I love this entire cemetery. Bring walking shoes, a couple bottles of water, and plenty of space for pictures.

Great memorial and bust of Colonel Harlan Sanders, founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken in Cave Hill Cemetery. The bust was sculpted by his daughter Margaret. Colonel Sanders passed away in 1980. A yellow line on the cemetery road leads to his gravesite.

The cemetery here is absolutely stunning. We came to visit the Colonel and pay our respects, but spent another 90 minutes just exploring.Be prepared when you come. Spend a few minutes with the nice fellow at the gate, get the map and prepare to be amazed.
