The manager of Woodland Estates helped me for weeks to find the perfect trailer to fit my exact needs! She is an excellent manager, and person in general. My trailer was in perfect condition when I signed the lease, and everything was replaced/repainted!! The maintenance men of the park are amazingly sweet, and will do anything to help someone ️ Living here is exactly what I asked for!!

Upkeep is terrible, roads are bad they dont seem to care about community and keep raising rent prices every year saying its for matiences but yet nothing is is ever fixed. Left when new managment arrived may have changed since then.

Its FINALLY under NEW Management!! She is super friendly & helpful. Anything you need, she is always making sure they get right to it ASAP, unlike the previous Manger who didnt care about any issue, (btw she no longer lives there neither does half her family). My parents & siblings have been living in the same residence for the past 11 years & they all saw the difference right away. its such a better place now.

I live here. Its a relatively quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Its a very family friendly atmosphere and the rent rates are very reasonable for the lots/units that they offer.

Didnt know if I would like living in a mobile home community after owning my own house for 16 years. But I love it here. It is clean and quiet. The community is kept up very well. The people are friendly. The management and staff are awesome. They even had a halloween party for the kids in the community. My 2 year old son loves it here as do I. Im glad I made the decision to move here. Not 1 regret.

The lady that runs it dont know what she doing. She tells you they are cleaning the place up of drugs but thats not true. Half her family lives there and she could care less about the place. She only has time for the place when the owner is coming in ......

Dont buy rent here, I tried for two weeks to get a place here, the manager played around for two weeks then sold it out from under me, I had the money they wanted down and mine was gone. Then tried to get me to buy one for 26000 I was like let me see it. Its value is about 10000 at the most. The manager of the park is out of her head, or something. One day she told me it was mine the next she hasnt talked to the owner. Blessing that this happened, they have a bad rep for taking your money n evicting u a few months later her family lives there so she is hardly in the office, she ignored phone calls, and shes trying to sell her sons trailor for 3500 n its falling down p.o.s.

Pretty nicely organized. But the speed bumps are ridiculous. More like speed mountains.
