Same place as the Mediterraneo. Vintage but not run down hotel, we would definitely stay again. Quiet, cozy, and reasonably priced. Rooms built around two courtyards, one with an artificial stream. Secure - access from the street requires a key or walking through office. Fountains, plants and flowers, orange trees in bloom. Accomodating and responsive manager lives onsite. King room was nice with fully equipped kitchen and two full baths. Walk to 7-11, coffee shop, fast food, and full service restaurants Ricks and Billy Reeds.

This place is an absolute gem! Wonderful vintage (50s era) Palm Springs hotel. Two pools with hot tubs, lovely cabanas with shade (refuge from the hot desert sun). Spacious room with full kitchen with separate eating area, and updated bathroom. Spectacular views and convenient location. Gracious helpful and attentive management. Wonderful laid back vibe!This place is a quiet refuge to return to after your Palm Springs activities.Coffee service on site for all the guests. Walking distance to at least 4 outstanding brunch and supper restaurants.

I heard about BILLY REEDS restaurant in Palm Springs, near The Adriatic Villas resort. I stopped in last night for dinner. The menu is great & so are the prices. I chose the prime rib which was perfect, it came with a generous salad, garlic toast but I could have had soup, mini loaf corn or banana bread. I added a glass of wine and the bill was only $29.00 for all. As I was leaving I spoke to the gentleman at the counter to let him know all was great - it was Billy Reed himself!! He told me of the history & that the anniversary is coming up 12/7. Very inviting decor, excellent service, great menu - you cant go wrong.

60s era music and furnishings. Not the cleanest. Ok for a cheap hotel. Dont expect too much. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This would be such a nice place to stay at but whatever you do be sure to tell then you want a too towards the front office. Other wise you are left with no WiFi connection and for anyone needing WiFi go make calls you are SOL.

Great place, they are accomadating when you request an upgrade. Big rooms, and be careful with 3rd party sites some of the beds are Murphy beds and the 3rd party sites dont post it.

Room was clean but the parking was very inconvenient (I had to trek a ways and go up some stairs). Hotel management wouldnt pick up the phone when I tried to call for an extra blanket at about 10:30 pm

Worst experience ever..DEAD BUGS behind the bed and couch and along the wall. Worst cleaning service ever. Arrived at hotel, checked in and inspected room...bottle of pills from last visitor still present...old towels on floor never picked up. Old food inside refrigerator. Sorry but worst motel ever

This motel is the worst place we have stayed, ever!It was filthy. We had to get the bedding changed on our bed. It looked like some one had shed their entire skin through the bed, and all over the room. They hadnt changed the sheets, or vacuumed. If we hadnt already put our kids to bed we would have left. There were pubic hairs in the bed also. The staff made out like it was the strangest thing, ever, and that the sheets mustnt have been washed at the laundromat. There is no way you could have made that bed and not realised there was dry, over-tanned skin flakes (if thats what it was, I cant fathom it!) all over the sheets.My husband checked out for us in the morning. He waited and waited in reception for them, ringing the bell, finally the boyfriend comes out, obviously just waking up (at 9am). My husband was just walking out, and told him to stuff it (he was waiting for the refund they offered). We realised wed left things in the fridge so he went back to get it. The staff still didnt offer him the discount, they barely even acknowledged him, just gave him the key. They eventually rang and left a message on my phone saying theyd give us a 10% refund. The room cost us $150 for the night, they could not pay me to stay there!As well as that, the pool was filthy, the air conditioner was extremely loud and kept me awake half the night, the window screen was not attached, it was just leaning against the window, and the window sill had a thick layer of dirt covering it. I had to keep my children off the floor, as when they stood up they were covered in what ever it was that scattered all over the room, dried skin or something similar.I booked a King bed, one bedroom, with 2 bathrooms, we got a queen bed, one bedroom, one bathroom.

Lively and the feel of the Adriatic is alive and well!

Over-priced and under-updated!

Awesome place, good price, have a great time with my girlfriend! A must to come back!!
