This place is horrible, would have given a 0 but it wouldnt allow me to. The manager Angela, does not return calls once they have your money! Paid to stay there, but did Not stay there! They lie to you about condition of campground, there is nothing even remotely nice about this place..Drive on do not stay here. Stay at a State Park, be safe!

Spent 1 night there & will never return. Its an OLD, FAR TOO PRICEY PER NIGHT, mobil home park full of rented out, poorly maintained mobile homes next to a railroad. The spot I parked in was full of dog droppings & the road(s) are full of potholes. The new owners promoted on their website have owned this place at least 3 years and they have MUCH TO DO YET. I saw nothing that looked like the photos on their promotional sites. Conversely, several people there were so helpful & quite nice.

Lived here as a kid over 25 years ago(mid 80s to around 1994 in various trailers) It was pretty nice back then. I heard it went down hill for quite a few years but with the new ownership it looks a lot better. They really put in some work to make it much safer, cleaner and just all around very livable. My hats off to you all, job well done.

Its a nice quiet place and people stay to themselves. If you dont have a lot of money its a nice place with a nice neighborhood to make a start.

My family and i recent sold our home and are in search of something to purchase to put our roots and start fresh i guess you would say so this was one of the many placeswe checked out to see if and what kinda trajkers they had for sale if any and the staff were all so helpful,profesional, and friendly unfortunately they didnt quite have the appropriate mobile home to fit our famiky needs they were able to point us in the correct direction to somewhere that may have just what we were looking for! I will most definitely. Referred others to them in the future!

Its a comvient location but its just a trailer park. Lots of noisey neighbors.

We stayed here for a few days during the week. The staff was kind and helpful. The RV parking isnt pull through. The neighbors werent friendly when our kids were playing at the playground.Other neighbors were hammering outside at 11pm. A lot of road noise. I didnt hear the train.

Knew someone that used to live there. Was a pretty quiet place and the train didnt bother me. Only main issue I saw was the trailer my friend was in was literally falling apart and maintenance couldnt be bothered to help. Even when a report was placed at the front office. But I see theres new owners so I hope theyve improved things and acquired better maintenance staff.

This was a wounderful park. Plenty of children . everyone was friendly. Wow!

Lots of kids which sometimes is a bad thing if they are fighting and arguing. But I personally love kids. I hate the speed bumps but if they werent there people would drive way to fast ( which they already do) and the kids be safe. Its very loud in the mornings trying to sleep but I guess you gotta expect t hat Im a trailer park. The lady at the front desk is very nice. Everything is included (water, electric and gas) which is really awe really awesomesome. Over all, its not as bad as you would think it would be. Also there is a church bus that comes threw everything Wednesday and Sunday that picks kids up if they want to go church. Which I think is really awesome because my kids love going and so does all the other kids.

I love this place and the new owner has really been cleaning it up.

I dont live there but I know 3 ppl that did and the management dont care. The place is all run down. No knocking anyone that lives there at all because it isnt there fault. Just my opinion

Improving a lot since i moved here

This is an OLD mobile home park. To give them credit, they are working on it, and are accepting rvs. Its small, cramped, and not in the best part of town...but its priced accordingly. Cheapest place near Louisville for rvs.

Ive lived here 3 years. Train close but you get used to them no horns. Park is quiet as far as people.

Terrible place to call home.... bugs in the trailers and the Windows leak when it rains. Also the maintenance people dont fix anything when something breaks or leaks! Water heater is only like 3-6 gallons... not very big, runs outta hot water within maybe 10 mins if that...... train tracks right at back of the trailer park... it runs every 15 mins like clock work.. keeps you up at night and hard to watch tv...... DONT MOVE HERE!!!! RUN BEFORE YOU COME HERE!!!!!!!

The trailer park is disgusting it is full of foreigners the trailer park is filled with cats it stinks like cat urine it is close to the train tracks theres always trains and its always loud theres a lot of drug activity on that property I would not recommend this place to anyone if you live there move out immediately
