I have lived here for 2 years, in the back of this park. I own a home here. The owners Bonnie and Brad are super nice. Lot rent is reasonable as well. I have not had one single problem living here. Its quiet, the neighbors are cool people.

The owner Brad and the Manager Bonnie are cold, mean heartless 2 faced people you will ever meet. If you are a good person who takes care of your yard and home, stay away from there. They dont want anyone to be happy. As long as you use or sell drugs and live like pigs, they treat you like royalty. Its a drug haven. Nasty people own bed and manage it. RUN AWAY!

This is a mobile home ( manufactured) park. I like it here. Some rules here are a bit silly, but its not been a problem for me as of yet. I do know of a few people that were mixed up with drugs here but were kicked out due to problems they caused due to that.

What can you say its a trailer park its nicely maintained but Ive heard the management is a little poor there unreasonable.
