Beautiful resort to stay ..just peaceful

The living room was spacious and the master bedroom as well. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable We slept good. The other bed room was a good size twin beds. The kitchen was very clean they had everything we needed. It was very clean.

My only complaint would be the night guard that we had to locate at night to check in. She seemed upset that we had to make her do her job and downplayed everything about the place, she only highlighted any negative things like everything they used to offer before covid-19 and how do we think we can get through the 120 degree weather. The rooms were great. Nice and clean and spacious. Only negative was the negative nancy guard lady that works at night. Everything else was great and would definitely come again.

I lived across it for the past two years and never had a problem with either the guests or the personnel. They keep a tight ship and if you screw around you better watch it, they will make you peel potatoes one hundred pounds at a time by hand, no automated potato-peeler for you, wiseguy.The surrounding area is decent enough that it wont raise the suspicion of your friends if they catch you there, if you dont mind the occasional screaming vagrant, that is. All around 4 star

Huge rooms, nice bathrooms and super clean too! Everything you need is there for you, including a walk in closet. Also, close to downtown.

Weve been coming to Palm Springs for over 10 yrs, this was our 1st time staying here, absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice, from the moment we checked in and threw out our stay. Loved that the suites are 2 bedrooms, they also have 2 pools . We will definitely be coming back again.

The grounds were clean. Staff was nice and my 2 bedroom unit was clean and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and I notice other reviews that stated they had problems with hot water. We didnt have that problem. Overall, I would stay there again.

Very clean resort, the bathroom revamp will greatly improve this neat resort, no cleaning of rooms on Sundays, very friendly staff with special thanks to Breann and Ramon. The only thing is that it is so far from LA and San Diego attractions. The drive from LAX was exhausting.

Okay place to stay if you want to take care of your own things over a couple of days. We had an apartment close to Ramon Rd and the noise from the road was disturbing. The bedrooms will also pick up any sound from the adjacent rooms, so if you are more than a couple staying here, make sure to be good friends with approximately the same amount of sleep at the same time. Located quite central, short distance to downtown Palm Springs. Great grocery store just around the corner. Free parking in the back.

This is not a resort. Its more like an *old* apartment complex. My only debate here was between one and two stars. I guess that depends on how important hot water in the shower is to you. I stayed there for 3 nights had barely warm water once and warm the next day. Third day was back to barely warm. (Free) WiFi is limited to 4 devices, is slow and unreliable. What else should I say? I highly recommend you wash all kitchen hardware before usage.I do not recommend this place.

This is an excellent place to stay in Palm Springs. Easy Access, very clean, nice suite, nice pool, nice hot tub. Great romantic getaway. Very happy with the staff - Thank you Flor!

I cannot recommend a hotel that does not have hot water in a reasonable period of time. The kitchen sink - had to run water for 15 minutes before it was hot. Showers - had to run water 20 minutes before they were hot. Bath sink - one never had hot water and the other after 15 minutes. This water issue made the stay very difficult. I have never stayed in a hotel with this type of problem. Such a waste of water.

The air conditioning was not working good the bedrooms were really hot we weren’t allowed to put the ac below 72 and it wasn’t cool enough in the bedrooms no idea why the living room was good but the rooms were really hot it didn’t help that we were on the second floor

Vista mirage is amazing!! Our family had a 2 night trip to palm springs and we really enjoyed staying at vista mirage, everything we need is there. The kids love the pool!! Plus the board games that we were able to borrow for free! Staff are friendly and efficient, shout out to Flor and Scott for doing the extra mile to make our stay special. We will be back soon!!!

Palatial apartmentThis is a really terrific apartment with upscale facilities. There was a king room with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and walk-in-robe, a queen room with a queen bed, an extra bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/dining area. We took advantage of the hotel’s self-serve laundry facilities and the pool/hot tub (which was right opposite our apartment). The resort is in a good location - just a short walk around the corner from the apartment is a shopping centre with a large supermarket and it’s just a short drive to the downtown area.

The pools and hot tubs are kept exceptionally clean. Grounds are well groomed. Kitchen well equipped and rooms nice size. Staff that I encountered were all friendly, helpful and professional. Only suggestion would be updating the bathrooms and putting lounge chairs on the sun porches. Overall a great stay for my moms birthday.

Have been coming here off and on since about 1992. I think they opened this timeshare in 1991, if I remember correctly. There are approx. 56 units here and all are two-bedroom units. All units have a king in the master and either a queen in the second bedroom or two twins. The couch in the living room is a pullout, queen size. Over the years, theyve kept up the carpet, furnishings, and paint. Nothing fancy, mind you, just adequate. The patios are private but extremely small so dont expect to hang out if you have more than a couple of people. (Something you should be aware of if youre into that.) You can either park on Ramon Road, a small cul-de-sac, in front of the timeshare units or you can park in the rear using the parking lot or in one of the single-car garages. There is a tennis court, a small exercise room, a small laundry room, and two pool areas along with a small jacuzzi. Grills located near the pools if you want to do that type of cooking. Ive never known this smaller resort to be super busy, quite honestly. I think a lot of folks stay here as a jumping off point to go visit Disneyland and a lot of other points of interest in SoCal. A lot of them visit local places like the Indian Canyons, Joshua Tree, the Living Desert, the Palm Springs Tram, the outlets, or the local golf courses. I like staying here due to the proximity to downtown Palm Springs. Theres a Ralphs and a CVS very nearby. As far as dining, hey! Its Palm Springs so theres no shortage of places to grab a quick bite to eat or dine more leisurely.

Clean and quiet. Friend staff at reception and crew. The only thing not satisfactory was the WiFi not very stable. Needed to reset the iPad every time turning it on. The unit I stayed was newly renovated, we had a very pleasant stay there.

Great place to relax and unwind, lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Great customer service as well.

This Resort is ok... Out dated but very clean and Brianna I believe her name was at front deak is amazing... Gave me the run down on the place and I was off to my living quarters for the next week. Definitely needs an upgrade though...

Room was newly renovated...overall very clean, but still had things that needed attention, like towel rods not securely installed so didnt feel like we could hang wet towels on them. Kitchen didnt feel completely clean, but after a few clorox wipes, felt better.

My family enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, full fridge, stove, dishwasher, utensils plus bbq(s) available by the pool area. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Nice safe quiet location. Definitely satisfied with our visit.

Rooms have been updated and look great. For being on a busy road I didnt notice much road noise. Great location from downtown and grocery stores. A couple mins from the airport which is nice. The wifi wasnt the best and was hit and miss at certain times.

This resort hotel is really nice and I slept so well last night. The rooms are beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need already in it! The rooms are basically a little apartment- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. I love the layout. The people who work here are friendly and its clean here. I enjoy it and Palm springs is beautiful. Its mostly clean, but I did find a few sticky fingerprints and dust on the furniture but its still way cleaner than my house. Nothing that would make me not stay here again.

It is a decent resort, not the best location though, but it is a cute small town.. we came in summer time. Definitely too hot to tour around. But the hotel has enough activities to get by.

We will probably never return to this residence! Pay so much to suffer so much bad thing, no thanks!What to start with...First, it is indicated in the rules and specify visibly in the pool, to put the music for oneself, obviously everyone will have ignored this, putting his music to the maximum!Desiring to rest quietly at the edge of the pool, this of course was not possible, everyone going there more beautiful to make us listen to his music.Add to that, the yells of some around the pool, the people who jump into the pool and sprinkle you with water while you try somehow to resist the urge to leave the place and you lock in the calm immediately because in addition to that, when you see some spit in front of your eyes in the pool and in addition, you found there feces near the jacuzzi ... And tired of all this, having paid so much to rest, we were treated to that!We reported all of these to the very annoying Breana, she asked us, of ourselves, go see people to ask them to stop these nuisances!It was therefore up to us to enforce the rules of this property in place of his staff yet paid for, it seems to me!I come every year to Palm Springs and this year I chose this place to please my mom and offer her a place to relax for Mothers Day and her birthday at the same time.I am deeply disappointed by the disastrous and unfriendly reception of this receptionist and all the other things I mentioned.So scrambling during the weekends that we spent recluse in our apartment can not absolutely enjoy the pools, music, howls, jumps in the pool as in a water park!People who smoke weed and when we ask nicely: can you please intervene, we did not pay to undergo this, we answer you do it yourself!Normally the staff is supposed to ensure the calm, the cleanliness, it does not have our work! We did not pay for this place for so many disappointments!Bravo, it will be without us next time!

Lovely little getaway. Like a home away from home! Excellent variety of facilities, including a shuffleboard setup my partner and I tried out of curiosity. The outlets in the unit were a little finicky, and some of the games had broken components, but none of these things got in the way of an excellent family vacation.

This is a gay resort in the heart of the warm sands area. It is easy to notice from the street and it has a visible sign in the front. They have an awesome steam room and a nice pool thats unique. You have to see it. The rooms are nice and priced to compete with the other resorts.

We love this place! Fourth year in a row! Clean, comfortable and central’s located. You cannot beat it. The suites are small condos with plenary of room for the entire family to be comfortable. I almost hate giving a good review because I want to keep it our little gem in the desert!

Good Place to Stay - the pool was heated to 87 degrees! That was wonderful in February, even when there was a little chill in the air we could stay in the warm pool for hours. Kids had a blast. Staff were very nice. Couch and bed covers were not comfortable, although the bed mattress was just fine. Overall, we had a great time here.

We had a two bedroom two bath unit with full kitchen. The beds were good. There were two separate patios. The kitchen was well furnished. The unit was very clean. It is an older complex, so we did hear the group above us and some street noise. The check in was easy and the staff were pleasant. We were happy with our stay.There were very nice gas grills, two pools. It was wonderfully located. Just a block away were a grocery, several small restaurants, a senior center, etc.

It is a older resort and the rooms are updated plus they are very difficult to find and navigate. Parking is also very small & limited.

I like the comfortable room and wonderful place. However, the young lady at the lobby had Very bad attitude, without any service enthusiasm, smile or courtesy. It made me feel so bad to stay here.

Very nice roomy appartments with nice swimming pools. On the negative, the appartment we had was smoked in a lot, even in the bedrooms.But overall can really recommend a stay here

It is good, rooms are comfortable and clean. Rooms have all necessary items to prepare and serve all meals, etc. The amenities are also good, tennis courts and 2 pools, in addition bbq grills available to anyone staying at the location.

Vista mirage had a nice room lay out each room had a balcony I miss the washer and dryer being in the unit tho we stayed 5 days jacuzzi was nice and hot compared to other hotels one thing tho I was charged for cleaning fees $150 and $300 deposit on cc we had 2 2bd thats a lot of money when your not ready for it RCI said they told us when we made reservations 2 months prior so make sure you take care of this before you go. Staff was so nice after we found out all of this at check in lady knocked on my door with a bad of candy and a card saying happy anniversary that warmed my heart and we continued our vacation

The Vista Mirage Resort was nice find. The room was spacious and functional. The room was clean and well kept if not the fanciest or most updated. The shower left a lot to be desired. Service was pleasant, responsive and helpful every step of the way. The area was quiet and restful but still located relatively convenient to the convention center as well as grocery stores and a few restaurants. Our trip was in mid March and the pool was heated and ready for use.

This is a great hotel - more like condos than hotel rooms. Our room was 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a large living/dining room and separate kitchen. Great light, well furnished, very clean and fresh and updated. Two private patios. The pool areas are very nice and clean - surrounded by lime, lemon and grapefruit trees. The lobby, which serves free coffee in the morning, is locked until 8 am - it would be nice if theyd open at 6:30 or 7 am.

My family and I stayed for multiple days at the Vista Mirage. We wanted a vacation place that could handle our larger family with a kitchen where we could cook some of own meals and multiple bedrooms where we could have some privacy. We wanted a clean resort with swimming pools and a quiet property. We got what we wanted and more. The villa was great, clean, and well equipped with a full kitchen, dining table, two bedrooms and a pull out couch. We were steps away from two pools, a tennis court, and table tennis. The location was a quiet smaller resort with private parking, within Palm Springs and easy access to the local stores and restaurants. The staff was among the friendliest weve encounteed. We had a good time.

So excited to stay at the Vista Mirage! We have a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The grounds are well kept and maintained. There are two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, and a Ping Pong Table. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We had dinner at a popular and trendy restaurant, just four minutes away. The next day, we spent the afternoon at a local museum and explored the area. We are so happy that so many shops and restaurants are so close to this vacation resort.

Peaceful, tranquil, and simple. The units are spacious, well stocked. Everything you need is supplied: cooking supplies, spacious refrigerator, microwave, glasses, cups, plates, flatware, etc. Just bring the food. A market is around the corner.

Very nice accommodations. Clean pools and tennis courts. A bit dated but still very nice. Beds were amazing. No restaurant or food on site but everything you could want in Palm Springs just 1 Mile up the road.

I enjoy going to my time share here, I also enjoy the private patios, great views. Only thing that I would suggest is vending machines throughout, and a better complimentary breakfast, the pastry me and my family ate was stale. It would have been nice to have fruit, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, ect. To have been an option, but other then that, the rooms are nice and spacious.

We stayed here for the weekend for a cheer competition at the Convention Center. Great location for us since it was only 3 min to get there. We loved the spacious room! There were 2 adults and 3 kids and we were not crowded!! We loved being able to eat in and spend all our time & money eating in restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were even able to pick our own grapefruits and tangerines right off the trees in front of our room. That was a wonderful treat! This is not a Palm Spring resort atmosphere, so if you want that, then this is not the place. It was much more quiet and relaxed and felt like a condo community! We loved that we could swim in the heated pool in February and BBQ right outside our room!! This was my 4th time staying here and I will definately be back next year!!

I wasnt there very long, I couldnt really get a real idea of what its like ! I believe that it is one of many resorts in the area, that is Gay friendly, at least I hope so?

I could not recommend this hotel. Too many things did not work, the garburator did not work, the stopper in the bathtub did not work. When taking a shower, the temperature was not constant, it would go from good to too hot, then too cold and back to good. Also the design of the building did not allow for viewing the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains to the west of the property, sad. I will say, the staff was very helpful. And that was very nice.

Great resort I visit with my family yearly as my parents own a time share here. Would give it five stars, but the pull out couch I slept on wrecked me last night. Could be more shade by the pool too... Still a chill place to stay. Typically older crowd and families.
