Was our first time staying. We had no problems really only thing was you had to hold the handle down to flush the toilet. The employees were great. Quick fast service at the registration desk. Parking was great. The room was clean sheets were good too. I will book again

No stars bc first of all we had a problem in every room we stayed in and ended up moving five times and we finally got a good room way better then the rest . We appreciate the lady who helped us out the first day and the guy who helped after her was rude and before him there was another women who us was rude as well bc she had no patients. Next the photos on google aren’t as good in person just to let you know . And if your AC doesn’t work and you call for it to get it fix expect for it to be fixed the next day not in 30mins like they told us . Would not come back and I have my reason but again thank you the lady you helped us out the first day.

It was aweful!!! The first room,was nothing like the photos online. The next room was alot bigger but was not clean. No towels or rags. I went to the front desk and Sabrina had attitude. They did refund me 50 but I will be calling management Monday morning. Hair, bugs, rings on tables, dirt on sheets, just aweful!!! Never again will I stay at SeaMist

Definitely on the beach but they are running a roach factory! Pictured is what I killed in the first 30 minutes of getting there not happy with this place at all. On the second floor some people said they didnt have them but they where staying on the 8th floor. Looks like this place was nice at one time.

The view is the best part. The rooms were ok. Had to switch rooms three times before we got a decent one. The hospitality was great because they were willing to help with making sure that the customer was helped. I really appreciate that the most.

Got to the room, it was a 3 bedroom villa, dirty never cleaned. Sand in beds. 1 pot 1 fork and 1 spoon in kitchen area. Refrigerator leaks. Doors dont latch closed. Went to office and complained multiple times and no rectification yet. Water park has issues daily because they say maintenance but lifeguard said it was because short staffed, no housekeeping. I have to fetch my own towels, wash cloths, toiletries. Gotta take trash to dumpster daily. They tell you call and leave outside and housekeeping will come by but never happened yet. People partying all night into the morning hours and nothing is done about it. Management still will not see us or respond to our messages. Next step is BBB and local county law actions. 2k for 6 days what a dump. It doesnt even deserve 1 star. I will retrieve my money back as Im still here for 3 days. This is pitiful and shameful. Talking to other guests here, 2 out 3 have issues

No housekeeping because of Corona. cool no biggie. they gave us a paper with housekeeping extension to request items needed. which we did 2x with & never received our clean towels. 2nd day went to shower. no hot water. Poorly maintained. Dirty. There was a guy that was playing with him in the pool area (couldnt prove because of his location so didnt report but it was obvious what he was doing.

The bathroom had bugs, which we bought bug spray and killed them.The only ppl nice to us was security. Especially, Greg. Thank you for all the help.Our bed had no bedspread just a sheet. I did not stay here. I was trying to get a reference on a former employee. They said all they could give me was dates and position. No explanation? Same thing they told the employee, which was nothing. Sounds a bit shady to me!! Given all the terrible reviews I would definitely not reccomend them in any fashion!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We stayed on the weekend of October 3rd, 2020. We had to wait 2 hours for our room when arriving. When we finally got our room we saw that the shower curtains were molded, there were roaches, and the bar soap bowl had leftover soap grime from the previous stay. They arent clean at all! And the reason why it took so long to get our rooms is because the registration person had to go check on rooms on 17 different units herself to see if they were ready for different people. So they definitely dont have an efficient way of communication to better serve customers.

We have stayed here previously and it just wasnt the same. The hotel waterpark was already closed for the season, our room door didnt shut without slamming, and our room kept leaking from the ceiling from the bathroom above us! The maintenance guy was great, the pools were nice and the beach was even better!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Had specifically requested a room in a different unit when i made the reservation & was told that was no problem but when we got there got a totally different room. Was charged a 150 cleaning fee with the reservation so expected the room to at least be clean. However we had to clean ourselves as soon as we got there. Staff was rude told me I could complain it wouldnt do any good. We have stayed here for years but it will the last time has gotten worse every year

Extremely disappointed in my stay September 2020. I paid for a oceanfront and got an ocean view which was the side of a building with a small glimpse of the water. There were no towels, no tv remote and the bathroom was so disgusting we couldn’t even shower in it. While waiting to get our room in the lobby there was several guest (10+) waiting to get there room that was still not ready at 7pm even though check in was supposed to be 4pm. Do not stay here the health department should absolutely be called on these people. Never again.

Didnt get the room I booked and I verified availability before booking,, shower had dog hair in it (so we ended up going and buying our own cleaning products to clean with), a/c didnt cool properly, toilet overflowed and they didnt even have a plunger, used towels to clean up wet floor then they couldnt even give us clean towels to replace those, had no other rooms to move to....contacted location on 4 different days and was promised someone would call me back but no one ever did. Facilities in foyer of Spray building were nasty, management doesnt seem to care at all about the guest. I have stayed here multiple times over the last 10 years and it is completely unreal how bad it was this time. I have never had an experience like this there but I can tell you I do not plan on revisiting; I tried to look at it from every way possible and I just cant find the good in it anymore.

Place was absolutely disgusting! Food and trash everywhere and staff was not concerned. And only said they are short staffed. With covid i expected this place to be extra clean, also I was told when I made a reservation my room was ocean view and the only view I had was of the dirty trash filled parking lot. I definitely will not come here again. Rooms definitely not worth 150+ a night

Terrible everything! The noises in the walls all day and all night from the plumbing I assume, is really annoying and hard to sleep through. The actual shops and boardwalk are 22 blocks away so dont plan on walking anywhere from this place. There isnt 1 electrical outlet in the room that isnt being used by something, now this doesnt make or break anything but why? Where I plug in my phone without unplugging a lamp or phone or TV. Everything in this place is old, old, old, the furniture, bedding, towels, everything! Doesnt look like anyone has really cleaned it maintained the property in years! A little paint touch-up and cleaning would change slot and then if they could replace the mattresses and linens then maybe it wouldnt be some bad but how it is now, its got to the one of the worst places on the beach and we will never stay here again! I dont even want to stay here now!

The spray building we stayed in had a rat running around our room. The dishes were dirty and missing dishes. Theres mold growing on things. Nobody will answer the phone. No blankets for the one bed. We bought our own cleaning supplies, cause it smelled bad in the room and the walls were dirty. Dead bugs in the coffee pot.

My family of 11 and I reserved a four bedroom HOUSE on the waterside part of the property.. Upon check in we were told that we had a four bedroom on the ocean side.. I repeatedly asked if it was a house and FINALLY the representative told me no.. She asked if we would like to see it before we payed our money and THANK GOD we said yes. My family and I followed her up the block and through a garage that smelled like urine.. to a four bedroom HELL HOLE.. We walked in to find a puddle of water in the middle of the floor.. with towels laying around on the floor, a bedroom with with a leak from the ceiling and paint and plaster had fallen all over the bed and floor.. the room smelled like mold and urine.. We admittedly asked for a manager to explain that that WASN’T what I reserved and just to let you know that chick was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. When asked why we weren’t getting what we reserved she claimed that the house was being repaired.. When asked why we weren’t notified prior to getting there ( A 12hr drive) she claimed that they hoped to have it fixed the day of my arrival.. When asked if we could see the house she said no..She had no way to accommodate us.. long sorry short my deposit was refunded.. and my family I had to scramble to find something ASAP.. This was a horrible experience that sent my blood pressure up triple over triple.. I would NEVER EVER RESERVE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... IT’S HORRIBLE!!!

The first impresion was disappointing because the registration start at 4pm and O got my room at almost 5pm. I understand that we where more than 20 guests but the front desk had 4 people working. The stair and hallway is dirty, and the floor in the room looks nobody cleaned. I love the view that is why Im here.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. 1st thing room wasnt ready for us we were told we could stay at the pool til it was ready then it started pouring and had to stay in lobby in wet clothes for 2 hours. When we got to our room there was no towels or wash rags. They wouldnt bring them to us so we had to walk to office to get them. When we came in for the night there were no sheets or blankets or pillows for our children. Also the Murphy bed had mold on the mattress. I called the front desk to get new sheets and again we had to walk there to get them. When we got there they told us they had no pillows for our kids. So now they are sleeping with towels for pillows. Oh and the room has bugs. Very disappointed with our stay here. We wanted to extend our vacation for a few more days but were leaving in the morning to go home.

Sea Mist Resort I stayed in the SandCastle building. Wasnt ocean front but I could look directly to my left and it was right there, which was fine for me. Pretty sure a dog had stayed in the room the day before I checked in. No smoking in room, but dog smell and Mary Jane is permitted (lol). For the price,location and all the pools and waterpark I cant complain. Sea mist has several buildings I didnt even know about when I booked. Going through sea mist.com was actually cheaper than book it.com

This place is absolutely disgusting.....from the underwear left on the balcony, to the mold in the shower, to the dirty towels and washcloths, even found a used pad under the sink. This place is so disgusting, the DOH should be called in. It smells funky the minute you walk in. I will never stay here again!!! Should give me money back!!

This place is not worth your time. People are doing drug infront of you at your doors all evening and night. Its not worth it they also bang on your doors all night.

Its not so much the worst place, because i forgot pictures can be misleading. The unit would be great if they updated it and do something with the water bugs. They come inside and its not pleasant to walk up on one and you are without shoes and socks. The bedrooms are not what you want and expect, but i made the best out of the unit.. Just very dated but with covid going on. I dont have to find parking nor wait on an elevator. So it has its perks

I recently cancelled a reservation for this hotel due to all the negative reviews I saw online, and still had a charge on my debit card, when I called to ask about the charge I was spoken to very Rudely by the girl working 2nd shift on 9/16/20 and also hung up on me when I simply tried to get some help that would have only taken a few minutes of her time. I myself work at a hotel and know that this is unacceptable and very unprofessional on her part!!! If you have a person with terrible communicating skills which is a quality needed for the front desk, maybe she should be cleaning rooms instead!! Here it is 3 days later and I still have not received a call back when I left 2 messages on 2 different voicemails that I was sent to when calling the hotel. I totally see why this place has bad reviews!!

Ill give yall a little break since things arent normal. Were in the middle of a pandemic or whatever. But I will say this, you could do a little better. Nothing to really brag about but at least it was a nice little room with a view. Not bad for the money. Sadly I think its also a reflection of society. People in general could do better. I booked my stay through booking.com, after booking two nights with them I was to stay with family who live there for the rest of the stay. COVID spiked again down there and we were warned not to travel to Myrtle Beach also my family asked all family members to wait to come down, the airline was more than accommodating and allowed me to cancel with no fees and rebook within 2 years. I have three phone calls into the resort and two into booking.com. They will not return my calls for a cancellation and refund nor will they respond to booking.com.Every time I did get to speak to someone they stated numbers are only high because testing was now available but according to reports, family, and governors that isnt true. So buyer beware, I wouldnt book with them especially during this unknown time of travel because not only will they not respond they wont work with you. I understand both the hotel industry and entertainment industry had taken a hit but so have we as a consumer. I just want to get my money back since I now have to stay home and find something else to do with my son. I never book a reservation that says I cant get a refund. It said i would pay at hotel and then after picking book I got an email saying it couldnt be finished until they charged my card for one night.

Room is clean staff is super friendly n I love my ocean view. Couldnt be happier. NO BUGS, NO NASTY SMELLS!! its perfect Ill be coming back for a longer stay next time

Worse place I have ever been!!! The hotel was a disaster, the pictures on the websites are 30 or 40 yrs old they are a complete lie!!!! There was mold everywhere the rooms where very stinking like molded water under a sink my wife discovered mold on one of the pillows; we had to leave early because of the smell being so in unbearable I wore a mask the whole night just to barely sleep and the dishes were dirty placed in the cabinet’s and all the furniture was old and rusted,, here are some pictures to back my claims

Positive: That I was only there for one night. Negative: It was absolutely filthy. Not just the room, but the entire area. The grounds were trashed, the pool full of sand. The entire property needs a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Total crap.

We arrived at 4:30 and our room was not ready! It wasnt ready until 6. When we got to our room it was disgusting. Linens were clean but the room looked liked it had not been deep cleaned in several years. The ceiling fans were caked with dust. My husband had to clean the air conditioner filters. There was splattered dried food on the walls. Also the establishment is suppose to be smoke free. We could smell smoke when we checked in. But there were no other rooms available. We stayed the night and checked out the next day and found an air b and b to stay in for the rest of the week. The only good thing was the staff was very apologetic and the manager gave us a full refund for the week.

We did not like the limited parking. Also, we called housekeeping for towels, 6 hours later no towels. Called the front desk and the lady told me that she didnt know what to tell me that housekeeping was closed. The man at the desk in our building told me I would have to walk to the registration office to get towels( which is across the street) The bed had black mold on it and the table beside the bed also had mold. Floors were not that clean either. Not really somewhere we would want to stay again.

Was playing in the arcade with the kiddos. Had fun spent about 3 hrs here. I like the swiping system card with electric ticket transfer. The person helpes me save money and explained the card system too me. Which is awesome cause I do the same for my customers. And glad there is more like me out there. So I will be going back.

Went togo check in and had found out they had canceled my room for some reason. I had two rooms at first but called a month before and said I wanted to keep one room and canceled the other room. Just to say this will b the last time I will be staying here. MB needs more pet friendly hotels than this place

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I really do. I am 35 I have honestly never been treated so disrespectful by a woman named Jill. She hung up on me multiple times and then continued to forward me so that she didn’t have to respond. I could even see if this were the treatment she was getting from me. I could relate fully. This wasn’t the case. You legit have a consumer whom booked a reservation on the basis of your website and the glowing reviews that you felt were appropriate to post. Then we discover these reviews and were alarmed and appalled. So we were two hours from our destination at the Sea Mist and we call them to clarify. We figured maybe it was a disgruntled customer, maybe it was a Karen. Nope. When we called a very kind young lady by the name of Johnna answered. We informed her of our concerns and requested she clarified the situation and maybe shed light. To which she honestly replied “mam, it really is this bad. It’s not up to its best and the reviews are true.” I asked what we should do? To which she informed us that if we cancel our reservation the management is completely understanding and will refund us the money we are out of. She also told us management wasn’t there but would be on Saturday. So, we call back today. For one, I’m forwarded at least 6 times. Maybe more... I lost count-LOL. Each time it was a different person with a new transfer. Finally, we made it to Jill. She answered the phone with a “what do ya need?” I explain to her the situation and tell her the front desk associate even told us it wasn’t up to standards. She barked at me several times “well how do you know it’s true!? You cancelled before you even saw the place!” I politely, again, reminded her that her very own coworkers even stated what a mess it was. She hung up. That lady.... hung up. So, I called back, went through the prompts and transfers again. Made it back to ill Jill and was hung up on AGAIN!! . Lady!!! Really!? Just talk to me! That’s so rude. So we are out of 124.30 for a four hour reservation that we never even made it to. We never even saw the building. We were warned not to bring our children for safety and they charged us 124.30 for that. To tell us that. So when you look at these reviews and you wonder how on earth is the building still standing—well apparently 124.30 at a time.

Overall it was better than I expected from pulling up, the office has been moved so was a little confusing finding it, the hotel has about 4-6 separate buildings appears they bought out some older ones around it, the rooms where very fair for the price, nice pool, but be aware of the crowd this place keeps people going in and out all night long, but overall you get what you pay for i guess. Would go back if needed a place to lay my head for a low price

Front desk people are very friendly and helpful. However buyer beware. They own about 10 buildings and all of the pictures are of the main building which is the nicest. Were in a satellite building and to call it a dumpster fire is an upgrade.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite and the floor was completely filthy dirty. My wifes feet were black within minutes. And when we asked to have someone come up to mop the floor we had to wait hours before someone actually did anything about it and no one seemed to care.

We were disappointed with the overall look of the house. It was old and in the middle of a dumpy mini golf course. The pictures they display online look to be very old in comparison to the current conditions. We still made the best of it and had a good time but did feel misled.

I will not be coming back here nor will I be recommending this place to anyone! We got to the resort at 3:00. The staff told us that our room was not ready. We decided to ride around and see what all they had to offer while we waited on our room. We arrived back at the resort around 5:00 and the staff stated for a second time that our room was still not ready. We asked for a refund and made plans to go to another hotel down the road. As soon as we said that, the staff stated our room was ready. We thought it was odd but we didn’t think too much about it. Later that night around 9:30 we heard our door slam open. A man and a woman was standing there. The woman saw our stuff there and told the man that the bag was not hers and she did not feel comfortable going in the room. The man proceeded to tell her to go in. I stepped around the corner and the man told me to come here. Since I am only fifteen years old, I said I would go get my mom. He ordered me to come here and I once again stated I would go get my mom. After talking to the man, we realized that the staff had given the woman’s room away to us. My mom went down to the office with the woman to straighten everything out. Me and my friend stayed upstairs and began to pack because we knew we were going to leave and find a new hotel. The registration office took the keys to our room and we could not get everything down in one load so my mom told us to stay in the room until she got back so that we could get all of our stuff out. Me and my friend, both of us being minors, heard the man from before and another man outside talking about the room. I locked the door for safety purposes because I felt that they would just slam the door open again. They knocked on the door and told us to get out. I proceeded to calmly tell them that we were waiting on my mom and then we would leave. The man pounded on the door and yelled to get out. I began to freak out as he was being unprofessional. I told him I was not opening the door until my mom got back. He said he was a supervisor and we needed to leave. I told him I was going to call law enforcement because he was scaring me. He told me that there was no need to because he was already doing it. My mom came back not too long after that and grabbed the remaining stuff from the room. All of us had loads of stuff in our arms. The man who pounded on the door proceeded to lie to my mom and say that he never pounded on the door or did anything that I claimed he did. They did not help us carry our stuff down or find a new place to stay. You could not pay me to stay at this hotel ever again. Every part of the hotel smells like drugs. Nothing in the hotel is clean. The pictures online are obviously from many years ago because it looks nothing like that in person. If you’re expecting sleep or a peaceful night in the room, you obviously won’t get one. The staff are liars, unprofessional, undependable, unfriendly, and do not care about anything but money which I don’t believe they will be getting much of anytime soon due to the fact that three other people were asking for refunds while we were leaving. Please do not come to this hotel. All it will do is cause you stress and make you feel unsafe. I recommend beaches more north in the area.

Arrived at the property around 1. Room was not ready at 4 as promised. Room still not ready at 630. Finally requested a full refund at 8 and went elsewhere. Some of the pools looked like they havent been cleaned in weeks. Property in general was just poorly maintained/dirty. Corridors smelt horrible. Never made it into a room but several others coming down complaining of unclean rooms. I do have to say that despite whats been handed to them most of the front desk staff/manager was very understanding and friendly and I really feel bad that they are put in this position. Good group of people just not currently a great location.

Horrible our family called and reserved a room over a week ago before we got here had to wait till 6 pm before they finally gave us a key then they gave us the wrong rooms. They are rude as all get out here we asked for towels from cleaning lady and she got rude and said she couldnt give us towels to clean water off the floor. But yet this other lady walks up to cleaning lady asked for towels and she gave her towels but refused to give me any....They advertise 9 pools and a water park with a kiddy pool water play area... in which has not been open the entire week we have been here. This place needs to be shut down completely and run by someone else even the manager that was here yesterday was rude as all get out and refused to make it right we paid for a 2 room in one family rooms and we got put into small rooms. There is 5 to 6 people Im 3 different rooms. One of our family members paid to have the kitchen in their room for all of us to use . The stove has no knobs to turn stove top on. Manager refuses to pay us back our money for what we paid for. Its awful here I do not recommend this place to anyone. Wish i knew who owner is i dont just yet but i will find out and Im going to tell him he needs to fire all these rude people.

Arrived at 3:15pm as my booking site said you could start checking in between 3pm-4pm. Room was not ready so we rode around a little bit until 4pm. Got the keys and got in the room and we’re missing a pillow, there’s no blankets on the bed, (just sheets), the phone doesn’t work, and the TV makes a humming sound and has lines running down the middle of it. Made a call to the front desk at 4:30pm and they said they’d have it taken care of ASAP. Went to the pool, which was nasty all around the pool deck and came back to everything the same as what it was when we left. Called the front desk again and they said someone was working on our requests. Got dressed and went to eat dinner and came back to the room around 8:30pm and nothing STILL!! Walked to the registration office and waited for over 30 minutes to speak to a manager. We were given pillows and blankets and told the TV would be replaced ASAP. We were also given $65 back of what we paid. We don’t have to stay at the Marriott, but we won’t be staying here again.

This hotel is disgusting, my family and I checked into the family villas, first the villas were hard to find. The front desk gave us the run around, sent us to 3 different rooms that were all occupied. The villa we checked in, the ac was completely broken and didn’t work, there were ants all in the cabinets, the pipes underneath the sink were leaking, the refrigerator went completely out, all of our food went bad. We tried to call the front desk over a dozen times, they kept answering the phone and hanging up. We had to walk down to the registration office and they explained that there’s nothing that they can really do.

Checked in was a lil messed up but very accommodating!! Moved us after we found a few things wrong with the room! Management was very sweet & helpful!

The employee at check in was good the view was ok. The room wasnt what I expected, the microwave was filthy the maintenance team was awful i asked for towels and bath clothes she couldnt give me any. I had to go back to the check in office and they only had bath towels. The clerk said that she would have some brought to the room they never came. I posted a picture on the microphone awful

The room advertised looked nothing like the one we received. The first thing we saw when we entered the room was a dead roach. The toilet had dried urine on the seat which had not been cleaned. The floors were sticky, and needless to say we didnt stay there.

Positive: Nothing, would never return. Negative: Should I begin with the roach in the elevator or the homeless women living in the stair well? This was a horrible hotel. A half eaten piece of pizza stayed on the walkway a couple of rooms down for 2 days. The rooms smelled. Need I go on?

The check in was super easy. The desk clerk provided excellent service.

There are a bunch of buildings compiling a resort. Its kind of spread out over 2 blocks. Its confusing which building you check into. Staff was friendly and helpful. The floating pool was shut down a bunch of times that we went by during open hours. Parking is hit or miss with underground parking, outdoor parking, and a garage. We often had to drive around until we found a spot. You can get golf clubs and balls from the main office to play free mini golf about a block away. The course was plain, but ok. It needed to be swept and water turned on for the water features. My favorite find was the arcade. It was pretty impressive for being in a hotel.

I’ve been to Myrtle beach many times, every time I have gone the hotels I’ve booked have always been delightful, but not this one. I was supposed to check in at 4 pm and when I went to check in they told me that the room wasn’t ready. The room was ready to be checked in until 5:30 pm and when I went to check in they were trying to charge me $22 more, even though I had already paid for everything online. The staff along with the manager didn’t apologize not even once for us having to wait an hour and a half because the room wasn’t ready. I had a really bad experience here.

Nice room only 4 rooms like this. This room is 51613.. Great for a romantic get away.. Top floor room. Great views of the beach. Nice breakfast nook

Me and my kids stayed here this past weekend and it was ok not the best but it was ok for what we paid. When we checked in the staff was friendly lobby was full of guests waiting to check in. Got checked in n we went to look at our room well our keys didn’t work so I had to go back n get another set then went to try them and they didn’t work so I called the office and told the lady and she said I’m sorry this is happening I said look this side is nasty n smells really bad can we just get another building or u can give me my money back and I will just go stay somewhere else. She said come back to the office I will move u I said ok. So we did that and we got moved to the building I wanted to start with and asked for when I made the reservation months ago. So me and my kids get up to our room and the keys worked this time. So we go in and look around n check for bugs and stuff bc I have seen some reviews that ppl have seen bugs at this place. We didn’t find anything so I took my own cleaning stuff and cleaned bc it looked like housekeeping just vacuum the floor and that’s it. So later on that night my child finds black mold on the headboard I’m like oh no. Other than that our stay was ok

We have been coming to the Sea Mist in Myrtle Beach for a number of years and each time we have had a very good experience. A clean room and good staff. We have never encountered any bed bugs or other creatures in our room or bed and we have stayed in various buildings on this Resort. This time we stayed in the Sandy Knoll a two bedroom two bath living room and kitchen area with full kitchen - microwave, full refrigerator, today and coffeemaker as well as a dishwasher.

I’ve already left one review but I’ll leave another one! We stayed in the sandcastle building and just woke up with a cockroach in the room! Completely disgusting place! Would not recommend for anyone to stay here

The grounds are very nasty . Very over crowded with disrespectful people leaving trash and junk everywhere.The room was a decent size but my son was covered in bites. I was cleaning our stuff when a security guard/ employee came out yelling at me at the pool area when the pools closed could understand his frustration if we were still swimming but we were cleaning up our stuff and heading out with the kids? Rather then leave stuff laying around like the rest of the people there running the property in the ground. Parking very stressful and just trashy run down. Office staff is nice. Thats about it. Oh and good luck getting ocean view thats false advertisement and the lady was honest enough to tell me that and refused to give me the ocean front I paid for.

AWFUL beginning to end. Would not recommend and will not stay here again. This was the NASTIEST hotel Ive ever stayed in, and I travel frequently. Fresh stains on all the bedding, floor was gritty and wet, bathroom was not clean whatsoever, trash all over the entire resort, cigarette butts all around the pool, ect. We asked room service to change our bedding 3 times, never came. We called on the 2nd day of our stay to ask for more towels and toilet paper for the room, we called 3 TIMES and no one ever showed. Bought our own toilet paper, towels, bedding, and i also bought bleach cleaner to clean the floors and bathroom myself to make it HALFWAY livable. Zero customer service, no effort to clean the rooms or grounds, simply the worst hotel experience I have EVER had.

I wish I could post pictures of the filth I just walked into. Not only was there hair and fecal matter on the toilet, the counter, refrigerator, and table tops were covered in hair, dust and coffee stains. The air conditioning unit has never been cleaned. This hotel should be shut down. Its a health hazard. Staff was rude and insulting at the front desk.

Positive: I didnâ€t like anything about my stay. I had to leave after the first night and pay for another hotel for the remainder of my vacation. Negative: The room had spoiled food in the refrigerator. There was sand on the floor. The microwave was not cleaned. The door frame was broken. The toilet clogged up after one flush. All of the television stations were fuzzy. It was horrible. I left after 1 night.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and I booked our room two hours before arriving due to us not living far . We were told we booked a king bed ocean view upon arriving after our two hour drive we were told our room wasnt ready and they didnt know when it would be cleaned and ready for us. Which they offered us another room with no view. First off I should of known when I pulled up it was going to go horrible. The area looks like the hood straight trap houses. Once getting inside there were three other couples trying to get refunds due to dirty rooms, smoking and children unable to breath and other issues. Anyways my point is just keep scrolling because this place should be shut down by the city, CDC . WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Been in line 45mins to check in. Very poor service. With a holiday weekend you would think they would have enough staff to cover check in process.

Love it here! Originally was going to stay at days inn, but a friend recommended this place, and Im glad he did! Although the waterpark is small (we love waterparks) it was nice. Nice indoor and outdoor pools, walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, shopping, excellent staff! We will be back !

The pictures online are nothing like the hotel property. Very outdated! Location was nice.

If I could give zero I would! First time at this resort and it was terrible!!! We had to switch rooms due to an infestation of roach bugs! I will say the second room did not have bugs however the view was horrible. Oceanfront in the tides building on the bottom floor.....all you could see was an old brick patio with grass grown up blocking the ocean view. The patio had trash all on it and plastic cheap patio furniture. We also found two drug needles in the parking lot and one was filled with blood!!!! Hotel hallways smelled of Marijuana!! Elevators are very outdated!! Our friends room was broken into by a maintenance employee and their gun was stolen!!! After the lock on their room was broken the front desk kept saying someone would fix it but they NEVER did! They stayed the last night with no key to their room! The pictures on the website are NOT what you get in person!!! BEWARE WE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!!!!

ROOMS WERE VERY DIRTY!! When we got there my room was not ready then when I enter the rooms were disgusting they were not clean and there was black spots everywhere even the hallways were all ugly and nasty and a friend of mine stayed there too and her room was full of BED BUGS we automatically wanted our money back but the only good thing that there was is the staff the lady that helped us was friendly
