Didnt like it at all but heard they want to build non manufactured homes.Will wait.Your buildings you put up look like mobile homes.How much of Ormond scenic route do you want to destroy.? Builders in Ormond are all about the money .Read the story of Aberdeen of Ormond Beach printed today Sept 14 in the Daytona News Journal by Clayton Park before you buy.Just destroy Ormond Beach like all the other builders.Very scary to buy a manufactured home.Can we discuss Plantation Oaks of Flagler Beach and the new Plantation Oaks of Ormond Beach?How about the monthly rental property fees?What happens if a big company buys your land since homeowners lease it from you?Why not sell your 70 lots to Volusia so you dont destroy the scenic route.

Going to be a beautiful 55+ manufacture home community... Palm Harbor and Homes of Merit are great quality home... We live in a 55+ community same principles as Plantation Oaks and love it... If we were to want to move to get a newer home we would certainly purchase at Plantation Oaks. Nice to see these communities continue to be built....Great living style...

Very nice community

By far one of the best properties I’ve seen in Florida. Absolutely love the scenic setting, the clubhouse, pool and amenities. This is truly a cut above other modular home communities I’ve visited elsewhere. Cannot wait to see when the entire community is finished. I think their even putting in tennis courts ?
