Nice clean mobile home community. Only $430 for lot rent & they even have new homes for reasonable price.

I live in Life Village which is owned by the same owner of Camelot. If you like Ormond Beach close to Granada and Nova Rd this is a great place to live. Quiet, close to everything including the beach and I-95.

The lot rent is super reasonable. The owner of the park not quite so much. But the office manager was an absolute Delight!

If you have a choice, select another park. Lot rent is reasonable by comparison. However, management is inconsistent and arbitrary. Abandoning my financial investment for the peace.
