Thanks to the wonderful ladies at River Oaks Mobile Home, I am now a home owner. This is my first home I own, and the experience was wonderful and super easy. The options they have for buying a home, the process for this, the homes they offer, are all out of this world. The mobile home park I’m in is very clean and quiet! The park is Big and plenty of driving room. I was very lucky to get a home right next to some goats right outside my window. Thank you so much ladies! I will recommend you to everyone. I also will post pictures.

Best community I have ever lived in, I had the Best neighbors and the park was quiet and somewhat drama free or at least the front half where I lived was anyways.

WELL THE WASTE OF THE GARAGE HAVE BEEN BAD VOTE FOR ANDY

Resident. Surrounding area littered with Crime. new owners charge $37 admin fee for water/sewer before actual usage charge. Really slow to fix/repair issues. drainage grates have needed replacement for 3 years. rainwater drainage poor in a few spots of the park. One drainage gate became damaged to an unsafe level. It took the park 2 weeks before any safety flag/cone was put out.edit 6/12/2018 they just raised rent again. When the new owners took over the park rent was $275 month water/trash included. they raised rent $25 and started charging for water/trash. that was less than a year ago. they just upped the rent another $40 to $340 a month plus water/trash which is a min $37 even if you dont use a drop of water. crime is still high, check crime mapper dot com.

They only enforce the speed limit for tenants they dont like. They also make you pay a water, sewage and your own trash. Overpriced to live here
