Quaint, quiet and very close to downtown Louisville! Plus the new house holds my boyfriends pool table! Better than the yard in Boulder lol

My friend lives here and they have some decent cheap homes here I consider buying a house here if you ever are running low on some cash and need a place to crash for a couple months or stay at for the rest of your life.

This is not a good place to live. A lot of crime and negative impact on children.
