Helen is the owner and has zero people skills to say the least. She will refuse to fix anything that is broken While you live there . If you let a state housing inspector in for building codes etc. She will evict you. No questions asked. You as a resident arent actually allowed to have a water hose. So have fun trying to garden or wash your car. No pools for your kids either. Just a few of the many rules you have to follow. Dont take my work judge it for yourself. I did and its very unpleasant opinional speaking.

Wonderfully quiet, most neighbors are pretty decent. Dont expect to get anything fixed in a timely manner. Been waiting on holes to be fixed in my roof since February 19. Took a year for my mailbox to get fixed (i use that term loosely) and a week later somebody runs it over with their car for the 2nd time. Got to love drunks! Like i said most neighbors are decent.

I lived there over 2 years, my next door neighbor had POT growing in his front yard, management did NOTHING about it. residents are bored and will complain on everything. go to lazy acres stay away from here! they will rip you off and then say its your fault!
