I arrived late for checking in, the receptionist take care of me right away. She ask if am hungry I said yes the restaurant will be closed in 10 minutes. She held my suitcase behind the desk and direct me to the restaurant, said the bell boy will wait your return and take you to your room. She was friendly and helpful on my arrival.Everyone at the resorts I make contact with was helpful kind and accommodating to my needs and consern.Next day was my birthday I was alone on vacation. When I return from the beach, I received a great surprise. House cleaning and decorated my room with balloons and happy birthday wishes. Was very touching I felt special and overwhelmed. Thanks to the management and staff for making my visit lasting memories... I will return and recommend everyone to the resort.The food was also great lots of selections. Pictures of my room with birthday decorations!!!

I LoVed my stay there, it was convenient, the room was clean, it was roomy for 2adults and 4 children....I absolutely LoVed it was looking forward to visiting again next year ️️️

Hotel is out of business and when you call it redirects you to the hotel across the street. BUT when you call them they redirect you to ANOTHER business and by that point you get agitated and hang up. Either take down the information or make it relevant.

My room was very spacious and clean. Even though our room was right in front of the pool once inside we could not hear all of the happy swimmers which was great. All we had to do was take a quick walk across the street and we were at the beach! My only complaint is that our door was very hard to open it kept getting stuck and our patio had not been cleaned from outside debris. Check in and check was very easy and the guy in the office is very professional and friendly.

Checked in July 21, 2017. Werent even in the room 10 minutes, before checking out getting a full refund. The outside is so rundown and dirty looking. It looks like the walkways and the elevator have never been cleaned. The inside of the rooms though, nasty nasty nasty!! There was obvious dirt on the carpet, no toilet paper in bathrooms, dirt and or mold all over the walls. When I was checking for bugs I found body hair in the sheets, so you know damn well those werent changed. The phone in the room didnt even work for us to call down and there was some kind of dirty film on the receiver. On top of all this the slides were closed and the swimming pool was so cloudy/dirty you couldnt see the bottom. I honestly dont know how anyone could consider this a clean hotel.

Pictures on website do not look like what the place really looks like. Slides did not work, when we walked in our room smelt like cat pee. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper because the maids never came while we were gone plus there were none in there when we first got there. The beds are hard, the drainage of the bath tub sucks. But the guy at the front desk was nice and he did try to accommodate what was going on. Hopefully with them upgrading this hotel everything will be better.

With the consideration that that the building itself is at least 15 or 20 years old. It was a nice place to stay. The building could stand a few updates. I read other reviews and you just cant please some people. NO BUGS OF ANY KIND were seen in the room. Palmetto bugs (which are all over the southern east coast) are not roaches! Look it up, though we only saw one of them outside near a palmetto palm the whole stay. If you are not overly picky you will enjoy your stay. The sheets and mattresses were stain free. The dishes were very clean (Im really picky about this). No strange smells, the carpet and couch were clean as was the fridge. The AC will freeze you out if you want. The front desk and other staff were very polite. The pool was cleaned every morning. They even have a small playground. We will definitely stay here again.

Great motel for the price. Family friendly. Non-smoking. Waterslides, pool and small playground. Arcade was just a couple of older video games and they didnt work. Rooms were a nice size and extremely clean. There were full sized appliances and a nice basic set of cookware and dishes. Beds were comfortable. Furniture and building are older. With a few updates it will be a solid five-star.

We traveled on July 11-15 2014. I was nervous about staying at this hotel because of the mixed reviews and the fact that I am super picky about where I stay. We booked this as a last minute trip and I have to say that I was impressed. The room was VERY clean, the staff was professional and helpful. The only issue I had was the fact that I wish I could have stayed longer. My family enjoyed the water slides. I wish this was an oceanfront motel and it would be the perfect hotel. It does have age on it, but it was very clean. So if you are looking for an affordable vacation and clean, this is the place to stay!

Upon check-in 6/24/17, there was a mix-up with our room. We booked the King Royal Suite and the put us in the King Family Suite. After seeing 2 more rooms, the manager told us this room (Deluxe Family Suite) was actually an upgrade, but we insisted on seeing our originally booked room the next day when the occupants checked out. The room was dark and tight with not a lot of room to move around. Well, the deluxe suite was not an upgrade in my opinion. The new room was cleaner, roomier, and brighter than the others. I was actually surprised based on reviews we had read. The pool & kiddie pools was clean, they were renovating the slides, but allowed us to use the slides across the road at Compass Cove. In all the rooms we were shown, we checked each bed for bedbugs and none were found. The only negative issue we could find was there was only minimal cooking supplies (3 small pots & 2 spatulas), however there was adequate eating dishes & utensils (plates, bowls, spoons, & forks). Other than the hiccup with our reservation at check-in, everything was great! All the staff we encountered was polite & helpful.

This place isnt to bad. The rooms were clean and both the bathrooms were clean. However the slides are closed and the pictures on the website doesnt match what it really looks like. It was okay though, you get what you pay for. Also compass cove lets you use the slides, pool etc at their building.

Stayed across the road, not bad for the price.

For a family on a budget it is great! I am on my way there for the second time. The rooms are big and clean, the amenities are perfect for our children. We enjoy cooking as well to help save on money and the deluxe family suite with a kitchen meet all of our needs.

The rooms were well clean and cared for. I understand that the rooms would not be exactly the way I imagine it, but it was good to spend the night. Employees were always able to help. Only problem I had was that the room keys didnt work for a bit, but it was fine after we got new ones

For the price, this is a great deal. Its not the Hilton by no means, but if you want to spend three or four times the amount, then go somewhere else. Slides didnt work, but they let you use the ones across the street. Just wished it was a little closer to everything, but like what I said, get what you pay for.

Had a 2 night stay March 17-19. I was very impressed. Very nice room. Friendly staff. Looking forward to next stay.

Front desk staff were rude, just handed me the room keys and didnt mention anything about parking, where our room was located or that the slides were out of order. We were later told by the cleaning staff we could use slides across the street at Compass Cove, but ONLY the slides as we would be kicked out if we got in the pools at Compass Cove. Elevator smells like pee, halls and grounds have cigarette butts and trash laying around. Drawers in room need to be updated, very hard to open, toilet seats swivel and bathrooms smelled like wet dogs. One of the beds felt unstable and like it was going to fall apart and made a lot of noise with any movement. Only one washer and dryer in the facility available, they worked great but had to wait about 30 minutes to use it. We also had some very noisy neighbors who kept their TV super loud past midnight and we could hear just about all of their conversation. I did like that it had a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms, full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans and dishes. When I went to check out there was a lady waiting to check in, she said she had been waiting for about 20 minutes for the front desk clerk. The cleaning staff were friendly and checked in on us daily. The price was okay compared to the other hotels but I guess you get what you pay for? ? I do not recommend to anyone.

As a business owner, Id avoid this place. Never stayed here, but the fact that the owner responded only twice to very poor reviews and in those responses stated they would post their findings on the same review board - and never did. The attitude and work ethic of the ownership is usually reflected in the staff. Where there is no pride in ownership, there is no pride in your work force.Note to owner: Take pride in what you have or sell it and move on. Youre not doing any favors for yourself, your clients, your staff or the community if youre not pro-active in maximizing the blessings youve been given.

The four days me and my family stayed was wonderful. Everyone was nice and helped us out. Will definitely stay there again.

After looking at the website, calling the resort and reading the reviews, we decided to take a chance on the place. The sheets were clean (but the mattresses were very worn, uncomfortable, and had holes), the tub and toilet were clean (but there was mold under the vanity), the pools and slide had very cloudy water. When we checked in, the was a hair weave on the floor, trash under a couple of chairs and personal items on the floor left by previous guests. We had 7 registered guests but had to ask daily to get more that 5 towels. The back bathroom trash was never emptied. Housekeeping was banging on the door before 9 every morning. Parking lot was dangerous because of where they allowed a large RV pulling a trailer to park. Addressed issues daily with office staff, next day office staff acted like it was the first they ever heard about it. Will spend my money elsewhere next time.

Loved it here. The pool was great and the rooms were pretty nice. The location was close enough to the beach we were able to walk.

The rooms were good size and clean, inside was dated but its very clean. Theres also a small kitchen in the room so that was nice also. The bed was quite comfortable and the location is close to the beach and great walking distance to shops

This hotel needs to close down for serious cleaning and renovating!! The rooms stink like mold and urine. Stains on the carpet and couches. Beds are low, sheets are thin, pillows are thin. Even the towels are thin and rough! The furniture and tvs are too outdated. I didnt like the fact that the air conditioning units were loud! And the ones outside the room were rusted and leaking. This hotel stay was the worse ever in life. I was so uncomfortable. There are other great hotels on the beach for the same price, I recommend you keep looking!

I was very worried about staying here with all the vad reviews but i was shocked. Everything was clean. The pool, rooms, bathroom all was clean. They were in the process of changing locks. We did have a little issue with the door not locking but it was fixed right away. The lady that worked second shift on June 16 and 18 she was wonderful, loved her. The elevator needs to be faster, had to wzit 4 to 5 minutes each time and its only 4 floors. Also we were not told we could use anything across the street so i feel like we missed out on that. Overall it was a great place.

Needed something cheap with a kitchen since we were trying to save money while looking for jobs and housing in the area the rooms were clean our room faced the water slide which was not up running yet it was April so Im sure by May theyre have it cleaned up. the pool was open but as kinda dirty didnt see to many kids in it . the only complaint i would have the kitchen area needs another outlet we had to put the toaster on the night stand to make toast, same with the coffee pot the out let in the main bathroom broke we put a maintenance slip in which it was never fixed while we were there.

Stayed here June 2-4,2017 .The rooms were cleaned as well as the bathroom.There were NO roaches or bed bugs!!!!The elevator was clean&safe!!! The staff was friendly.Since Compass Cove bought this hotel were we able to walk across the street and enjoy ALL the pools.This hotel is a great stay for a family on a budget,I will definitely be back before the summer ends :-)

This weekend the Compass Cove Resort across the street bought this one. Unfortunately Compass Cove employees hadnt gotten full bearing of managing it so when we got the wrong room, fixing it was utter confusion. All that aside, this hotel is definitely a prime example of you get what you paid for. The rooms were reasonably well laid out, much like a traditional hotel. The most noteworthy things to point out though is the fact that the water fun amenities are defunct and shutdown. From the looks of it, its been down a while. The pool was clean and looked well maintained all though the nearby trees tended to drop leaves in it but not really a big deal. All around, id come back if I was on a REALLY tight budget this is a good option, just dont expect anything more than a room to be apart of your stay.

Dont waste your money at this RESORT I am not sure who ever thought they could call this place a resort but that is the biggest joke ever. The place smells so bad and almost everything in the room was broken or not working. The shower never worked properly it would change from cold to hot and damn near burn you in seconds without adjusting it. I paid a 100 dollar deposit and a pet fee and they refused to refund 1 dime of my money and at first the lady claimed I didnt pay the pet fee and when I reminded her I did she then stated that we left the room late and dirty. Also we never had maid service for the entire stay and had to go ask for clean linens each time we needed them. Then was told that they only gave you 2 towels and wash clothes a week. It was cheap and now I see why. So if you are ever in Myrtle Beach find anywhere even a park bench to stay dont stay at Affordable Family Resort. I promise it will leave you with a lot of memories just not good ones.

Pros:The rooms are spacious, the pool is clean, and once the doors are closed its quiet. The staff is friendly.Cons:We booked this hotel for the waterslides but they do Not work, so they gave us brackets to us the one across the street but those were closed yesterday as well. We have a 2 bedroom room with 2 tvs but neither work and I have been waiting for someone to come fix them but after 24 hours it looks like that isnt happening.

Nice people. Pet friendly. My chiuahuah loved it. Me and my boyfriend were able to go out and do things and leave my pup at the hotel with water and food. Came back oncenin a while to walk him. My dad was with us but we had our own bedroom and bathroom. Nice pool. Cheap prices.

This place was the worst! Bugs and roaches everywhere. The room had a bad smell and the dishes that came in the room were very old and nasty. The bathroom tub was clogged and when you ran the water it made a loud sound. Tha only reason I give this place a star is the location was the correct address! Please save your money! Should be called affordable and nasty!

We found roaches in our room. One of the front desk staff were very rude when this was brought to thier attention. We moved to another room and the hotel accidentally overcharged us by $277. On a monday no one was in the office for the entire day so it was very difficult and frustrating to get the incorrect charges resolved. The slides on the resort have not been in use for a long time. All in all we spent more time on the phone and dealing with the hotel than enjoying our vacation. I would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone else stay here.

Ok place to stay, we had a friendly housekeeper change the sheets after we arrived. Slides were down during our stay and pool was very cloudy.

Horrible! We checked in and immediately checked out. The place is closing down in a month, you shouldnt even be allowed to make a reservation to this place! Slides didnt work, mold in the room, no toilet paper, do not stay here!

My family stayed there over spring break, from Thursday until Sunday....AMAZING!!! We arrived into town early and tried to keep busy until check in, but ran out of things to do and energy. We called and they let us check in early!!! The room was spacious, clean, and in good shape! No bugs, no dirty towels, nothing. Im not sure why there have been so many negative reviews. The place was great. The pool was cold BUT its MARCH my kids still got in while I lay pool side soaking up some sun!! When my ice machine went down in my freezer the nice lady ( didnt get her name) tried to fix it, when she couldnt maintenance came up. He could have and would have fixed it, but it wasnt that big of a deal to me.And he brought me some ice which was super cool of him. Housekeeping was very friendly, the younger guy that worked nights was AWESOME and friendly. The little older woman at the front desk was quick about checking us in and out and was awesome in between. We will DEF make this spot OUR spot every time we come!!!! The only thing I hope for is the cosmetic work. Maybe some paint, add some flowers to the rooms, some art work to make it feel more like home!!!!

RUN from here.... starting with the reservation everything went wrong at this dirty disgusting rundown Hotel. We stayed here three years ago and were very pleased with everything about it. However when arriving on Thursday afternoon we were horrified. Compass Cove is taking over this location and they were able to get us into something else but that was only after a fight. The fountain out front was so molded that the letter was black the spackling is falling off the hotel and you can literally see the mold growing on the side. The bedroom was so cramped with a dining room table in it for the kitchenette that you could barely even walk around. The bathtub was chipped and cracked and I cant even begin to tell you about how hot scalding the water was and how hard it was to get it at a temperature that would stay because it kept fluctuating from scalding to cold. The elevator smelled like wet dog in pee and was just nasty. The front pool was very clean and well-kept however upon check-in they told us that the water slides are closed for deep cleaning but we never saw anybody working on them. Why would you not do that at the beginning or the end of the season? So we asked about the kiddie pool which we were told it was open however when we went to look at it it was not running as in none of the water fill buckets or the spout on the Pelican were going and there was mold and algae that have grown in the pool. There was no way my grandbabies were getting in that. Like I said before Compass Cove across the street is taking over this property and is trying to fix everything. But when you call for a reservation that is how they get you they tell you that it is for Compass Cove but you end up at this raunchy nasty Hotel.

Over all a good experience. The hotel is a little old, but clean. We stayed on the second floor for a week, room 213.Room service is not really the best, but also not the worst. Honda, the room service girl, did a wonderful job, on our third day of stay.The first girl she just took my tips, $10 I gave her on the first day, beforehand, so she can take good care of things, and she did next to nothing. From now on, I am never going to tip anyone beforehand. I learned my lesson quickly.Staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating.If you expect top notch accommodations, this is not the place to go, but overall is a good value.On Myrtle Beach area, I do not even think there is any place over three stars, in my knowledge.The pool was great, the water slide also very good, I took my three year old daughter for a slide.The pool was most days very warm. It was a pleasure to swim in it.The location is really close the ocean, you just cross Ocean Blvd. and you are on the beach.To get a big room/appartment for a family is very advisable, you pay a little more, and enjoy you stay more. Kitchens are just fine for a few days up to two weeks.Overall it was a good experience, we went for a vacation and we got a vacation, without any hassles or horror stories that sometimes you hear around.

This place was decent.We stayed in the royal suite, it had a kitchen and a living room, so the room we stayed in was clean. The water slides are broken, but the pool and baby pool were ok, my kids spent most of the time over there. If you need to save some money this place would be ok.

Was the worst place we have stayed so far on our many overnight stays at hotels. We killed no less than 1/2 dozen roaches while there this past weekend. The bed was soo worn out it popped and at 5ft 11 inches, my legs hung off bed. So glad we were only there for a few hours each night. Wish the non-refundable deposit and Affordable Family Resort name, were more of a red flag for my family, hope we never have another experience like it. Room 111

I stayed at that place once and I will never go back ever again.for starters the pool was so nasty the was bug in it but not like the expected amount of an outdoor pool it looked like the had never cleaned it before the rooms were big but the beds were hard and broken and it was clear they didnt change the sheets the was a decent amount of sand in each of them the carpet was dirty and so were the walls the cracks between the tile in the rooms were turning green and the whole place smelt like smoke even in the rooms the water slides do not have as much water as they do in the picture really there was no even water on the slide just a little puddle at the end but the place is in walking distance to many fun things to do but that resort just aint it

Ok so if u are with ur old man..spring for better. If ur with ur kids bring extra towels and wash cloths those reviews are truthful. Pool is nice..slides are down. They will lie if u call but truth they dont work. If u have kids rooms are roomy and cleanish. Not nasty but cleanish. Its not that bad with kids. U have a room u can shut the door seperate from kids. And the workers are not nice but do ur own thing and bring towels u will be a happy vacationers.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! SO DIRTY!!!! Would have given negative stars if i could!!! Smelt SO BAD!! We found pubic hair in the beds, latex gloves sitting on the couch, dirty mattresses, filthy bathrooms!! GROSS!! And that was 2 differnt rooms we saw after complaining about the first one!! Thankfully we were able to find something else at the LaQuinta last minute! We left immediately! Didnt even want to touch a thing! Not to mentiom the mosty scummy people that stay there! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PiCS ONLINE!!! Do NOT book a stay there!! Also I called before coming, to check if slides work and it looked like they havent worked in years!

We stayed for a whole week this past summer and we plan on staying again. We had no issues. Great room an we even had new mattresses.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Its filthy, uncomfortable, smells, mold, everything is run down, greedy and cheap owner/manager who obviously is unhappy w her life, bathrooms are terrible. Although it looks decent from the outside, this is NOT a place you want to go. 16 years ago it was a good option, but the ownership has pinched every penny they could the last 16 years and havent upgraded anything and have ruined the place. Go anywhere else and it will be nicer, cheaper, or most likely...both. STAY AWAY, YOUVE BEEN WARNED

This resort is absolutely horrible. I called made a reservation had to cancel. Must give a 15 day notice I canceled the very next day and now they are telling me I will not get my deposit back. Called several times got hung up on last time I called I got transfered right to a voice mail after speaking to an employee. The manager is rude and doesnt listen. Told her in my email it said that if I canceled before 6pm I would get a refund. She tells me she will call me back after checking the website. It was an email... Hello?! Pay attention and before I could get a word in she had already hung the phone up

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! I am not even going to waist my time writing everything that was wrong they all have been wrote in other reviews. I dont know how this place is still in business or hasnt been shut down for sanitation reasons. But if like smelling pot in the lobby and sleeping with roaches this is the place for you. If I could give a negative rating I would.

My experience here was not good at all..... first I got there my mouth drop just the look at this place.but I still keep calm.get to the front desk the young men ask like he didnt wont to be at work..6/24/2017 12:35 pm that after noon... i told him my name it didnt even take him a second to tell me Im not book for my room .mind you I book online an paid in full .so I call the booking ppl back they told me that I should have been in there she told me tell the boy that my name is on the list too reload his computer then he would see my name an he did an it was there ..ok on top of that my room wasnt ready till after 3 .wen I got back to the room from killing time got too the room Lord knows I wanted to cryfor any human that stay at this hotel should of been affordable motel inn. Is NASTY I payed 191.60for one night for how this place look they know they could of charge me $60 a night . No dryer aircondison for AC lord mine u no air on the elevator they have a big house fan in the elevator For all this money this hotel making FIX the place up, trash all outside beer cans funny smell omg ... wen u come from the beach there water shower is so nasty..then they say no pet ....from they way this place is an look, its look like a Animal shelter no lie....if you looking for a good hotel Go to Holiday Sand south I promise you, u will have a good time .....please close this place it not right...for the people that say it nothing wrong with this place ...i know how yall house look anit no dam way in hell this place is clean I had pictures up they only post one ..im send DHEC in there

First off the room were ridiculously dirty mold was growing by the ac unit but yet NATE the receptionist told me over the phone the rooms were so clean that we could sleep on the floor that was a lie....Secondly I had roaches in my room in which I did report to front desk but they act as if it was no big deal....Thirdly the staff acts if they cant give you extra towels.... And to put the iceing on the POOL was disgusting the filter apprantly wasnt working properly because it had dirt in it that you can clearly see nasty dirt film floating right on top of it I question the staff about the pool and they replied with an attitude that they didnt know ..... ridiculous..... Worst stay ever .....o forgot to mention I found red thongs in the couch when gathering my things before leaving.....the hotel is going to get reported best believe that....

We came in on 6/18 stayed till 6/21 the lady that checked us in I didnt get her name but we got there around 4 was rude and acted like we just messed her day up showing up. It was my family and my sister and brother law with their family. So we get checked in I really liked the rooms they had a bedroom off to its self with another bathroom which was wonderful. The rest of the staff was great all friendly and helpful. The pool dont have a light in it for night time first pool I have ever been in that dont have a light inside. Water slides didnt work but they gave you bands to go across the street to use theirs but most hotels let you use their sister hotels without a paper band that is just for the slides only. Location was great never saw roaches and I thought we was great about bed bugs but I was wrong the first my son had 2 bites but we was out late that night and thought something may have bitten him there well next day he didnt say anything then the last day he goes to get in the pool and his whole back is covered in bites and his arms. We had three beds he was the only one who slept in that one bed and the only one with bites. Besides that our stay was great I would love to stay agian but I would have to fo a good search of my room first before I checked in to make sure our beds are good Im not trying to get eatten or bring anything home. A little more work and this place will be great. Awsome price. No one is in the office past 10 pm the kids stayed in the pool well after it closed but I guess with no one there to tell them to go they stayed and was loud. I never heard partys no one was loud only the kids at the pool. We cooked dinner on the grill one night nice little area for that. Overall a nice hotel

I enjoyed our stay at affordable family resort staff is friendly room was clean no bugs seen the pools were nice the only thing I would suggest is the carpet in our room could have used a shampooing but other than that everything was great I would definitely stay again

DONT COME HERE! They have bed bugs bad, woke up the first night got ate up. Then seen a few crawling on the walls. We to tell the workers and they wouldnt give our money back so we could go to another hotel all they said was we could get another room

Horrible atmosphere, bug infested, dated everything no amenities. Pool dirty, beds hard and dirty, bathrooms are poorly maintained. The tub stopped up after one shower. Shake your bags before you leave because its guaranteed to have at least ten roaches in it. They wont let me post any stars!!!!

Easy to deal with good for familys and cheep

This place is far far far from a resort... The pool is big enough for about 10 people, the water is never cool, the have these cheap pool towels. The rooms pictured on line are not what you actually get. The air conditioning in room 114 doesnt work it also has bed bugs that ate me and my families legs, arms, and backs up. The room came with 4 plates, 3 tablespoons, a butter knife, one pot, and one pan!! The maids never came to vacuum nor bring clean towels or rags, bed sheets were never changed. The refridgeratior was rusted on sides. The hotel seemed to be right in middle of ghetto. The trash area was exposed and smelled foul!! The rooms were so out dated felt like I was stuck in the 70s!! Travelers please research before staying here it is horrible... This place isnt fit for stray dogs.. Wish I could score it a 0. I will be reporting this hotel to DHEC.I spoke with a maid( she was heavy set Caucasian lAdy wasnt able to get name I also spoke with younger African American boy works at front desk wheres red cap daily) ofcourse they wouldnt mention this to you.I

The absolute worst beds on the grand strand!!! If you can get over the smell and dirty rooms, the staff are snobby and rude. The only thing good that got going for them is the maintenance man is very kind and punctual and trust you will be calling on him a lot. The stove was broken, springs from the mattress poke you and the water goes from hot to cold several times throughout showering. Then, the shower wouldnt turn off and the maintenance man had to come manually do it! My family and I stayed there for one week and we were told we could only have towels 2 days out of the 7. We never had our room cleaned the whole time we were there and we even had to ask to borrow a vacuum cleaner to do it ourselves yet we never received it! Do Not stay at this hotel!!!

Ive stayed at this place plenty of times before but will be my last!! Dont know what has happen to the place but it has really went down hill. When we first got there, the room was nasty looking floors were sticky. The toilet seat in both bathrooms were broken. Said they would fix next day. Could tell the beds were old and wore out by just sitting on them. Didnt have all the towels we needed in the rooms and had to come look because they didnt believe us. On the phone for over an hour trying to get the wi fi to work on our devices. That never worked. Needed a hair dryer and it didnt work and never brought us another one. We was only there for a couple of hours and most of it was on the phone for the wi fi. Would not return any of our deposit which was for a whole night stay that we didnt even stay. We went and found another place that was cheaper and had a lot more than this place and ocean front. Good luck if you try this place.

Hotels not bad, price is good, if your not used to ratchet ass people, dont go lol... other then that served the purpose for the night till my other hotel was ready.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here, was told I would get a refund due to our ceiling leaking and getting all of our stuff wet called and spoken with the manager and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional! It was nothing but trouble the whole stay!

The room was a steal for three beds and their pool was nice. Deadbolt your doors though bc management will just barge in, they did it while I was breastfeeding my daughter on my bed.

The slides werent working and the kiddie pool wasnt clean plus there were no towels in the rooms when we got there. We paid 458 dollars for 2 nights and it sucked.

Water slides wasnt working and arcade but other than that great price and it accept s pets.
