The Hacienda was a 5 star, luxurious and sophisticated stay! The biggest takeaway is how far the staff go to ensure comfort, such as providing waters at the pool. This is a place for the sophisticated gay traveler; if you want constant loud partying I would suggest staying elsewhere, as this caters to a different crowd. I was also surprised that breakfast and lunch are included in the room, which is a great deal! In the current pandemic, they also go out of their way to ensure safety, which you can find on their website. My only suggestion, which is very minimal (and I apologize as I did not inform the staff upon my checkout) is that the Apple TV as promised on the website was disconnected, and without any instruction. I was able to hook it up, and maybe its not commonly used, but still nice to have. Overall 5+ stars and will definitely come back on my next trip to Palm Springs!!!

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous views, beautiful clean and comfortable suites, and the service is impeccable! The complimentary continental breakfast by the pool in the morning is lovely and the included catered lunch is also 1st class! I have stayed here twice and would recommend it to any gay single or gay couple wishing to enjoy luxury accommodations while in Palm Springs!

Fabulously appointed suites, warm and attentive service, great amenities. Every single thing shows great thought, care, and attention to detail. Beautiful grounds -- two pools plus jacuzzi and fireplace in a quiet garden setting. The layout is wonderfully intimate but conducive to being social and making new friends. I cant recommend highly enough! All the stars!

Truly amazing place, the staff are fantastic as are all the rooms. Bathroom amenities are very high quality and so many, nothing is forgotten or cheap. Great personal service to all of us, pools are warm 24/7 and in fantastic landscaped grounds. The beds are all new and sooooo comfy. Id give 6 stars if i could. Ive still got 4 more days here too!

We just enjoyed our second stay at Hacienda., and can’t wait to return, we were VERY sad to leave. The accommodations are wonderful, extremely clean and every detail taken care of. The breakfasts and lunches are really great to .Now let’s talk about the staff, each and every one was soo cheerful and helpful, but Thompson certainly went above and beyond making appointments, giving us recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to use. Easily the nicest of all the resorts in Warm Sands. Staff is friendly, place is spotless, manager (Steven) has been there for 15+ years, so theyre doing something right!

You will not find another resort in Palm Springs like The Hacienda because it does not exist. It just feels amazing to be here. Even before you enter, you feel the lush desert landscape with beautiful blooms. The property includes two villas, each with 5 rooms and each surrounding a pristine, crystal clear oversized, heated pool. The rooms are spacious, meticulously cleaned to perfection with a personalized welcome basket waiting for you. All rooms have a private patio. The bathrooms include amazing two-men showers with first-class bath products and luxurious linens and robes. In the front of the property, there is a giant in-ground spa next to a beautiful hand-built fireplace that sets a beautiful mood at night as you watch the stars. During the day, youll trade stars for butterflies and hummingbirds. The folks behind this world-class resort have done their homework. They have clearly studied what it takes to create a one-of-a-kind special experience and they constantly perfect it. For 13 years, The Hacienda has been a home away from home for us and we have literally stayed in every room on the property... Not only because it is for us a gorgeous sanctuary but because of the incredible personalized service we receive... whether the embroidered pillows on the bed with our names on them, the personalized welcome basket, the hugs from Steve, Robbie, Daniel, Paul, the attention to every need you might have during your stay, or the expansive (and included!) breakfast and lunch every single day.. margarita reception every Saturday - no wonder you never want to leave!! The guests we have met over the years are also incredibly friendly, fun and fabulous - icing on the cake! The Hacienda has a staff to guest ratio of 1:1!!, something you only see with major 5-star hotels with impeccable reputations for service. That is EXACTLY what The Hacienda is all about. We are grateful to have met such wonderful people who care so much about making sure we have a great time, every time! Much love to the entire staff at The Hacienda!
