We were riding in there to see a family member but it was nice and quiet and the inside of the trailer was very nice and big.

I dont live here, but I snapped pic of a pretty retro trailer and got a good amount of likes on the gram... Oh one less star since like its slightly confusing layout .

Trailer parks are a reasonable form of living this ones not too bad decent trailer park not the best not the worst

DONT OWN A MOTORCYCLE OR CAR WITH AN AFTERMARKET EXHAUST, OR A LAWN MOWER, CAUSE YOU WILL GET CITED... DONT HAVE A FRIEND SLEEP OVER OR YOU WILL BE CITED... DO NOT BREATHE OR YOU WILL BE CITED... SAD CAUSE IT COULD OF BEEN A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE BUT THE MANAGER/OWNER RUINS IT FOR EVERYONE...

Pretty big lots, looked clean and it was quite. Was impressed with how big the neighborhoods were

The community is great! Everyone is very friendly. But the owner is VERY mean and hateful. Dont move here!!!!!!

Terrible place. Owner/manager is a jerk. Better off living on the street then this excuse for a mobile home community. Dumb rules & you get idiotic notices for stuff just because the owner/manager doesnt agree. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
