Very well maintained. Spacious rooms, enormous closets. Well appointed kitchens. The staff is always very pleasant, and responsive.

This place so so cool and amazing to stay at the staff are nice and i would come here every day if i could but this place is awesome.

Great location for hikers. Rooms are very spacious and clean - 80s decor if that matters to you. Quiet, small pool and hot tub. Great to jump into the hot tub after a hike into the mountains across the street. Also close to downtown. Airport about 10 minutes away.

Ive been going here since I was a kid. Its an awesome little place. Its right next to the canyons with an amazing view for morning or night walks. Theres a pool and Jacuzzi open until 10. The rooms are nicely kept and come with two bedrooms and plenty of cookware. I love this place and I hope you do too.

Been traveling to Palm Springs for many many years with the family. This resort is quiet a surprise. Joel and the staff are awesome! On thing my wife and I noticed was how many actual owners actually use their own weeks there and how friendly everybody was. The rooms as mentioned in other posts are very good size for a 2 bedroom at 1,600 sq ft, and your kids could use the walk-in closets if needed as another small room. Theyre in very good condition and a little dated, but for us it was a perfect vacation. So perfect that were in the middle of becoming owners for many more years to come. If you know how to utilize a timeshare, and actually use it year after year, youll have many years of enjoyment like weve had, and will continue to have for years to come.

Very spacious appartments, well maintained but outdated furnishings and appliances. Very clean, small pool - not big and deep enough for lap swimming. Depending on the unit/neighbors it can be noisy

Looks like they havent updated their rooms in a really long time. Too old for my taste. And the A/C blew cold in the master bedroom, but not in the second bedroom.

A nice private location.

This place was great, rooms are extremely large and it was very clean. Pool area is kinda small but there arent a lot of rooms there either.
