My brother lives here and purchased a mobile home from here. It seems like a pretty diverse neighborhood and management seems to care a great deal about their customers/tenants

Has seen its better days. Ridiculousness the standing water a few friends of mine have to basically trudge thru ankle deep just to get into their homes when its been raining. Isnt lot rent for situations like that to be better maintained?

Hardly anyone had their house numbers displayed. My GPS took me the wrong direction, but who could tell it took me to the wrong home when there were no numbers to figure it out. Drove around for a bit until the person I was going to see messaged me back and guided me to where she was. She had her number displayed.

Ashley Pointe trailer park is good at their own upkeep, they seem to you leave the residents alone unless they need to step in for whatever reason. And the maintenance seems to be able to keep things up regularly. I will say that the speed bumps throughout the park or mine Lehigh and can cause a couple of bumps issues. As well as there is some potholes throughout the park that need to be filled. Ive had friends who have lived in and out of this mobile home park ever since I was younger and never really seem to have a problem with any kind over in this area.

Shooting.kids walking in the middle of road.an since they pay for the water at least 3 times a month the whole park has no water due to management shutting it off.the streets needs repaving junky trailers in there.

The manager is rude and a thief. They will steal your mobile. They threw away personal belongs before sheriff was even notified.

The address on the trailer is confusing and you cant find your way

A,place to live that the people around care. Manager is very good about any problems I have had and has been improving things in the park.

The whole property is old and not well cared for. Lot rent and trailer payments r way to expensive for a poor mantained community. I say so not rent or own nothing by this management.

Quiet place to put a mobile home, easy to find and has a safe place for children to play at the park.

Quiet area, good for kids with a park nearby. Only negative is that it is an hour walk from the nearest bus stop, so if you dont have a car I dont recommend it.

Horrible company. I wish I wouldve known all issues before moving in. Did internet research but should have did door to door research. Office keeps horrible books doesnt work with you at all. Just horrible corporation of land owners. Trying to force mobile home owners out so they can get your trailer for free and the rent it out as there own.

WTF....!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Rent is outrageous, water is being shut off way every other day with no notice 3-5 hours at a time for who knows what. Im wasting my day waiting to shower. Park is trying to monopolize and run people out of their homes by upping the rent constantly; right now it runs about $400/month+electric and thats if you own your home.... Theres a nicer park not even a mile away for $130/month cheaper.

This trailer park is over populated and the residents are irresponsible parents. The children, ages 1-17 are always in the streets, running around unsupervised, and not cautious of vehicles.

The manager is a felon and tries to rip people off and pocket their money and claims she filed evictions and makes u pay the court cost and eviction fees and then low and behold, u call down to court house and theres no eviction filed so she just pocketed over 600bucks!

Slum lords.. They raise rent 2x in a 6 month period. Wont fix anything ive received damage to my vehicle 2x on same pot holes . i have reported 3x and nothing has been done ... Do t waste ur money n sanity on this place biggest mistake i have ever made

It was ok, the homes are nice but I wasnt too fond of the area.

I have family that live in the park thay have had no problems since moving in.

I have lived here for several months & havent had any issues. Its quiet, no nosy landlord or neighbors & maintenance does its job.

Do not even consider moving in to this park. 15 years ago it was such a nice place. my mother has lived there for 16 years now. this place has turned into the southside slums. it is very trashy, run down, needles laying in the streets with kids playing in the streets around the needles. the place has a very high drug traffic in and out. i can go on and on and not to mention they cant keep management, because of them putting their hands in the cookie jar and if you really want to know the truth about this place do a little research and see all the current lawsuits they are involed in

This place is just so bad ive been liveing here for 10 years now they shut the water off ever other day for hours n hours at a time dont even tell u when they are going to turn it off i cant tell u bow many times me r my kids been in shower n theu shut it off the rent just keeps going up it is at 400 almost just for the lot then water n trash is almost 100 no one is never in the office to get a hold of it toe me 4 weeks to get them to my trailer to fix a water vowl for me the guys that works here to said that the lady that is working in the office right now is not a good person to be working here that she is never in office they cant even get a hold of her this place is just went to hell for real n now we got people killing people in here i cant tell u how many time my sheads have been broken in to n the steal my husbands tools n stuff my trailer has been broken in to n ever thing here it just bad here do not movie here

Park park manager threaten their clients and the homeowners they wont do nothing about it the corporate people

Lived there for 9 years. The last 5 years it has gone down hill with roads not repaired water standing in yards without any effort of owner to remedy the conditions. Would move if I could afford to.Lot rent plus water and garbage and sewer is $465,.@ month. NOT WORTH IT.

This is a horrible place to live. Been here for 10 year the rent goes up every few months and management has no business being in it.

It appears clean and up to date the trailers/modular homes are newer looking, lots are clean, but I gave it a 3 because of some of late night activity and theft and vandalism that has occurred here

Do NOT move here. Been waiting since march to have my AC fixed in my rental trailer. They are never in office! When i first moved in the trailer was infested with roaches & they took a month to get professionals in. Paying almost 700 a month for a place that cuts water off out of no where with no notice & that doesnt fix anything!

This place is horrible been here 5 years . Turns teens and young adults in the addicts, waters on and off when ever they please. The managers are never there. They steal all your money while you live in a living hell. This place ruins lives.
