Nice mobile home community for people 55 and older. Beautiful community with security guard at the gate. Nice friendly community out in the country but 15 minute drive to get to anything you need. Very quiet and peaceful

Aberdeen is a wonderful community of beautiful mobil homes! The people who live there are very friendly and welcoming! It is close to many restaurants, shopping centers and the spectacular sandy shores of Daytona Beach!

Beautiful 55+ manufactured home community. Lots of amenities. Great social calendar. Grounds in excellent condition. Gated with 24/7 guarded entrance.

I teach Zumba Gold at Aberdeen and know many people that live there. It is a very nice place, with a beautiful Community Center and lots of events and features offered to Residents. It is safe and very well kept.

Filthy. Rude staff. Construction debris everywhere. Blood on the wall. Guess the bodily fluud stain on the sheets Even the remodeled room is a sty.
