What an amazing resort!! The staff was attentive, gracious and welcoming in every way. The accommodations were spectacular. We’ve never experienced a vacation like this before. 5 star all the way️️

Fabulous condominium with all the latest and greatest amenities. The staff pays great attention to detail and made our stay spectacular. Our condo is equipped with all the latest cooking utensils and upscale appliances. Great views at the balcony and a relaxing and huge heated pool. Hot tub, bar, billiards and ping-pong or just some of the things that you can do on the pool deck. It would’ve been nice for the other bedrooms to have TVs but perhaps they will add that in the future. Only one bedroom was equipped with a TV. Not a big deal since we are there to enjoy the sights and relax out by the pool and really don’t want to spend much time watching TV anyway. The next time I visit if I am staying in the area I will plan on staying here again. Gated community makes it safe. Our own garage was a welcome option. They even have an elevator so it was easy to take our bags up to the third-floor.

We enjoyed our stay at Marlin Bay Marina. Convenient location, nice pool area, with plenty of room to spread out, bar, pool and ping pong tables. Beautiful sunsets! Very nice place to unwind for a few days!

Highly recommend Marlin Bay! Their staff was the friendliest of any place I have ever stayed in the keys. We stayed in Unit 3826, which was absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail and level of craftsmanship was noticeable from the moment you walk in. Beautiful property with no expenses spared, job well done Marlin Bay!

The nicest place in all the keys.My boating friends told me about this place and it was extraordinary. I really enjoyed it. The vacation homes are stunning, service is great and the place is very well run with nice people that attend to details and hustle if you need something. The kids liked the heated pool and my wife loved the hot tub. Ive been all over the keys all my life and if you are looking for a nice place to keep your boat or rent a vacation home this is about as upscale as it gets in the keys for about half what you pay in Miami for the same thing.

Very nice extremely friendly. Wished they had food service on grounds and laundry. Most people eat at the bar at a resort. No kitchen here. Even a food truck would be nice. Dont let that discourage you from coming here. This is a beautiful place. And a delicious restaurant within walking distance.

Brian and Jose were very helpful in assisting the movement of a large motor yacht in their North Basin.

This place is great! We stayed on our boat in the marina for 2 nights and we liked it so much, we’re going back in a couple months. Both Brian and Jose, the dockmasters, are exceptional; very capable, very helpful, and just really nice people. The pool and the tiki bar are beautiful and right next to them is a hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and ladder ball so it’s easy to stay entertained. Joey, the bartender, makes great rum drinks too. We’re planning on making Marlin Bay a regular stop.

This was the most amazing vacation. The house was gorgeous and impeccably decorated and furnished. The staff went over and above to make everything perfect. I dont hesitate to recommend this to anyone, and I will absolutely be back. I cant think of a single thing I was unhappy with.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marlin Bay! We had 10 guests (including children as they count in the per person room maximum here) and stayed in #3819 from 5/20-24. The positives: the house was beautiful. Patrick (the painter at the resort) and Scot (the pool bartender) were wonderful, I can’t say enough good things about them. The pool was huge with nice chairs, tables, and umbrellas. There was a walk in entrance to the pool which made for a great baby area to play with them and there was a jacuzzi. There were clean bathrooms outside by the pool so we didn’t have to go inside. The views were amazing from our unit, we could see the sunrise and sunset from the living room. We loved being able to enjoy the views and having the big dining table outside for dinner. The clubhouse was so nice and had all kinds of amenities like a gym, steam room and sauna. The resort is walking distance to restaurants, including a steak and lobster place that has great fish specials and a good pizza place.The negatives: we never figured out how to unlock the front door of our unit, and I’m not sure if it was stuck or if it didn’t open. Although we couldn’t go out the front door, we could go through the garage which we had plenty of space in because our cars couldn’t get into it. We even tried parking a Mini Cooper in the garage and the angle is so tight and it’s so close to the next unit that unless you have a tiny tiny car or you’re a pro, it’s not going to go in the garage. There are a few guest parking spaces nearby and thankfully no one else was using them, so we parked both of our cars there. There was a finicky ice button on our fridge and there is a known problem with one of the cabinets in the kitchen. The clubhouse closed really early at like 630/7pm (I can’t remember which one), so we didn’t get to use any of the amenities like the pool table or games, because that’s something we would have liked to use later in the evening. Also, the pool bar didn’t open until 1pm.Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely visit here again! The negatives really weren’t big deals to us and didn’t affect how much we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Marlin Bay for a great family vacation!

3 million dollar view! Lovely place to stay.

I just got back from a great family vacation at Marlin Bay. We definitely recommend it! From Barb at check in ( Florida cracker like myself ) to Jose the manager on docks/marina. Rob is also awesome! Scott the bartender... a true genius ! Ask him his background so you get that.The unit... well we felt like we were in a Drug lord mansion (LOL) ! Oh my goodness.... stocked kitchen, towels for boat and pool, a porch that I truly wish I had at my own home !I LOVE that the bar is closed at 7 pm. Perfect. Then the most perfect sunset every nite in front of our unit.What a incredible staff. And Melanie in reservations simply awesome.Thank you all for blessing us and making our vacation so spectacular!

OUTSTANDING RESORT-We take a keys vacation every year and the Marlin Bay Resort just became our favorite..! The units are beautiful, the amenities are top notch, and the service staff is EXCELLENT...! Everything was 5 STAR...from the initial booking through Melanie, the concierge services through Barbara, and the help from the Dock Masters on a day to day basis really made our trip unforgettable. Jose & Brian (Dock Masters) went out of their way to help in any way possible.. From bringing Ice to the boat several times a day to actually loading us up in the golf cart (fish included) to help us to the cleaning station. Not to mention they ALL were super friendly. We had several families at the resort and not a one had a bad thing to say about the resort and/or the staff..! We are already looking forward to next year at Marlin Bay..!

Really enjoyed the resort with friends and family. We went at the start of lobster season and had the entire place to ourself. Booking for next year!

Marlin Bay is absolutely top notch! The rental home was amazing and so spacious. The bedrooms are spaced apart for maximum privacy yet there was a large kitchen and family room where all could gather. The pool and clubhouse were just lovely and the staff was so welcoming and friendly that I felt like part of the family. And Marlin Bay is located in the middle of the Keys so it was an easy daytrip to Key West, which is fun to visit but too busy for a relaxing stay. Loved everything and am planning another visit soon.

Marlin Bay Yacht Club is a beautiful property with amazing views. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. The unit was spacious, immaculate, and had everything you need to be comfortable. A great place for vacation, I highly recommend it!

Marlin Bay is awesome. I met a wonderful person named Bethany. She was soo very helpful and knew soo much about the town. I strongly recommend Marlin Bay to anyone. If you get a chance, meet Bethany. Shes wonderful.

From accommodating a last minute booking to making our stay a vaccation to remember, we will not forget Marlin Bay and will definitely be coming back.The homes that you rent are immaculate and they are amazingly well designed and fitted out.The staff are also super friendly and accommodating. Special mention goes to Bethany who is the best Conceirge we have ever encountered and also Scot at the pool side bar who both took our stay to the next level.The pool was beautiful and never crowded and our brief little walks to the pier to watch the dreamy sunsets and imagine yourself on each of the amazing boats in the private harbor, were a couple of our family favorites.I rarely write reviews as I never seem to find the time but I just wanted to recognize this resort and its staff as one of the very best on any of the keys. Not the cheapest but not that much more than some very average to poor resorts and hotels. Worth every penny especially if you want to spoil your loves ones and yourself ;)Seriously this place is a 10 out of 10 resort/retreat. It is hard to improve on perfection but if a restaurant was added and the club house was open later into the evening it is likely that we would have never have left the resort other than to visit the dolphin research center down the road. Tranquil, beautiful, luxurious, spacious, friendly attention to detail.Thank you, just what I needed to relax and unwind.

Its worthy of ten stars....The dock hands, Austin and Buffalo are super friendly and amazingly helpful. The concierge staff that we had the pleasure to interact with, Lucia, Bethanie and Barb were some of the friendliest and most helpful folks ever. Its odd in a resort-ish town like Marathon how many grumpy or downright rude folks you come across....this place is the opposite end of that spectrum. Amenities of almost every type are on the grounds and some you wouldnt expect. Scott the bartender is a wealth of friendly local info. Beautifully designed and Impeccably clean and tidy, it is beautifully maintained and the marina area is very nice and new, albeit a little tight to navigate into and out of for the non bow and stern thruster crowd. I cant wait to see what its like when the rest of the development is finished.
