Trails are great for walking or running. My kids really like the skateboard park. It does get crowded but a lot of fun

Beautiful place for biking, walking and family time! Peaceful, nice scenery, well taken care of.

Lots of activities and stuff to do in the park swings slides skate park club softball baseball soccer tennis etc

Great place. Lots of green space. The walking/running/bike trail is great. It has a couple of playgrounds. And lots of wildlife.

Lovely get away

We went here mainly for the playground and it was really nice. It was too hot and the playset was in direct sunlight so it was too hot to slide but the kids had fun on the swings. There is also walking trails.

Fun for kids!

I love the walking trail at Dean park. Its easy to up the fitness level of the walk by taking one of the trails that lead into the neighborhood around the park to create a larger loop for your walk, or you can tone it back by cutting a shorter loop. I am not personally a runner, but I often see runners on the trails, and the trails are paved so less tripping hazards than dirt or sidewalk trails. It is also a great place to bike or take a stroller. 4 out of 5 stars since the trails are not very well marked.

This is one of my favorite parks. Whenever I’m in area I come here to relax or to go for a nice run.

Great place to walk and take the kids to play

The Boys & Girls Club meets there and so does Evergreen Community Church which is amazing and so friendly and helpful! Evergreen Community Church has a realtor who was honest and found us a rental when we didnt qualify for purchase and even has a veterinarian who hosts dive in movies for the church. Wonderful wonderful

Was a great location, had a great corporate party. Beautiful covering and spacious fields attached.

I love cruising my bike and bringing the kids around the trail and into Dean park.

Fun spot for young children. It has two large climb and slide activity centers, two big sets of swings, rock climbing wall, tetter-totter toys and a large monkey bar play area.

Love the playground there. The little kids are bigger one enjoys all the structures.

Paved trails and quiet settings. You will see a lot of wild life here during the Sprimg/ Summer months. There is also an skating park by the baseball fields. I just love coming to this park.

Fields are nice but wish dugouts were enclosed to keep the kids cooler during games.

The park is experiencing construction. Some parts are closed off. Still a good visit

A nice little trail to have long walks

My opinion they are cutting down to many trees. They are building houses all around the park.

Nice place for kids to run around. Only drawback is that there arent enough seats for parents to sit and depending on where you sit, you cant see your child/children.

Not been here yet, just looking at google earth and pictures, the paved trails look like theyll be great for riding bicycles! gonna have to check this place out soon!

Only skatepark in Manassas
