If you want to buy a 50 year old trailer that is something that you fall through the floor,well,may god bless you. A monopoly has been created at this location. I will be contacting the city of ormond beach, code enforcement, and all all authorities especially the E.P.A. raw sewage drains on the ground underneath. They prey on the less aware.or you can buy there problem which becomes yours. CAUTION!!@@@@

Park was decent for the area and cost. Management less than what Townsend Home Sales professes on their website. Donna is very unprofessional and rude. Martin was pleasant and doing his job, but neither Went the ‘extra mile’ Townsend claims. Applicant was a veteran and very disappointed and hoped for a better outcome. He had the money to buy cash in hand and with 6 months rent in the bank. His social security was not high enough to qualify and was in the process of new employment. Sad experience!

Looked at a few mobiles here. They just needed scrapped. Not worth fixing up. Nice park in town. And the homes are very close together. Very narrow roads.

Filthy and unmaintained garbage disposal area.Management of the park does nothing about it.Wouldnt recommend Ridgecrest to any one I care about.

Park was very clean and quite. I feel safe leaving my widowed mom there to live.

Its a quiet trailer park for 55 and over, pretty clean, the staff is excellent, rents comparable to others in the area.. bingo Wednesday nights at 6.. theres some cleaning up to do and some of the residents are a little in your business.. but great people over all, and very friendly as long as you be respectful to others.

Very happy with the community. Looking forwardto making it my new home.
