Four star realty is the worst real estate company I have ever dealt with! They took our listing and gave us the impression they were going to get the home sold. Two months went by and showed our home once! And they were already owners here! Then corona hit and we ha e been left high dry!and I told them I wanted to end our contract and were told we couldn’t .Don’t sign with these people! They just want money for nothin!

Reasonably priced lot rent...Still mainly a senior park....Ormond Beach address and a great location....

There speed limit is 15 miles per hr, then they still add speed bumps that are not low or smooth which will eventually create tire wear or alignment issues.

People Be aware that these people are not Honest, I had the worst experience with almost moving in there. I think the area Manager Might want to look into the way that these workers treat people and also ask people to do false info and Lie. Linda was not Honest and very very poor in as a Manager. Laurie got caught up in the middle of the mess and try to help but was not able. The new MX guy was some what descent, He showed us the place and was nice then but on the day of the signing he was very Rude. I give them over all a very very poor Rating and advise people not to move there.

My father just moved to this location with his wife and Im glad that he did. The neighbors run a tight shift in accordance with the office staff that manages the age 55 and up community. This creates a sense of community and security for my father and his wife. The location is upkept well by maintenance and the residents as well.

We’ve lived here 3 years. The social life is lively and fun and certainly adds to our retirement enjoyment. Our park has been working hard to improve and grow with new models brought in to sell on existing lots. Our lot rents are reasonable and like all other communities are raised annually slightly to cover inflationary costs.We have not looked back since moving here. It’s all about the future here and making it better every year.

If it’s not down the toilet by now, it will be, tj the maintenance guy worked very hard, too bad he could never finish things because of that crazy manager pulling him away from things that you residents needed done!! And management hardly ever being there. Tim is no longer employed there due to the managers willful hatred towards him, but that’s fine one door closes and a fantastic one opens!!! Kay is correct that manager puts ALL OF YOU RESIDENTS DOWN BEHIND YOUR BACKS. We have heard it several times!!! Good luck new maintenance man 3-5 maintenance guys in a years time and the new one won’t last either. I do believe the issues lie with management there, NOT MAINTENANCE!!! Good job Tim on your new position, at least you have room to spread your wings, I know the new place will APPRECIATE THE GREAT HELP YOU WILL BE GIVING THEM!!!! Best of luck to you!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNTIL THERE IS COMPETANT MANAGEMENT IN THERE!!!

Seems like a decent mobile home park. I visited a relative here - good layout of the buildings.
