I had to went to look at a trailer for rent. It was infested with fleas and ROACHES! I signed a paper on the 8th this month about getting my deposit back. Said it could take up to 3-7 days!! It’s now been 14 days! Now I’m being ignored. And I know once I post this I’ll get a call back or a text back... but it shouldn’t come to this. I was told they have a tracking number from fedex that it should have been there, LAST WEEK.. still haven’t heard a word. Was told they would go to the fedex store to see if it’s there. And no response!

If you have flyers on office credenza that advertise you will get 100 Walmart gift card if you REFER someone then you should honor it. I referred someone they moved in and the manager refused to honor the ad saying that’s only if they buy a trailer. No where did it say buy it said REFER!! I have heard this has happened to other people also. This makes for bad business, and insecurity with the management and is false advertising!!

Nice trailer park. A little off the beaten path which can be nice. But its also a big dead end.. Also known as one of the hottest places in Bullitt County so beware....

Ive lived here for 2 yrs and have had nothing but issues from the move in date. Showed up with a Uhaul full of our items to be told that day we couldnt move in because they didnt do the expectations on time. In the past 2 yrs there has been 3 managers and none have been helpful. Management will always tell you that they cant do any thing for you but will come in your yard and do what they want when they want. They only act like they care until you sign your lease then they only want their check. Work orders never get done.We waited 2 yrs toget our screen doors fixed just to be told we waited to long. We asked from the day we moved and every 6 weeks since but apparently all 3 managers never did their jobs to make a work oder. You see the matance men standing around all the time but are told they are too busy to do things that need to be done.. The park is damaged. The pound is dirty. There is always cops driving around. The homes are built horrible and all issues will be on the home owner even tho warranty is suppose to cover it. They never answer the phone when you call. Dont move here. we regret it daily.

Im having a bad experience with the the lady that runs the off office I have called her numerous times and she will not return my calls, and she went as far to hang up on me when I told her my name, she . Very unprofessional at her job.

Honestly they are strict with picking up trash and keeping your lawn trim, thats fine by me. But I think the rent is too high, yeah they some what fixed the roads and the office roof needed fixing but thats it. Its quiet, at least where I live, everyone minds their own business, and I have lived here 7 years and I have never had anything stolen.

Let’s start with the good... I have great neighbors and it’s quiet here. The bad... they don’t take care of the park even though they raise the lot rent every year. Not sure what the are spending it all on. The playground is not safe for the kids, there’s a ditch behind my home that has not been cut down in years, they won’t fix the huge potholes that have been ruining my tires... it just shows, they don’t care about the property at all. Don’t move here

Very good experience . I dont live thete but Ive been over there a lot . Took my kids over there for Easter & got pictures made with my kids . The people are very nice ! & we go over there for Halloween too & all the people that live there are cool . Thanks For the FUN experiences

Years ago it was a lot better place. Its still very clean, but the rules are a lot more relaxed now about conduct and upkeep around the park.

Management takes great care of the residents and loves animals! She gets the c strays altered and released them back. Very good community of folks!

I was not impressed was thinking about getting a trailer there & just found out the lot rent went up. For what you pay in there is a almost a house payment. It made me reconsider getting a trailer

Clean with A great little neighborhood but the play ground isnt exactly kid friendly theres broken slides and tunnels and broken bolts and sharp metal all over so keep a close eye on the kids

Wow, this place is awful. full of meth makers but mostly users, there might be 10 people in the whole park that aint crack heads. management does nothing about the constant theft and shooting at everything even when they know who it is.(they dont want to piss off their supplier I suppose) awful, something needs to happen here, they really need to get it together.

Owner of the place doesnt care about the homes and how trashy they look. They let some people have boats in their yards and campers, but will single out 1 person just cause their trash cans are in front of porch.

Love it, with any neighborhood there are the kids you should watch out for! But very peaceful!

Clean and quiet. Lived here for 3 years now and i find it peaceful. Theres a play area, park, basketball court, and a fishing pond to residents.

OK to whom it may concern I have repeatedly called whispering oaks EVERY MONTH to get my utilities bill I pay the lot rent on the 1st and would like to pay the rest on the 15th however I never get a bill or its so late like on or around the 25th of the month I call and no one answers, I leave a message and NO ONE returns it what is going on please fix the problem thanks a resident of Whispering Oaks park
