wow lots of people here on Christmas day. We couldnt even get popcorn and a drink befoe the movie. Its all good need to loose a few pounds anyway.ill be back.

Literally the worst movie theater in Sacramento. I went there for a couple showings, Fantastic Beasts, Tomb Raider, and now John Wick 3. Every single time I went, there was someone or some people who just dont know how to just shut up and watch the movie. The theater needs to have people checking the theaters to make sure there are no rowdy people. In the John Wick movie, 3 men somehow brought alcohol into the theaters and would not stop talking the whole time. Nothing new with this theater. Definitely, do not recommend. Do not waste your hard earned dollars here. Especially if its a showing past 9:00.

Same old place, new extra high prices. Couldnt believe matinee is nearly 10$It has a good location with food and shopping nearby. The theater is clean and quiet except on opening nights, then it might as well be a popular club. Truxel Plaza is a great spot for travelers and locals.

Easy parking, yogurt place next door. Beautiful theaters, dont freeze you out in summer. Friendly, fast staff. Popcorn line seems slow, but, Im always cutting it close, lol! Excellent coffee! So its worth the wait. Really GREAT video games in lobby. I like to bring $5.00 in quarters so I can have fun & not have to use change machine.I like meeting people here, cause all the great food choices, did I mention the yogurt shop, then, stroll right to theater.

I took my daughter here to see a movie and could barely hear it over the side chatter of the disrespectful people in the audience. I understand that certain people havent been raised to be respectful and dont understand movie etiquette, but its also on the theater staff to address the issues. I spoke with the lady in charge only to be told oh well, it happens . On another note, they could have cleaned the aisles in between movie showings, as there was sticky stuff anywhere I touched. Then I look at my receipt to see that they charged adult price for my 11 year old, I guess thats my fault. I will never come here again and suggest that you go to another theater as well, there are alot nicer ones for the same price within 15 minutes.

It’s been three years since being in the United States and I’ve noticed many things change. A change that I was extremely disappointed with was how I had a sit down time of 8:30 pm and the movie does not start till nearly 9pm because of all the advertisement. It even appeared to be a screw up as ten minutes passed and the reel was changed. I don’t know if the lights where supposed to be turned off overhead but they remained a little bright making me feel I had a spot light over my seat. To even add to this, the theater room was trashed. When the movie was over the guy rushed in and started cleaning. This made me wonder if this place is actually staffed properly or just a bad night for the place. Although the seating isn’t updated the movie was still enjoyed. The snacks and drinks were enjoyed.

Ok so I had a great time here, and the movie was awesome, but when we went to concessions Roger ruined it. Rude Roger is his new name, and he has no business working in customer service. He was annoyed with each guest, they were out of our selected drink, and he acted as if it was our fault. When we were taking the wrapper off our straws, we made the honest mistake of putting our wrapper in the hole in the counter (as other places have trash cut outs), he looked at my friend and so rudely said thats not a trash can. When we politely apologized, and said sorry it looks like one that they have in the counters he snapped, no it doesnt it is to small. Go watch movies do not buy treats, and of Roger is there go to a different theater.

One of my favourite regal theater locations in Sacramento. The Arden Fair mall is okay but this is better. Although I have to say that the new Delta shore ones is nice. But thats pretty far.

O my gosh I love this theater they were so very nice and helpful. I loved it here,and being able to see one of my favorite movie here Twilight Anniversary-Movie I was so very happy, such a beautiful theater and so very happy to be at the Regal theater that made my day.

Service is great, everyone is always so helpful. The food is decent for the price and the quality in the screens are pretty good. They dont have recliners yet but the price for the movie ticket reflects that, meaning they have good priced tickets.

There’s a guy there who wouldn’t let me and my sister into see Halloween but he let this other group of little boys into see it. Mind you me and my sister are adults and had our IDs but this guys was just being sexist and wouldn’t sell us our tickets unless a man was with us. I definitely won’t be going here again when I was little it was a good theater

We went to the latest show & was not busy with no crowds at all which was nice after eating popcorn & beverages of course had to use restrooms was definitely Used i.e. toilet papers on floors & stalls worst part was trying to find a stall With toilet paper or toilet seat covers etc after checking each 1 i Finally located 1 stall with tp. Another person came in & she was doing same as i had done (searching) so i let her know about the tp etc (yes she appreciated!) Otherwise was ok

The seats are absolutely terrible. Very small very little leg room old cushions with what felt like a few broken springs.Was dirty but just in a way you would expect from an old rundown theater.I will drive further to one of the other theaters about 15 to 20 minutes away before ever going back here.

I watched jumanji here. In future i will definitely prefer some other theater than this one, the sound was too low which made the movie uninteresting. I could here noise of people eating popcorn louder than then movie sound effects. Thr price of pop corn bucket was 9.19 and my movie was 9.65, i dont get it, something was wrong here.

It was fun! Went to watch zombieland 2 in 4dx. The food was good, movie theater was clean and those seats! 4dx is a very cool movie seat experience... they move with the movie like a theme park! Very neat

Ok, bear with me, this is a long one! This isnt my regular Regal but mine wasnt showing a special one-night-only showing of 3 From Hell. Well, theaters all over the country failed to properly download the movie or something like that and there were tons of complaints on social media about having to wait for 30+ minutes only to be told they couldnt show it and offered a refund. That problem happened at this theater as well. The manager apologized and offered refunds OR we could come back in two hours when he thought he could have it worked out. Most people lined up for refunds but about 6-8 of us wandered around for a couple hours--hopefully. They KNEW how many seats were refunded and that they werent going to make any money on this mess at all, but they STILL WORKED IT OUT. Promptly at 9pm they played our movie-- with none of the problems that occured at the theaters that DID attempt to show it across the US. That, my peeps, is customer service! Thank you to the dedicated and resourceful Natomas Regal.

Seats are outdated. Condiment counter and food service was poor. The place also smells like feet. Need control for the kids that trash the place w food, drinks and whatever else in the theater. They were out of control and disgusting plus it was a safety hazard.

Disappointed today with ladies room. No towel dispensers working, just big roll of help yourself. Second time I was there in the afternoon and no seat covers in the handicap stalls. Regal you can do better

My shoes stuck to the floor. The food was expensive and not worth it and I can get a ticket at DOCO theatre (by the kings arena) for LESS money. The seats are recline and if I remember correctly are heated!

We were in theater 13 for Star Wars this week. This particular theater is fairly old in comparison to the newer digital options. The seat I had was actually broken and sagging. The screen itself was smaller and the sound was just ok.

Staff was nice and friendly. Seats were hard and uncomfortable. Wont go there again.

Consession and ticket folks were great and helpful.

The place feels old and the seats ARE old. I did enjoy most of the food. Fried food was good... but the hotdog could of been fresher.Overall.... middle star.Also, in theater 1... the screen has 4 long black bars running down the screen. WTF.

There wasnt a line so We didnt need to wait out in the cold and rain. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The movie Aquaman was an awesome movie too. I will definitely go back again.

We watched IT chapter two in 4xd, and fell in love with the 4xd room, it was very clean, and had a new car smell. The effects made the 20$ worth your while. The only issue I had that entire night was that one of the employees that was taking orders was being very rude, he didnt even ask if we needed anything, the first thing he said was, are you guys done here, thats the only reason Im giving this review a 4/5.

The theaters on the left side smell terrible. Like urine. The seating is old and the carpets are filthy. Definitely needs a refresh.

For those of you who are not part of the Regal Rewards program yet; you may want to after reading this! On Sunday January 19th, I got a text message from Regal Cinemas saying that it was National Popcorn Day, and that popcorn was half off!!!Who couldnt beat that deal? I paid $4 for mine and left; I just went for the popcorn!

Only issue is with the hot food...they advise you it will take 6 minutes to prepare yet 15 minutes later....youre still waiting...we had to exchange our movie tickets for a later start.

The theater screens are actually pretty small but it will do. As you can expect: OVERPRICED FOOD (Just sneak food in). But all in all, its a great time to spend with friends.

Went to see Avengers and end game Was so good!!! Sitting in the back was the best view the temperature was perfect not too hot and not too cold but it is still good to have a sweater the theater was clean so that is a plus!

The employees were less than helpful today. Somehow they put the regal points on a different card number than ours for the tickets we purchased. The snack bar employee made several errors. First, instead of using our points for an upgrade, he charged us and when we pointed it out, took our points and charged us. The assistant manager failed to do anything about it, saying that the employee was new and didnt know any better. We pointed out to said assistant manager isnt that his job to know how to do that stuff? she said yes, but hes new. She did nothing for us to repair the situation. She said what do you want me to do about it? I said make up for it, she said she cant. Second, the snack guy asked me what type of soda I wanted and I said Coke and he brought me a diet Coke, twice and finally on the third time brought me a regular Coke. I lost any hope for and my good feelings about Regal Cinemas Naromas....poor way to treat your customers.

This is the perfect place to watch your fab movies. The food is great even if its overpriced.

If I could give a 0 rating, I would. Absolute worst theatre in Sacramento. Outdated. The theater and seats are beyond uncomfortable. They dont recline, or have trays like the reviews state. Definitely a blast from the past if you plan to visit this location. I believe it is in fact the only Regal theater in Sacramento that has NOT been updated. Two thumbs down, Ill never return. True case of looks can be deceiving.

Wonderful, roomy, reclining seats with seat warmers and a tray for food...but no toilet paper in most of the stalls in the ladies room before and after the two hour movie. The seats are new. The toilet paper issue is not.

Screens could be larger but reliable cineplex.
