A great experience that I utilized to bond with my son. If you are looking for a great time, event to bond with family members and friends, the Autobahn Indoor Speedway provides those opportunities. The staff was highly professional and diverse. Always a plus when you see people that look like you, demonstrate maturity, motivation, and willingness to ensure your experience is maximized. Lastly, the staff members addressed COVID-19, and what they were doing to eliminate exposure. My son and I felt safe!

Great place for the young and old(er)! I recently took my 8yr old here and she had a blast. For reference, 8 yrs old and 48 inches are the minimum age and height requirements, respectively. The staff are very helpful from start to finish, helping with finding the right helmet and assisting with ensuring the kids safety while on the track. This location has a small refreshments section and they also have an indoor axe throwing area, if you want something else to do in between races or you want a separate adventure. Dont hesitate to visit if youre in the area to blow off some steam in a fun way!

Awesome experience, I find some places do not have the best experience while social distancing due to removing too many experiences etc. Really it felt the same as last year that I was here, only difference being the masks. The karts are also well maintained, Only problem I have is that some people ignore the let kart pass sign being shown to them, it only happened two times for people ahead of me luckily. But as usual, I had an awesome time being here and hope other people do too!

Such an amazing experience and the most professional go-the-extra-mile staff ever. I had to take an emergency call right before getting into the car and the guys were so patient with me as they prepped the car. THEN they walked me around the track to review break zones and entrance/exit angles. They made the experience awesome and I ended up dropping 0.6 secs with their advice. Definitely going back with my friends/fam.

Coming from nyc my cousin and I were looking for fun things to do and we came across autobahn. We did one race that consist of 12 laps and one hour of axe throwing. Our axe throwing coach Jürgen was great, it was nice having a conversation with someone that friendly and incredible at their job

We made a reservation and arrived a little earlier than our scheduled time. The employees of Autobahn were super helpful and patient with us! While we created account they were helping another customer. When it was our turn, the customer was needing a little bit more attention and we patiently waited. The staff was extremely apologetic for the time it took for them to help us (it was no more than 5 minutes!) and made sure we were placed in the soonest race. It was my first time and they took the time to educate me and make sure I was safe! I was extremely impressed with their kindness!

Its my first time to drive karts, but I have to say it is so interesting. I am definitely sure i will try it again. And what expressed me was that another racer was the weekly fastest guy. Its so cool. Suggest you guys go and try it!

5/5 Brandon was so nice and friendly his personality was great makes me want to come back again. The atmosphere is great not too busy because of covid. I came with my dad on Monday great energy everyone wore mask. We also tried axe throwing Brandon was so nice and helped us learn the ropes we both ended up getting bullseyes . He’s a great guy we can’t wait to come racing and throwing again.

Everything was great, from registering to getting on the track. Workers are very attentive, they were there to help the entire time. Very fun, highly recommended!!

Took my husband for his birthday with a couple friends, first time for us all. We had a blast! Definitely worth getting the 3 race pack. The first race was really a test run to get used to the kart but it was much more fun the 2nd and 3rd race. The staff was very helpful and friendly Also, if you buy multiple races but dont want to do use them all, you dont lose them. Theyre good for life and can be used at any location! Definitely recommend checking it out.

Recently visited the Manassas location, and I left very underwhelmed. I had made a reservation to do axe throwing for our group for 4. The check-in process was terrible. Several employees standing around on their phones, not doing anything, while they had 1 employee working the counter. It was a good thing we arrived really early to check out the location, because it took us nearly an hour to just check-in. We had to wait another 30 minutes until we could throw. It only got better...they ended up double booking us with another group of 4. With one person working, we ha to split our booking with the other group. We paid for 1.5 hours, but we ended up getting half that time because they booked two groups together. How can you charge us full price then split our time with anther group? Shady business...I would give 5 stars to the employee working the axes, but the management is some of the worst Ive seen. We talked with several people in line, and they also could not believe the terrible customer service. This place isnt cheap, so Im really disappointed in my personal experience. Would be nice if we were offered a parietal reimbursement, but, seeing how this place operates, I know that wouldnt happen. Its shame, because our group would have had a great time if we didnt get gypped out of some time and money. Hope the place turns things around, but there is no way I would bring a group of people back to this location.

This was my first time at Autobahn. It was a team event with bunch of colleagues from work. The Autobahn staff was very customer friendly, professional and did a very nice job of managing the event for all of us. The racing cars were fun to drive and safety is a top priority. Autobahn provides race results and also pictures of the event. Afterwards we did the axe throwing which also was fun for all of us. This event is also very safe. Recommend Autobahn for team events or just going out with the family to have fun.

I came to the manassas autobahn with a large group and the manassas team made our visit one we’ll never forget!! Everything was well organized and safe! Micheal was one young man who really catered to our needs! We’ll definitely be back for more fun

We went to Autobahn Speedway yesterday for my son’s 10th birthday and it was an amazing experience. My son had such a blast - he can’t wait to go back! Everything from the helmets to the karts to the bathrooms was clean and well taken care of, and every member of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The three races for the price of two was a great value too. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Me and a bunch of my buddies from work went there the other morning. And it was a awesome experience. First of all the staff were a great bunch of guys. Their biggest concern was safety, and that we have fun. Second the karts were top notch. Which added up to a great deal of fun. Will be returning in the near future.

They were very helpful with my 8 year son because I had my 3 other little guys with me and it was very hard for me to do all three kids while helping my 8 year old who was racing. He LOVES go KARTING. I wish they had double carts for adult to ride with the children but other then that IT WAS GREAT!! Thank you so much

My son and I had a great first time experience at Autobahn this past weekend. What impressed me the most was their attentive staff and their focus on driver safety training. What impressed my 15-year old son the most was their course layout and the speed of the go-carts.

I would like to thank Michael for hosting my grieving family. Last Sunday my mom passed away. I was looking for an activity for us as a family just to get our minds off if everything. He arranged everything for me in no time we were throwing axes and racing carts. Michael, you will always hold a place in out hearts and we will be loyal customers from here out.

This was a birthday gift to a young boy, a friend, his two brother and parents. We all had an exceptional time. The whole process was well run and organized. We will be back. I was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.

The Autobahn is an amazing indoor speedway where you can race go karts and participate in ax throwing! I enjoyed my experience there as always. It never disappoints!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our two races, it was exciting getting to drift around the course and was a great way to spend my evening in the city

I took my nieces and nephew here and they had so much fun racing with each other. The staff was also friendly and walk us through the safety of racing. I would definitely do it again and definitely recommend them.

Took our teenage kids and a couple of our friends and had a blast! Definitively coming back again for a fun outing. Got the three race pack for each driver, attic took about 2.5 hours to get all the registration and races done. Totally worth it!

We came to have fun and we did. I drive a car already and didnt see the appeal at first, but gave it a try.After using the mobile registration and going over safety basics we were racing in our karts less than 10 minutes later. After the third lap you get the hang of it and start speeding up. The next thing you know youre skidding around bends and almost drifting through corners. The freedom to drive a little more wild is fascistic. No complaints here.

The Manassas Autobahn Indoor Speedway was one of the best go-kart place Ive been to. I would recommend to anyone who wanted to try it out.It was easy to enroll/register, members of their staff were really nice, they were very safety and hygiene oriented, staff were very organized in setting up drivers for each race, karts seemed well maintained, and it was very thrilling to be able to drive on their track. Military discount was also a plus. Im looking forward to going back again soon.

$30/hr for axe throwing was a little steep. We had 11 people two lanes. It was fun though. Would come back to cart racing.

I would rate it 4 stars because our private reservation was not private nor in their system when we arrived. However, their customer service was awesome, the experience was great, and certainly something we want to do again with more friends!

Kids loved this place, the carts are fast and everything is recorded for you so you can see how fast each of your laps are. There is even axe throwing while you wait for the next race! Its a really nice and clean venue and a great way to escape for a little while.

The facilities, equipment and staff were great. Driving was more of a workout than I realized. But, it was a blast! I will definitely go back...

First time here! Staff was amazing & helpful! I thought it was a little pricey at first but worth it!

My son and I had never been here before and Michael made it very enjoyable. I wasnt racing, but my son was, Micheal explained everything to him and how the race was going to work. He even helped him put on all his gear so he could get going. He raced with him on the track (as my son was the only Junior racer at the time) so he wouldnt have to race by himself and was still helping him along the way. My son was beyond excited to try this out and it did not disappoint. Im sure well be back, and probably bring friends lol.

I brought a group for the axe throwing and had a blast! The staff were attentive and friendly. Next time we will also try the kart racing.

Just wish there wasn’t many people all at onces because you have people bumping into each other and having to stop pretty much every lap.....other that had a blast was a really great experience for people who love trying you things

Excellent place to try out if you’ve never done it before. These aren’t your typical go karts that go 15mph max these karts really zoom and the staff are excellent and very knowledge. Highly recommend you try at least once

In our never ending search for safe fun during COVID season, I highly recommend Autobahn in Sterling VA!! I took my 16 and 10 year old on a whim mid-week. They had a blast and are now offering to do previously avoided chores to earn a return trip. Compared to the outdoor go-kart track near the beach wed tried a couple of years ago -- this was so much safer and according to my boys the track is more challenging. As a bonus Autobahn provides a data sheet after each race that breaks out your performance per lap, fastest lap speed, and ranking against the the 1.6+M other drivers for the year. It really added a lot to the experience. My 10 year old was over the moon to see that he was ranked on that weeks top 10 racer board for the week. For COVID safety -- they had everything set up and sanitary with touchless check in, clean the helmets after each racer, plenty of hand sanitizer, and it was easy for everyone to maintain distance.

We had such an awesome experience at Autobahn! They registration process was easy and the crew that explained the rules were friendly and clear with instructions. We also didnt have to wait long at all between races and they easily fit our group of 10. Well definitely be going back in the future.

Really fun place. Lots of space for big groups. Staff is helpful getting guests into helmets and karts. The electric karts are quick! Each race is about 5 minutes (14 laps). Eight karts out on track per race. Lots of tricky corners, but I wish the track was wider to allow more passing. Which makes strategy important! After each race, every driver gets an individual results sheet that lists your laptimes, position during each lap, points ranking, etc. Will definitely return...wish it was closer to my house!

I took my office team to Autobahn in Manassas for our Christmas outing. What an AWESOME time!! They have a great group of young guys working there that make it fun. The general manager walked us around the track and gave us turn-by-turn tips. The cars are fast and and the experience was great. Highly recommended!

I had a blast the carts are powerful and the track is really good. Probably the only downside is its a little pricey. Other than that it is awesome. (It would be a 4.4 stars but it doesnt let you do that so 4 starts).

Such an easy check-in process! All the staff made it extremely easy and welcoming for someone who has never done this before. Not once did I feel shamed for not karting before. We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back. If its your first time, I highly recommend Autobahn!

Autobahn is a great place to throw Birthday parties and to visit when the urge to race hits you. The facility is clean and the staff is nice. They were so attentive when we had a birthday party there. If I had to say something, I would like them to add more video games for the kids who cannot ride due to height restrictions or who just dont want to ride.

Its fun. A bit expensive, so not something you can do all the time. Dont use brake. They kept putting the sign out for me to use brake, but the brake just immediately stops you, very little modulation. Then everyone went by. Faster to just drift around the corners. Then I caught back up.They should sell axe throwing for $5 for 10 minutes. Instead its $30 for 1.5 hours. Thats waaaay too long. Theyd make more and more people would do it if they didnt have top commit for so long.

This place is amazing! I took my grandson to Autobahn last night and our family really enjoyed. The race car attendants were awesome! They instructed my 9 year old grandson, as a new driver, on how to operate the car. The attendants raced on the track with my grandson when no other youth were available to race. They treated my grandson with kindness and importance. I don’t know who’s hiring and training this professional young workforce, but they are a stand up/stand out crew of young people! Thank you to Connor and Cristian for making my grandson Christian feel comfortable and accomplished as a driver at Autobahn!

Will not be going back and will tell everyone I know to do the same. My dilema happened Saturday when I and about 7 co workers decided to go to this location. Needless to say we got ignored while other groups went twice. After waiting over a hour we decided to get our refund just to get disrespect by one of the staff members.

Very expensive! They should make it more affordable for the average family. Re-peat business is what MOST establishments thrive on.... cannot see how there is that many NEW customers to keep this place going

Realy fun and the carts are confortable.

A fun racing experience. Easy to walk in, sign up, and start racing. Tight, short, but technically challenging track. The electric karts have good acceleration and the polished concrete track surface allows for as much sliding as you want to induce. My wife and I have enjoyed 4 races so far, and we’ll definitely come back fo more.

Loads of fun. We were a party of five, and had a minimal wait before we were called up. Reasonable prices (we all got 1 race). They have packages for 1 race ($20), 3 races ($50) and 5 races (I dont remember the price). If its your first time here, you have to get a permit, which is $8 (per person). The permit also gets you a head sock and the use of a helmet, and its good for a year. You also get a free race on your birthday. 1 race = 14 laps, and the winner is not chosen on whos first across the finish line, but the person who has the fastest lap overall. So you can use the first lap or two to familiarize yourself to the track, and then let it rip. The staff was very friendly and professional as well, they had us checked in quickly, processed us really fast and had us on the karts in no time. I highly recommend this place, especially with the whole family since the more people you have, the better the experience.

Had a lot of fun! Went early on a Saturday, and had more open track. The people who work there are helpful, high energy, and made it more fun. Will be back.

I have a son with special needs and the staff worked with him in the kindest way and got him around the track. They spent a lot of time with him and were incredible patient. I was hesitant to let him drive but the staff assured me he would do fine and he did! I was blown away by how well he did. Thank you for convincing me he would be safe. Me and my other kids had a blast as well. We will definitely go back again

They have an annual license fee. The rounds are pretty fast. I felt like I got my moneys worth when I raced. If you are paying for two people be prepared to burn $120 on weekend prices and $100 during weekdays. It was a blast.

My 8 yr old had a great time. Staff is very friendly and attentive with little kids. They took the time to explain and make sure my son understood the rules and safety guidelines. We will definitely come back soon. I wish they had double karts though. Hopefully this could happen soon and we can ride together.

I deleted my previous review so I could make a more thorough one for this business.The biggest complaint I see is people think Autobahn is too expensive. There is a reason a Tesla costs more than a Honda. Electic motor drive systems will always be more complex and expensive to maintain and control.Most novelty go-kart places have very old gas karts and the speed of them can vary greatly. Anyone who has riden a gas kart will know the frustration of being passed by every other kart on the track.Autobahn uses very expensive and very well controlled electric karts. I was amazed when I realized they could remotely control the amount of voltage (speed) given to the karts. While some variables will still make some karts better than others, you can rest assured that every kart on the track has the same speed capability.Lastly, Autobahn uses a lap time system which records every single lap time and bases the winner from the fastest lap. At first, it seems to reduce the fun because its not a whos in first race. However, in those type of races, the last 30 seconds are the only thing that matters.When you know you have a chance to improve on each lap, the next lap becomes the most important lap in the race until the end. I was focused and enjoying EVERY turn of EVERY lap instead of having someone with a kart 50% faster than me blow past me in Lap 1 and just take each turn from there.Autobahn Speedway is a place for anyone that loves driving but also loves a fair playing field.TLDR; Autobahn is a Tesla and every other go-kart business is a Honda. Which would you rather spend money on driving?

Really fun place for both adults and kids. Not only do you get to race, you get your individual stats at the end. They have a unique design that even though youre all racing together, youre just trying to be the fastest you can be individually and get the shortest lap time individually. That way you dont feel cheated that you started the race in the back. You could start in the back and still have the fastest time. Employees were all excellent!
