Id have to say my father and uncle and grandmother and grandfather all used to have a trailer there in a row by the laundry mat but back then it was a very nice and clean place then and there wasnt no drugs in there the kids didnt have to worry about stepping on a needle that had been used or anything we didnt have a worry in the world but now days all I can do is pray and smh but Id love to mover back in there

It may not be the prettiest place but I am glad to call this place my homeWe look out for each other

If you rent from Larry and Mike- you can believe that its a drug infested place. They sell the drugs from the house and from the concrete building where Larry stays. Mikes cousin also keeps and sells the drugs from the trailer he lives in. If they dont like you they will go file fakes charges on you instead of paying for a eviction. They are all p......,The only way they will fight is 2 or 3 on one. I know I went thru it.

Watch out for each other

I just moved in and one of the nicest places iv ever moved in the manager Mike and his guys that work under him taking care of The park have been nothing less than useful and helpful with moving the rig in and on to a lot. Me not knowing a lot about the moving trailers biz this is Dave saying Im never moving the trailer agin less Mike makes me and thanks guys cheers to many years of a great friend ship in a great naborhood that has really been brought back to be a great place to live agin over the past few years. I say these guys and mike deserve. A pay rise lol thanks again guys

It use to be a bad place and they came up a lot and it hard to meet up with them to have them fix stuff because they work everywhere

Terrible place needs to be tore down. Plus the racket they got on the renters is criminal

Wouldnt be a bad place if the owner / landlord would keep it cleaned and monitor those he lets rent there..

The entire mobile home community isnt very modernized and also located in a high crime area.

Its a drug park
