I moved in to Life Village over 4 years ago. I like living here. It is quiet, well maintained and the owner Randy Hendrix is very professional and caring. We have a beautiful pool and clubhouse with social activities, newly paved streets and a perfect place to get your morning walk in. Life Village and Camelot M.H. Park are close to everything you need near Granada Blvd. and Nova Rd in Ormond Beach. The beach is only 20 minutes across the Granada bridge.
They seem to keep it pretty clean here, but from what Ive experienced, they dont give two s**ts about the residents. The residents here are all over 50, some in their 90s and they have taken away several different things, like easily accessible dumpsters. They constantly drive around to make sure You arent violating any rules.. I do not know, except that I feel really sad for the people that have a hard time taking care of themselves here.
I live there, with the new owners, the drinking faucet at the pool was removed, no more curbside garbage pick up. They over charge for water; you pay for 2000 gallons if you use less than 2000. If you use more, you pay in increases of 1000 gallons. Theres no longer anyone in the office. The water is turned off, and/or the pipes break on a regular basis. The lot rent is one of the cheapest in the area.
It is OK. Manufacturing home community.
Home away from home!
Little narrow streets with very little space between homes. Otherwise, appears clean and orderly.
The place is not bad who need some more help
They got hit bad by hurricanes but have cleaned up everything and it looks nice.
