There was miscommunication in regards to what was open for public and what was not, they overcharged my credit card.

The room was great, very clean and up to date. My issue was with the service provided by this resort. Upon arrival I received a text message a week before check-in stating While a number of amenities, such as restaurants and bars, game rooms, activity centers, and business centers will remain temporarily closed; the pool is now open at your resort and ready for you to enjoy.All fine and well I expected certain amenities to be closed due to COVID. After checking in, the man hands me the keys and THEN tells me that they have a 2 hour time restriction on the pool and that reservations need to be made in advance in order to use the pool. I found this to be a very deceiving way to conduct business as the week before the text message stated that the pool is now open at your resort and ready for you to enjoy but nothing was mentioned about restrictions. I received no e-mails/notifications about the restriction prior to check-in. Had I known before, I wouldve canceled my reservation & paid the extra money for an AirBnB w/a pool. The whole reason for this trip was to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday and spend the weekend at the pool. We got a total of 2 hours for the whole weekend (we called at 6:30AM to even get a time slot, the rest of the time slots were already booked for the rest of the weekend). Needless to say, very frustrating and dishonest on their end. The business shouldve notified me of the time restrictions & reservations for the pool before the trip.

We had amazing customer service from Mike at the front desk. He definitely made our stay memorable! Rooms had absolutely everything you needed which made the vacation that much easier. The only thing I was disappointed with was you had to be a member to access the WiFi’s for free otherwise it was $20+

Great location, average vacation property. Security upgrades and site maintenance required. We had a freak occurrence. Some how the night latch engaged when we left the room. Took forever to break in. Im 66 the bed was a full size. Kinda small for two adults. Not bad, not great..

Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as you would expect during a pandemic. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The light switches were filthy also. To their credit they did offer to send someone to mop the floors while we were there but we opted to just clean the floor our selves. The only other complaint is that the master bedroom has the adjoining door to the room next door and you can hear everything loud and clear from the next room and light shines under the door into your room. They said they will be remodeling in October so maybe they will address that. It started as a couples trip so we got a 2 bedroom. We were happy that the other couple cancelled because the room is setup for a family not adult couples. The bedrooms share a wall. The people are friendly and very helpful.

Angel and Twannie were amazing and really did a great job at making our family and friends feel welcome during our stay. They changed our room accommodations for the better and we had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything and for the special treats for our birthday boy! Cant wait to come back.

The setups are weird. It was a hotel converted to a Worldmark Resort and it wasnt done very well. But the staff is very nice. Just not the quality that we are used to from a WorldMark. If there could be just one change that could make a big difference it would be to add more electrical outlets.

Crooks. Owned for over 30 years..cant get in because they rent to the public. There were no rooms available for owners..went to Expedia and got a room. Check out at 10 is ridiculous. Rooms still dirty and....shame on you. Was better as trendwest.Dusty

Desk clerk Mike was awesome very professional and made me feel very welcome.

It was a great spot. Front desk was helpful. Pool hours limited due to Covid..only issue was aircon. This building appears to be a 1960s conversion and redone as a Wyndham. I was dissatisfied with that fact it didnt work and smelled of dampness like a swap cooler ....airflow in rooms non existent. Master had fan but second bedroom faced street and no fan.... hottest room.

Room was made for people that wanted to be on their knees, counter very low. Took shower and in 20 minutes my feet were totally black. Room kind of depressing and old fashioned. Tried to relax by pool, but other guest had music blaring with inappropriate language with young children around the pool. Could not even hear my own music with my headphone, needless to say we left the pool. Dont use BBQ at the room as it sets off the smoke alarms and staff ignore until you complain. We would never buy into Wyndham

A nice WorldMark property conveniently located on Highway 111 within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit that sleeps 8, but it was a little crowded. The electricity went out during our stay, so they moved us to the only 3 BR 3 Bath unit there. This was much better for our party of 8. They have a nice swimming pool and several unique hotel rooms with a small kitchenette which might appeal to some.

Overall pretty good. A couple amenities were closed due to covid, but the rooms were nice, and my boys enjoyed the pool.

The entire location is very clean, nice, and aesthetically interesting. It used to be an old hotel and it shows in a good way. The rooms are really spacious and nice, with decorations that are unique and really make you think of palm springs. The pool area is very nice (and necessary in the heat). Unfortunately alot of the ammenties (game room, lounge, etc.) were closed due to Covid-19, but the hotel took cleanliness very seriously. Overall, I had a great experience.

Great location ... 5 mins drive to downtown. The pool area was always clean, lobby is is bright and inviting, the gym was a bit small but our 2 bedroom suite was enough space for 2 couple. Everything in the suite was in perfect condition, great beddings and bright and private. Great stay at Worldmark Palm Springs

WorldMark Palm Springs meets and exceeds my expectations. Annabelle at the front desk mic works a desk at night. Jennifer Barber s amazing people as you know, it rains 5 days out of the year in Palm Springs. Yeah it rain 3 days that I was there. What is it when it rains its only water? Meaning we still had a great time the pool the hot tub the rec room shooting pool playing ping pong sitting in the quiet room. Drinking tea had an amazing time dinner Spencers is a must Yes, Shermans for brunch is a must must go to Shermans and pfchangs cant say enough.

Staff and service were excellent, the price was surprisingly low for a relatively short-notice stay in a 2BR 2 BA condo. The proximity to downtown was perfect. The only thing we noticed, and it didn’t affect our comfort at all, was a leak in the kitchen ceiling due to all the rain we had during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Cant wait to go back

Newly updated rooms and pool deck make this a really nice budget-friendly destination. There are several attractions within walking distance as well. I highly recommend ARRIVE and Grounded Bodyworks Spa which are up the street. Then come back and enjoy the shaded seating poolside with an ice cream bar from the freezer at the front desk.

Nice and clean resort in palm springs

Great place, very clean. The staff were wonderful. Rooms were beautiful. The pool was clean and cool. Wonderful overall experience.

Cozy resort great staff clean facilities

Not what I expect from Worldmark. Older motel with poorly decorated rooms. Ours was located such that I felt like I was in a fish tank. No views and all windows looked onto a busy walkway. What I liked was the large kitchen table. Overall decent and clean enough but not even close to luxury.

Front desk personnel were friendly. Unit was spacious, but had an off-putting musty smell. Beds are comfortable, but seating in living area very uncomfortable. Credit card was charged an additional mandatory fee of $99.99 upon checkin for our 3 night stay which was not credited back until a day after we checked out. Offensive trash left in hallway in front of our unit smelled like garbage. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough each morning of our stay but the front door was very difficult to close. We had to slam it shut a few times until it would stay closed.

Nicevonvient timeshare location close to down town.

Was our first experience with WorldMark and can actually say it was better than I expected. All of the staff were noticeably sweet to my 4 children which I can always appreciate. The rooms were clean and the kitchen were fully equipped which made the stay so much better. I would come again and recommend WorldMark.

We had a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and the mountains. The property was clean the staff were nice and it was about a half hour walk to the Thursday night street market which we loved.

Only thing nice was....cleaning staff?NO FREE WIFI. Not sure what place doesnt offer free wifi anymore.... Living room is almost non-existant, kitchen was tiny, rooms are crowded and they have tiny beds in them, grill was filthy, took forever to get my parking pass because they wanted to convince me to go to a meeting despite me saying we were busy and were in a rush, pool was cloudy, etc.Wont ever come again to this location. Wish I had booked with my other timeshare.

Great one bedroom with two bathrooms, it’s own BBQ, full kitchen and quite. 602 is in the back corner so not ideal if you wanted to watch kids at the pool but great for us. Had to run the bathtub hot water a long time in order to get hot water to any tap... quite the waste of water in a dessert. Loved going for morning walks into a beautiful residential area right out our door. Great location to walk down the strip or restaurants as well. Loved Palm Springs, felt very safe and bonus you can drink the water.

Michelle, the marketing supervisor there, really helped me and my family out. We were stuck driving through in Palm Springs on our way back from CA to Phoenix, AZ with our AC out and our 3 kids with us. We couldnt drive because we had a 3 month old in the back and she was burning up. it was 110 degrees out. We had our car at a mechanic, and we were walking the streets of Palm Springs when we finally found a coffee shop to go into. While trying to cool everyone off and fanning our 3-month off with brochures we found in the coffee shop, MIchelle came up to us and offered us to wait in the game room of their facility while we waited to hear back from the mechanic. It was a life saver. Although the mechanic was unable to solve our problem, we were able to wait in the WorldMark game room until night-fall so we could drive back in slightly cooler weather. She really saved us from much much worse times.Michelle Berrys hospitality goes beyond just an employee of Wyndham, she exudes kindness and I now link her kindness with Wyndham.

Always love the Worldmark Resorts. A Home away from Home! So much better than a hotel. This resort is no exception. Had a great time and felt safe.

Great staff, and very nice views! Nice pool, jacuzzi, as well as sitting areas around with some canopies too! Theres also a nice game room with a pool table, a ping pong table, massage chairs, vending machines and some movies available for affordable rentals! Hot and room temperature water, an ice dispenser, a tea selection, coffee, and a coffee machine that offers cappuccinos, and lattes were all readily available just a couple feet from the pool area inside a nice lounge section. There was also some comfy seats and a nice TV with glass sliding doors, so you could see the amazing view from inside. Also, theres a root beer social with free root beer floats from 12 to 2 every Tuesday! Lastly, it is a nice location with a Dennys near by, to the left of the resort, as well as many restaurants, stores, and bars where you can let loose and enjoy each moment!

Had a great time here!! The condos were well equipped with all the basics. Everyone was friendly and answered our questions in a timely and efficient manner. I am going back so I will post an update after my second visit!!

We had a wonderful family vacation here. I could tell this was one of the older Worldmark properties decor and interior-wise, but it was cozy and very clean and always well equipped. We always love having a kitchen to cook our meals in, and my daughter loved the pool. The location was very convenient, and we would love o come back again!

We tried to cook and the pan provided melted to the stove and caused a smoke fire! Management was unconcerned with this and just gave us another dollar-store-quality pan and cleaned the stove. No worry of safety. Guess what, the next pan also started to melt on a low cooking heat, so we just decided to avoid cooking. Next, all of the furniture was outdated and ragged/cracking, there was no patio or balcony, our unit had a view of air-conditioners, the concierge was more concerned with getting us to view the timeshare sale show than actually providing helpful recommendations and the wifi was pay to use -but was so slow it was unusable. The positives are that they are starting to update the units, the location is decent, there is a washer and dryer in-unit and housekeeping staff were nice in passing (even though there isnt housekeeping services to the units). Overall, even if updated in decor, this place will provide nothing more than a substandard experience.

We had to wait for a room to be ready. When we got to our room, they still had maintenance people in the room. Our closet door was broken, the shower drain wasnt working, the front staff arent friendly. The one good thing is the place is cool enough to make it through the heat. Never again!!

Clean, well maintained but very dated

It was a good time in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Close to many bars and clubs. The pool was not huge like the big resorts in rancho mirage. But not crowded with a ton of people so nice trade off. A fun weekend getaway for family.

Got there an hour before check in time and was told to return. Came back at check in time and was told it would be another hour. Had to sit in their waiting room. Very upsetting. Once I got the room, anger went away and I began to enjoy my stay. Staff is pleasant, pool is nice and clean. Location of hotel is excellent. I would definitely come back again.

Worst stay at a Resort ever. Arrived and the air conditioning didnt work. The staff could care less about assuring us when it would be resolved. After 24 hours had passed, and still no air conditioning, with our room at 85 degrees and outside temperature at 100 degrees, we called our trading company and thankfully got in at a different resort across town. Much better. Never would every come back again or stay at a Wyndam resort if I can avoid them.

Wonderful place family was visiting from out of town so we came to visit

We took a 2 bedroom suite, and it was very nice and spacious. Had all the amenities and supplies we needed including coffee, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, all the utensils etc. The outside area with pool had people actually spending time there, but wasnt crowded at all. The only negative things I could mention are quite dated amenities (still perfectly usable) and very slow check in topped with too invasive host pitching us some spammy booklets even after we repeated we are tired after long trip and want to get to our room ASAP.

The facility is an older one, and while they have modernized it extensively, there are still a few things still needing attention, namely the thermostats. The rooms themselves are well taken care of, but the layouts are quite puzzling. In our two room suite, the front door could not be fully opened due to the door frame for the front bathroom jutting out into its path. I am not sure if was originally built this way (I doubt it), or a side effect of modernization (wider front door? Door to front bathroom sink instead of open alcove?), but it made it difficult to maneuver the luggage cart through the front door without a second persons assistance. And the door between the master bedroom and its bathroom almost touched the corner of the bed when open that it made navigating when busily getting ready to the morning more difficult than it needed to be. So, why 4 stars with all of that? The staff. The front desk staff as well as housekeeping were all very nice, informative, and pleasant to talk with. It always makes a stay so much better when you have friendly and knowledgeable staff working. They make it easy to recommend the facility, if you can look past its quirks.

I was only here a couple of nights but enjoyed my time. I stayed in a studio by myself and it was clean. I love that you can park right outside your door :). The sliding door opens right into the pool area which was also nice. The shower head was fantastic! The request to attend a presentation was not too pushy :). My only gripe--the freezer did not have an ice maker. There were a couple of empty ice trays in the freezer.

Pool was being rehabbed while we stayed here so we didnt spend any lounging time other than in our room. Which, by the way, the entry door to our room doesnt open all the way due to design. Odd but at least the AC worked, the ceiling fans were a plus and the staff was nice.

Great for families. Several pools, lazy river, beautiful grounds. Golfing on site...Beautiful weather. We love coming here. Rooms are comfortable with nice views.

Location. The view was beautiful. It was downtown, so there were options to shop and eat.

The service have been great, everyone who works here is friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub is very nice and big, they keep the pool around 85°F which is nice! The rooms are clean and spacious and we loved the game room which has a pool table and ping pong.

Very cared for, special time share by Wyndam.the employees were exceptional. The place kept impeccably. Very quiet and comfortable. All amenities available. Very centrally located. Exceptionally large suites, all with fireplaces, kept to very high standards by a wonderful staff. Lovely pools and hot tubs, fantastic views. Not well marked for the public, very private.

I’m very upset about the service I have received about my deposit, I’ve called over 10 times spoke with a various amount of people and none of them can give me a solution. I’ve been told so many times I would get it back next week, then again the following week. I’ve called my bank I’ve done everything the managers said I had to do. I stayed there back in October. I just want my money what else do I have to do?

Nice hotel, but get ready for the sales pitch!

Nice room, but no cleanings and they tried to sell me their “time shares” the entire stay. Worst part is the pool and spa area were closed for maintenance and no one told me upon booking. Nice room, but probably will not stay ever again.

Great place to stay. Everything is very conveniently located. Good customer service.

Space, location and price worked very well. Hot tub was cold throughout our stay. Resort and our room appeared to be stuck in the 70s/80s. Our access stairway was deteriorated and blocked. Drainage after rain was poor and pooled on the walkway, staff did respond when asked.
