Nice little neighborhood park with easy trails on the Saco river

Its close to downtown yet it feels secluded and the sounds are more wilderness

Hard to find absolutely no signage to get there but very clean well kept .

Saco River flooded out the park due to spring runoff. Snapped some pictures while I was there, looks like there are some decent hiking trails.

Nice boat launch, play ground for kids, small dock for fishing, easy parking

This is a good place to bring the kids during the day, Play Harry Potter Wizards Unite, and pit your boat in the river. There is a playground.The hiking trails are not well groomed and definitely not handicapped accessible there is a large tree blocking the way a short distance in and you have to climb over it.

Would love to have bench swing for the Grammys and Grampies who are watching over the kiddos. And trim the bushes down so we can get a beautiful view of the river. Other than that its a peaceful place.

Very nice park near the boat ramp. No swimming area.

Definitely fallen into disrepair over the years and has become a place where the local homeless people and druggies seem to congregate. I used to take my kids here to play but wouldnt dream of it now.

Little wet around the edges right now but Shadow loves it here.

LOVE kayaking here! I suggest this place to anyone who has children, due to the part! Also, a great place to picnic & put a boat or kayak in! TOTALLY fun!

Beautiful place

Nice and easy short walking trails. Nice play area. Easy boat launch. Could use a group of people who would adopt the park to help keep the trash picked up and trails cleared.

Decent park and little dock on the water. Crappy boat launch. Some people got there boat stuck because the river isnt marked out for shallow areas
