We will definitely come back! Each of the rooms where they show the movies have around 40+ seats so that everyone will be more comfortable and relax. The seats have individual armchairs that let you lay back and watch your favorite movie. What a nice to enjoy with your friends and family. Highly recommended!

We dined and watched movies here SO many times when we lived in Phoenix for about 12 years. The service is great and the recliners are extremely comfortable. The sound is impeccable. Every time there was a feature we really wanted to see in a theater we headed here. The food is actually pretty good. I almost always get the crispy brussel sprouts, fish and chips, a burger, or the loaded tater tots -- really decadent, but great for the occasion treat.

This certain movie house was truly satisfying and the best! The staff was nice, very professional, and accommodating. Besides, the seats were comfortable, the whole area was cleaned, and the screen was too large and extremely loud. Honestly, my friends and I have quality time with each other with your movie house. Next time, we will surely come back, for your movie house was the best place to hang out and chill. Thanks!

This movie house has a nice ambiance, good food, wines, and a great place to chill and spend time with friends. Very relaxing and fun place to watch movies. The room is soft and comfortable with an air conditioner. Also, they have good accommodation and updated movies. I highly recommend this movie house to all of my friends and colleagues.

The movie theater staff is so easy to work with, very professional and friendly, and allows us to bring food inside. They show a PowerPoint for the next movie and make announcements before the movie starts. The place is huge and so cool! Thanks for making my movie night experience wonderful!

The food here is top notch. When you go to a theater you never think that dinner is going to be something you have there. This place has an excellent menu. And for the price, excellent food and service. However it only gets 4 stars cause out of the 3 times I have been here it’s never been clean when I walk in. Straw wrappers, napkins and popcorn litter the seating areas even after the theater has held people from going in for 20 minutes for supposed cleaning.

Its so different during Covid but definitely felt like we had the place to ourselves.

Love the seats did not try the food or drinks hated that I was watching a movie and could hear the movies playing next door they need better sound proof.

Food was delicious I got the buffalo chicken sandwich(comes with fries) and a Lemonade. They bought the food out in like 15 minutes. Seating was spaced out(due to social distancing). So you had a little privacy which was nice. Will definitely come again.

The theater was clean and provided safe distances. The staff was friendly and I could see continued washing hands and keeping the place clean. I was disappointed that I could not get the Pear Martini. They stated they were on a limited menu because of covid but I could see the gray goose pear vodka behind her. Either way I had a great experience the first time back since covid and I am looking forward to going again.

Not a good experience, prices are too high for food and movies. Went to wrong theater because movie names are not posted at door, ended up missing the first part of our movie, very lazy management. Chicken sandwich was terrible extremely small piece of chicken. Would have had better food at McDonalds.

There were only 2 of us in the theater for the movie we chose. Service was great and everything was very clean. The bathroom needs updating and attention but without customers it is probably not a priority, it was clean. I would however, highly recommend this theater, its better than most in Phoenix.

Everything good. They do practice social distancing, so there is not inside the theater service so no refill on anything. (Popcorn and drinks)

Watched the movie unhinged since the movie theaters were open again. I think they rushed out the food way too fast. I like how they were safe with wearing a mask and bringing our food to us.

Not a bad movie theater by any means. I almost always end up spending a bit of money here cause they have a kitchen and some actually really tasty food. However, its not my favorite movie theater in Phoenix. Probably the best in its immediate locale though. Also, they usually have a pretty good selection of non major motion pictures if thats your thing.

There are two different types of theaters in here: cinema suites and regular. Cinema suites has the electric foot rest lazy boy type chairs. The regular one is not like a regular theater in that the seats are more like La-Z-Boy chairs however, they do not recline.Both types of theaters have a full course meals along with regular movie popcorn candy garbage.Theyve change the menu once or twice since opening this remodel and its usually quite good but if youre wanting to avoid dairy or youre vegetarian, its a little bit tricky. Its too bad because the first menu was quite good in that regard.Tip: get your parking ticket validated. It used to be free parking on Sundays but as of 2017, its still pay to park so it pays to validate.Overall, having been to all the luxury theaters in the Valley, this one is still the nicest.

I enjoy coming here during the week usually Mondays or Tuesdays due to smaller crowds, plus I bring my daughter with me on mommy daughter dates. The employees are always friendly and polite. The food is pretty good, and the theatre as well as the bathrooms are always clean. I definitely always recommend my friends to come here at least once a month. Parking is right behind the building and the elevator takes you right to the theatre. The vibe I get from the area is pretty awesome everyone’s friendly yet mind their own business which I love.

I cant blame AMC for tenet, that I blame Christopher Nolan for, different complaint. 2 beers 2 chicken sandwiches no condiments, $60+. This was the worse service that we have had. We just wanted a treat. This 2as not a treat.

Ive came to this theater multiple times since its basically across the street from me. I love bringing my daughters here to watch new movies. In my experience, the bathrooms are always nice and clean, staff is always friendly, the prices for the movies are reasonable but if you do not want to spend a lot of money on the food and drinks, my suggestion is to eat before the movie. The pricing on the food and drinks is insanely high. Ive had a couple of their menu items and I was not impressed at all. I do not think the food is worth what you pay for it here.

We don’t have one in Indiana but what a unique experience. Food was great and the service was unbelievable. The recliners are very comfy.

This is probably one of the oldest a AMC Theatres we have been to in a very long time, the seats definitely need to be upgraded, little leather rocking chairs that don’t recline and there’s no foot rest.We did order some food and got pepperoni flatbread it was delicious and I really liked my Cobb salad, it had a lot of chicken and some fresh, fresh, fresh slices of avocado. After all that we had to get some popcorn.I’m not sure if I would go back to this particular AMC until they update their seats but they did have a full menu and great drink choices, we can’t really complain about the service.

First time for our family to watch a show at a dine in movie theater. It was a fun experience and my Asian Bowl was amazingly really really good! The staff must have thought we were silly asking all sorts of weird questions but they made sure we had the best experience. Was a great family outing.

Awful service.Ordered at the same time as everyone else, like normal.For some reason, everyone ended up getting drinks before us in a reasonable amount of time. Besides us.An hour goes by, no drinks, so I spoke up. Finally got our drinks brought to us by the manager. And then our food shortly after, after everyone in the theater had everything they ordered. To top it off, my order was incorrect so I had to miss out on the movie even more to go speak with a manager AGAIN. I wont be going back. How are you supposed to enjoy a movie when you have to get up and inquire about your order?

Went to the Dine in Theater. Nice theater with comfortable reclining seats. (Not as big or reclining as the Cinema Suite Theater) Only ordered a soft drinks, which they bring to you. Good picture and sound.

The seats were dirty with food from the previous showing. The theater screen is offset to the left which they dont show that when you buy tickets. We bought seats to the right and I literally didnt have screen in front of me, I was looking off to the left the whole time. Im sure the orientation is different for each room in the theater so its a roll of the dice. The food was really good though. Hands down one of the best hamburgers Ive ever eaten. (The bbq)

I go to the theater infrequently do when I go I like to go in style. Comfortable seating. Not crammed in with others sitting next to some person who smells like booze n cigarettes. They wait on you. Food service. Alcoholic beverages. All the normal movie snacks. This is where I go to see movies from now on. Yeah, it cost more but for me its well worth the cost.

Very nice theatre. Although the movie screen went blank for 10 minutes they couldve give a discount because we missed some of the movie. They should invest in reclining seats for more comfort Overall great atmosphere

A good place to enjoy movie with the best food.

We always love going here, ample parking in the parking garage and dont forget to have them validate your parking. The chairs here are awesome and recline all the way back! The menu options are not extensive, but the food came out tasty and hot. Chicken wings, salads, bowels, burgers, not two bad ofva selection. You can get decent dinner and a movie for the same cost of a bunch of junk food.

Went to the AMC Dine-in last night and did not have a good experience! The ticket lady was so rude to us as we were picking out seats. We ordered a side of fried which took 45 minutes to get which then came out cold! Half way through the movie there was on and off banging in the neighboring theater. Only good experience was how nice the bartender was. Would not recommend.

Its a nice experience getting served dinner right to your seat. Not all of the theater rooms here have the fully adjustable seats though so be careful while ordering tickets to check a room that has this option makes all the difference.

I purchased tickets online, 4 in the back row, small theater. Got to the theater, checked in. We sat in the seats and the bottom half of the screen disappeared behind a wall that was in front of the reclining seats. We thought we would just move down a row, but people came for those seats. By this time the theater was dark. I went out to the lobby and told the person at the desk we couldn’t see from our seats. She said, “I know.” They we’re constructed wrong and so far we can’t get them fixed. I said I was concerned that they sold us tickets to unusable seats. She said the only other seats we could take were on the front row. So, 2 of us sat on the front row, VERY close and 2 of us sat at the back with the wall blocking part of the screen! Needless to say, not an adventure I will ever take again.

Ive had good experiences here but tonight was just awful. Not sure who was at fault but a couple brought in their baby and started to cry in the middle of the movie. It took a few complaints from different people at the show for a staff member to ask the couple to take their crying infant outside. Im sure they reimbursed their tickets but we had to miss a good portion of the movie while we waited for someone to come help.

In the beginning the person selling us the tickets, a smile would be nice... But at least he gave us good service. But everything was very lean, the dining service was good. And the general vibe was very professional and classy. And I loved being comfortable while watching the movie.

Went the other day, the girl with the hair covering is the absolute rudest worker that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. It took her forever to even notice us and when she finally did help us she acted like selling us tickets was some huge chore. The food and server were great, but I will probably just buy tickets online next time if I come back so I dont have to deal with her.

My view was blocked by the rail. When my husband went to customer service, the representatives response was that is why she always sits in the middle of the theater. That was not an option for us as all those seats were already taken. She offered me a seat across the aisle and down a row or two but that defeated the purpose of going to the movie with my husband. We were sharing food and that would not work. Additionally, there is no concession stand and we had to wait a long time for the server. My husband had to track one down in order to get service.

The movie experience is what I expect from AMC, comfortable seating and a full selection delivered to your seat, the parking situation is very unpleasant. Although I have validated correctly every time I went to a movie, the parking situation is so confusing and awkward that I now go to dinner and a movie at Desert Ridge. At AMC Desert Ridge there is ample free parking everywhere and no endless stairs or elevators that may or may not come. There is also no concern about what happens if you stay over 4 hours.

Very nice theatre. The food was fresh and services are quick. A movie in the afternoon is a nice way to relax on a day off or early Saturday. Not crowded during the day. Nice recliner seats Highly recommend a visit

My husband and I had date night here. It was a Monday night so the place was almost empty. We saw Zombieland 2. We ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes. They were so delicious! They came with a chewy brownie on top. And a ton of whipped cream. The staff is friendly. And the place is clean. I really like coming here. The chairs are very comfy too!

The staff is great and the food was even better. My bartender before the movie, Jackie, was incredibly friendly and had great recommendations. Will definitely be returning.

Customer service was great. I enjoyed watching my first movie “Indivisible”. My experience there from walking in to watching movie was great. Great because the Theatre is kept clean and staff is friendly. Had to get vouchers first time due to a unfortunate circumstance. Went to Guest Services And was assisted right away. Very nice people. All the movies. And the food service in theater went smoothly. Theater had really good suprising sound compared to many others ive been to. Very clean from what I saw.

I have been going to this theatre for many years, I was so excited to have options where you could go to the movies and have a meal. Their food selection is not bad, but not great but if you order anything like no mayonnaise or the other sauces that they consider necessary to the menu you only have about 30% chance that if you ask them to not put a slathering of gunk of whatever, like mayonnaise or aioli sauce on that you will get it as ordered. Half the time the food is over cooked. When you complain, somehow they try to make you feel like it’s your fault. God forbid you don’t want all that garbage poured all over what you eat. The managers for food and theatre are different so each believe it’s not their problem. If you want to enjoy the recliner you are limited most of the time to the later movies because most of the earlier ones are not in recliner theaters. If you want a reasonably quiet experience, it is hit and miss because they will try to tell you they send monitors in but they seldom do, then when you complain about loud children or adults they have the audacity to tell you that you should come out and tell them. So let’s see now you are doing there job and you miss part of the movie that you won’t get back. Bottom line sometimes it’s a good experience but more likely mixed, they have a lot of work still. Like I said I’ve been going for years, no matter how many suggestions I’ve made no body seems interested in long term fixes. Unfortunately that seems to how corporations are handling things right now.

This is my neighborhood movie theater. Service is always on point and the place is always clean. The food and drinks are good and I sometimes frequent this place for dinner without even planning on seeing a movie.

The 18.00 steak and shrimp bowl was so disappointing. Rice was minimal. Shrimp were burnt and the steak was chewy lil tidbits. The service is always the same. Get everything you need when you order or forget it. I didnt even get a napkin. ugh!

Parking validation didnt work so parking cost $12. Theater is really nice, and comfortable. Bar area is a nice plus. However the food took a long time to get, 25- 40 minutes.(we ordered at the bar and in the show) The nachos came ice cold and had to get sent back. I ordered popcorn with easy butter and it was totally drenched with butter and had to get sent back too. Then it took 20 minutes to get my popcorn back and they didnt put any butter on it. I wouldnt recommend it unless someone was just having an off night.

Great. You can pre-choose your seats and the have a full dining service experience with reclining seats. Stop in early for a cocktail, seat yourselves in time to place your food and dessert order and recline back like your at home. Just dont fall asleep after you eat all the delicious food, get your buzz on and may be even get a handy from your date.

I was watching Frozen 2 on the last day that it was still in the movie theater, so my family got the whole theater to ourselves! My experience was amazing! I will be coming back again to watch Spies in Disguise with my family!

My wife and I love going here for our date nights. Great place to catch a flick while enjoying a cocktail or restaurant quality food. Very comfortable seating especially with the reclining chairs. It is a bit pricey to eat and drink there, but that is to be expected given that its near the Biltmore.

This place definitely has mold lingering in the air.. I kept a cloth over my nose thru most the movie. I would not ever go back to this place. NOT FEELING GOOD AT ALL SINCE GOING TO to this place BEEN HAVING SPELLS WHERE I FEEL DIZZY..THE AIR IN THIS JOINT SMELLED LIKE wet METALAlmost could taste it in my mouth . ..I feel so off.

Drove to this specific location from Dysart for what they are known for “Dine In”. We get to the theatre a whole 20min early and decide to wait for the movie to order food because that was the reason we drove out to this specific theatre. So come time to order, we push the little button for service and we wait. A couple walks in and sits right behind us and about 10 minutes later, a gentleman sits right in front of us and we see a server come in a few minutes after everyone was sitting down. So we assume she’s coming our way and she walks right past us and takes the couple behind us order. Then walks down to the gentleman in front of us and takes his order. And then she walks out of the room. So we wait and an hour passes by and still nothing. I ask a different server what’s going on and he apologized and took our order. So at this point everyone in the room ordered and minutes later orders start coming out. Ours were nowhere to be found. We go ask what’s going on and come to find out, the kitchen is closed and I just paid $70 in food! So here we are watching a movie, starving because we haven’t ate since around noon, it’s now 10:45p and the movie still had about an hour left. I was not able to get a full refund, and had the worst experience at this place!!

Not my best theater experience. Here’s why I give it 3 stars:•Parking is annoying. Finding the actual parking garage is not so easy, then there’s finding a spot, walking a long ways to the theater and you have to remember to get your parking validated. This is an unnecessary annoyance in my opinion.•Chairs don’t recline. Sure, they’re an upgrade from the run-of-the-mill foldout theater seats, but there are plenty of theaters out there with seats that recline.•Finding the actual theater is a pain. Navigating from the parking garage to the theater itself isn’t so easy. As I was looking for the entrance myself, I ran into two others who were also confused about where the entrance was.Ultimately I found this location to have too many weird annoyances to warrant any more than 3 stars.

Usually I love this place- nice atmosphere, good food, comfy seats. However, after leaving my wallet at home, the lady managing tickets wouldn’t let me exchange my ticket from a PG-13 to a rated R movie as I had no ID. I understand that they have regulations, but I’m clearly of age. Also, the small theatres don’t have reclining seats like the majority of ones here. I do not recommend this theater, go to Camelview at Fashion Square instead

Theater screens and audio were small and low tech. Lighting around seating interfered with movie experience. People ordering and wait staff walking in front of you non stop was disruptive.

Great Theatre and service! Seats are more comfortable and the food and drinks come to you! Just a bit more expensive, but worth it for the comfort and service.

We really enjoyed going to this theater. The seats are very comfortable and like most AMC theaters you reserve your seats when purchasing the tickets. We also ordered lunch during the movie. I have 4 stars because the food took about 45 minutes to come which we felt was long but it was good. The food is also on the slightly expensive side for what you get but it is good quality, youre paying for convenience.

Service, food and drinks are great. Prices are reasonable. Clean and well kept. Your parking ticket can be validated for free parking in the garage. I bought my tickets online, but when my group arrived we realized we were not all sitting together due to a break in the isle. They kindly agreed to let us switch our seats around. Cons: I wish the seats reclined better and the food / drink tray was slightly wider. Everything on the menu is super high calorie, even salads. I loved the days of ordering blindly, but now with new calorie posting regulations its all there to see and kill my joy.

I had the best night with my Granddsughters. We watched Secret Life of Pets 2! The seats are comfortable and we had a delicious dinner all while watching a move!! The servers were polite and courteous. They responded quickly when you pushed the service button! All around WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Ill definitely be going again and Ive already recommended it to my friends and theyve already bought tickets to go!!

Very nice. Comfy chairs. Good and hot appetizers. I would recommend pre-purchasing movie tickets. We were walk-INS and got the worst seats in the theatre stadium . It was packed during the matinee. We had free tickets and spent $70 on food and drinks alone. Very well worth it.

About time you get what you pay for when it comes to food. Love the Mac & Cheese. Never thought the concept would last this long. But, it has.

This used to be great but not any more....not this location anyway. My daughter took me here for Mothers Day and she spent good money.Both of our call buttons and the seats next to ours were broken...you couldnt call the waitress. We had to get up and go get her. The waitress said shed check with us periodically since our buttons were broken but we never saw her again until she brought the check at the end. It took 45 minutes to get our food and it was *cold*. Would be well worth the money if they fixed what was broken and brought your food within a reasonable time and hot....at least warm.

Best theatre in town! Seats are comfy, food is delicious and not more than going to a restaurant. Why wouldnt you go here? Service can sometimes take a while, but at least when you need a refill, you are waiting in your seat watching instead of out at the snack bar missing it. And parking is validated as well!

Clean and good service...only down side was the computer was down for about 5 mins..but didnt miss the movie

I have been to this theater twice already since I got the AMC premiere pass. I have not been impressed with this theater yet. The service is not the greatest. It takes a very long time for the servers to come to you after you push the button. Second, we ordered 2 alcoholic drinks and food. The food came out faster than our drinks did. I asked for a side of ranch and they forgot this. I had to ask for my ranch again once we finally got our drinks. During the movie, we asked for some candy and this was never given to us. Plus, as the servers come in the theater, they talk very loud while getting peoples orders during the movie.

Great recliners for watching a movie but what’s the deal with them not refilling your soda I asked twice and they never came back with any

Watched Avengers End Game. This was a great choice for a place to go for a 3 hour movie. You can eat a meal instead of loads of junk food. I really liked that option. The service was fast. Also the movie was great as well.

On February 14th, that evening my girlfriend and I went to the movies along with a church group to watch the movie the Photograph. We sat in section B. Our area was filthy and nasty. The waitress took our orders during the preview (Chicken Nacho for us), and was told about the nastiness, but never came back too wiped anything down. 10 minutes before the movie was over we finally recieved our order. Service, sitting area and food was terrible.another waitress brought soggy nachos to our table. The service and food was very poor

Bathrooms are always clean, there is a dining and theatre, its convenient to all the shopping and the ambiance around 24 to 44th St. You can ring the bell if you want popcorn or soda or chips, or a glass of wine or a beer.the seats are not like Harkins, and they give you more than enough room

Movie theater was clean and well lit. Figured the lights on our seats would turn off once the movie started but they didnt; they were very distracting. Servers are extremely loud when taking orders. Food was great. Location is bizarre, we had trouble getting there from the parking garage. It was late in the day so we didnt have to worry about ticket validation otherwise I think we might have had to pay. Ticket person up front spoke in such a soft voice, you couldnt hear what she was saying.

Let me start by saying that I loved this theater. We have gone to this theater over 30 times in the last year.I wanted to take my Mom out to a nice movie and dinner. We went to see Dr. Dolitte the movie was great However the theater and service was horrible. When we first walked in the theater smelled like mold or mildew I could have tolerated that if it was the only negative thing about our experience. We pushed the call button to order our food it took awhile for our server Luis, to respond. Not a big deal, we finally got our food after waiting 45 minutes, and all three orders were cold. I dont know about anyone else but I dont enjoy eating cold soggy French fries. But since we waited 45 minutes to get our food I figured it was a lost cause to get fresh hot food while the movie was still playing. I pushed the call button again to order dessert and refills we waited for over an hour and all our server Luis brought was the check. Needless to say we will not be going back to that theater and we will be telling all of our friends not to go to that theater. Its sad because we really liked this theater.

Normally its great,but for a Valentines day night. Me and my wife had a horrible night. Bad service, we never got our appetizers and refills on our sodas either!

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for four years our last experience was horrible. My blue moon was given to someone behind me and the excuse I was given is the keg was being switched out I only received my blue moon half way thru the film. Outside of that the clientele behind us continued to kick our seats, it was never this bad the service continues to go down hill as the employees spill drinks and food. I would love to continue to come here but it is becoming more difficult. I would like some type of response from management at this location...thank you

Omg popcorn horrible, no buttery flavor, even after they give you the butter. The seating comfortable, drinks ok. Movie was great. But Idk Harkins all the way, and this was my first experience. To sad..

Had the best time with my grandma and my cousin watching Home Again with Reese Witherspoon. Had the Cajun mac and cheese, the portion was beyond plentiful, the food scrumptious. My cousin had the fish and chips and a long island ice tea, neither of which she could finish.

It was a really nice movie theater. It was a little bit small to eat at your chair but other than that it was really nice.

This review is mostly about the Dining aspect of the theater experienceWent here after work on a Friday hoping to grab something to eat and drink while seeing a movie with a few friends.Two my friends ordered wine and the wine never came, they had to ask them to bring it out about 40 mins later.My other friend and I ordered food at the exact same time (simple stuff right off the menu) my food came out about 25 minutes after we ordered but my friends food didnt come until probably an hour after we ordered. When her food finally arrived it was COLD! She politely asked for warm fries, and they took her entire plate of food and NEVER BROUGHT IT BACK! She finally just asked for them to cancel her order. No apology, nothing was said!The service or lack there of was embarrassing, all we did was order a couple of chicken sandwiches and that couldnt be accomplished. If I end up at this theater again, no food or drinks will be ordered.

The service was great but the food was mediocre. But we enjoyed the facilities and seating very much!

I love this theatre. The food is great and the chairs are comfortable. The last movie we went to though the seats were dirty....like need a deep cleaning so I docked a star. Im still going back though. They serve you in your seats and have a great menu to select from. I cant movie any other way now!

This was once a favorite of ours but price of food & drinks are over priced . Food was good but for what you pay you figured it would be good size portions. Alcohol was very expensive which explains why the bar was empty. If it was more affordable I am sure they would be a busy place. Dont get me wrong its a good form of entertainment but with as much as we have new or coming soon venues they need to be more competitive!

I love my movie pass and I sure get use out of it! The employees remember me when I come in and the popcorn is awesome! Just found out they can do salt/ butter free popcorn on request! Even better!!!

Usually one of my favorite theaters... But went there to see IT Chapter 2 and the waitress completely ruined my experience. Ended up messing up and charging the wrong account to my card. Then kept interrupting my movie to try and resolve. Brought me cold food. Never delivered my drink and ruined the ending of the movie. Literally should be re trained.
