Hopefully the other people will jump on board in trying to fix there place up. Hell theres only a couple of people who take pride in there home. Just cause its a trailer dont mean it cant be fixed up to look good. Hell my home is my Castle and Im loving it. The park is nice,quiet and laid back.

The roads are terrible

Appearently the management is strict about no renters and no dogs, but grass growing out of the gutters or the roof caving in is not a problem ....

I live here. Love the place. Quiet and peaceful.

Not much effort put forward by the management as far as landscaping, general repairs, or communication, but its a quiet place with cheap lot rent.

When u cant live no where else That where people live

Management treat you like garbage and they dont fix the roads that need done the roads are so bad it ruins yr front end
