Love this theater. Less crowded and lower ticket price. Also love not having to reserve or pick specific seat ahead of time.

A grand place to watch a movie. Clean theaters, courteous employees. Impressive lobby.

Myself and two granddaughters go here all the time and we love it! The seating is great! They have an excellent snack bar! And the staff are wonderful!

Was very excited to be able to go back to the movies. Harkins is doing a great job on safely and sanitizing, only thing is that there should be more policing the theaters. Many people changed seats to sit closer and lots of people not eating or drinking removed their face covering. Overall though; thank you Harkins. Plus a shout out to all your staff working so hard for our movie going experience.

My first time hear so I like it so far and its the only theater that I know that has an escalator and an elevator in a theater. The bathroom here is very, very, very clean and other theaters sometimes youll see little bits of tissue on the floor or the trash can over filled by paper towels.

This is a Harkins that offers all day $7 tickets. The theater is one of my least favorite Harkins. Its mainly for the layout and its dated interior. Its also very dark and it seems gloomy. I dont know, I just dont get a good vibe. However, those shortcomings arent a huge deal. Harkins is local and it does a great job catering to the Phoenix community. Their prices are reasonable. Ill continue to support Harkins until they give me a reason not to do it anymore.

The employees were nice but it seemed they moved in slow motion behind the refreshment/candy/popcorn counter. They need to economize their movements ( try to be a little quicker behind that counter). I still cant get the image out of my head of the mountain of popcorn on the floor in front of the popcorn machine. They had to wait to use one scooper between all. It just seemed that they could be trained better to be more efficient. We just barely made the movie in time. I do like the fact that its $7.00 all day, every day. Its easier to look past the chaos when the tickets are priced relatively low...but I really miss the old dollar theaters!As a postscript...after forgetting my bag there I called the next day, someone was kind enough to turn it into lost and found. Nothing was missing. So, 4 stars for honesty. Super important!

I can say this, place is constantly cleaned, for $7.00 not bad at all! Parking all over, bathrooms clean, wheel chairs seats in front, shopping in mall if you visit the mall buy so metro can keep going into the future, buses connect up till 2 am, movie needs to be alittle louder but great family or just yourself, love everyone that works there great job keeping us movie goers coming thankyou

The theater was clean and the seats were comfy even though they did not recline. Got a center seat and the sound was good in theater 12. For the price of the tickets its well worth going to see a movie at this theater.

My boys and I have been coming here for years. Were always treated with kindness and such good customer service! My son walks with forearm crutches and they are always willing to accommodate him. I love it! Even when he tries to be Mr. Independent

8 love this theater. All movies no matter how old you are is only $7. Cant beat that price and they have all the current movies. Their snack line moves fast. Seats were comfortable and the sound was great. Will definitely go again.

There system was down when we were there took them 15 mins to reset it and was late to the movie

This place is always clean. They have good snacks and drinks. Ive never gone in and had a problem with my tickets or my showing. The Harkins Rewards are super handy if you visit the movies often and the workers are friendly.

Harkins always brings good value for the money. Theyre standard of cleanliness Furnishings food in employees is super no matter where you go. As a community member I am glad that Harkins has decided to stay in the mall.

Like all movie theaters, the concession food is way over priced, but its only $7.00 for an adult movie ticket. The seats are old school, they dont recline, but for $7.00 you cant expect them to. I went with my kids & my grand daughter to see Cats. Personally Im not a big fan of musicals, and this is about the biggest musical sense Annie. I have a son with special needs and neither he nor my granddaughter like the movie so we left about halfway through. On our way out I talk to the manager who was more than happy to give us all free passes for another movie. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the overpriced concession stand

This is a good theatre to catch a movie. There are plenty of perks like popcorn flavors and good drinks and a variety of snacks. I like the loyalty cup.

Ive been going here as long as I can remember. Its not fancy but its always pretty clean and well kept. You can get all your steps in with those stairs from rocky. I will go here as long as it stays around.

I always enjoy my time here. Staff is always nice. Tickets are always $7. As with every theater the food is expensive.. but once you buy the souvenir cups its a bit cheaper. Other patrons can be a bit annoying but its not Harkins fault.

Snack bar line goes slow, when they sign people up for the Harkins reward club at the cash register. I dont get it because they ask everybody are you a member and sign people up there too. Which slows the line outside too. So, arrive early to buy tickets and snacks. before your movie.

My favorite movie theater. Its cheap, its old school, and it smells like buttery popcorn. All the things I love about the movies. No fancy recliners here and thats how I like it.

I have been going through the past few years as a child with my parents and they have great kids movies, adult movies (dont judge Im older t ok whatch those movies like 10 school worth of kids so welcome to 2020 or new ages) they have great popcorn toppings and popcorn it self with or without butter, great choice of snacks or meals, and great updates for a reasonable price especially with the rewards card.

An overall pleasant experience. The prices for tickets stay at a steady seven per person at all times for all all ages. This Harkins Theatre is well kept and orderly. There are two floors, each accessible by stairs and escalators; it is unknown to me if there are elevators. It should be known there is little shade if one were to purchase the tickets at the booth during the day.

Nice for the price of admission, needs some upgrades to the seats and auditorium, but very clean and conveniently located off the I-17 freeway and plaza of restuarants and Walmart.

Greeted with a SMILE from employees ! Saw, movie Hell Boy, and it was superb. Also met past coworkers, twins, super pretty Ladies ! : )

I have not been to Metrocenter in forever. we saw star wars rise of sky walker and had a great time.

This place should get more activity just for the price alone, Ill probably stop by at least once at week. Huge theater and well maintained by proper staff. Hope to see all of metro center thrive!

Metro Center Harkins is great! The customer service is phenomenal and you cant beat the $7 tickets. Its a relic but its beautiful AND its the last Harkins that is multi-story.

Movie It 2 was great there. Scared me several times. Sound quality and seating were comfortable. Air temperature was good.

For the love of God please Clorox wipes the seat handles This place was packed. Restrooms were clean. Definitely a dated movie theater, didnt visit the concessions. Oh and it was weird someone came in to talk to us before the movie started.

Nice place, its got two floors and two concession stands, its always been pretty clean when I go and well staffed; staff is friendly. Movie viewing area is a typical harkins size and Ill say comfortable seating. They got some good movies too when they come out but I would always check the website out first. Would recommend.

This is my Goto theater. Its in an old ru down mall, but the theater is well maintained. Friendly staff and $7 tickets for all movies. Cant beat it.

Cant go wrong with 7 Dollars movie tickets anytime any day all ages. The best time to is on a weekday when theres less people and wanna enjoy the latest movies with a group of friends. Never forget to pick a loyalty cup and a large popcorn bag, also by the way save that bag for next visit to get a free refill dont forget about the 1.50 loyalty cup refills. The multi level floors adds to the experience along with a nice and friendly staff to make your experience better. I personally have been here a few times myself and never leave dissatisfied on every visit.

This okay is a great place to see a high quality movie for cheap. All movies are only $7. I suggested by the loyalty cup for your soft drinks and refills are only $1.50 all year long. Sign up for the Harkins app as you will get credit for concessions and for tickets.The only reason I did not give this a five stars because they dont have the reclining seats which really doesnt bother me but any major theater should have those now...But since metro center is not as active as used to be ..I understand

In two years of attending this harkins at least once a month it was the worst service by far. Doesnt matter what the price is if even speaking to management gets you nowhere. Avoid this Harkins at all costs. The General manger is as incompetent as his team of reject cashiers.

My wife and I love going to this particular Harkins, because every movie is $7. Even the 3-D movies. Its every day, all day. Also if youre not a rewards member, you should be. Its free to join and I think we pay a small fee to get a bunch of free popcorn vouchers and its worth every penny. We go about once a week and we love it.

Honestly Ive never had a bad experience here. The ticket booth staff had always been friendly. The concession staff are eager to please. And the movies have been great. I choose this over AMC every time I get to pick

The bathroom was messy the first time I went. The second time it was somewhat clean. The movie theater was presentable and the staff were considerable.

The theater itself looks like any other. The staff are courteous. When I went the movies were at $7 which was a surprise as compared to other theaters.

Best price for any movie theatre. Im willing to bet if all Harkins lowered their orices to $7 a ticket like this one more people would go to the movies. Theyd probably also spend more money on the snack stand too.

This was my first time to the metro center and I will return. It had been a long time since I had seen a movie.Everyone was so kind and helpful and to top it off I loved the Lion King!

This has become the favorite place for movies for our family and most of our friends. This multi level movie theater is clean and comfortable. The theater has the standard movie seats which are comfortable and easy to access. It is also the cheapest priced movie theater that includes 3D movies at the same price of general seating. Parking is good and easy. It is really the best value in town hands down. Try it! You will like it!

Good solid entertainment at reasonable prices for any size groups. Easy to find, centrally located and the best popcorn. Comfortable seating with sound that pulls you into the experience. Best place to view action and drama. Engrossing.

Clean theater and great service. Even when busy its still well kept. Only thing that sucks is standing in line during the summer time.

The first time I visited here they had a major audio issue in my screen which I didnt see addressed, however, I have been back over a dozen times and never encountered any issues. Great concessions, great screens and you cant beat $7 for any ticket, any showtime, including 3d. Highly recommended.
