I regret moving here.Dont let some of the 4 and 5 star ratings fool you. They either dont live here or have relatives for neighbors.

If your in you 50 and 60s good place to be. if your in your 20 or 30s, management might have a target on your back. dont bother calling the office for anything, youd be lucky to get a real answer for any question you have. this post is liable to get me a eviction notice on my door.

My mom in law lives here and they constantly up her lot rent, shes on a fixed income and they take advantage of the people in this community

Not to bad, to many people in a single trailer here. Rules not in forced. No, on site manager.

The management really has came a long way. They are strict but really irate a good thing. Stops people from letting there lot got to trash.

Well i drive threw mobile park looking for a trailer to buy see about 13 or more looking empty call front office she said they was all occupied keep in mind 2 weeks before I had to call a different # no answer or call back
