We was told when we moved in that nobody lived there before which was a lie. When the covid 19 first hit they said they would work with us on letting us get caught up and then the next thing u know they are evicting us... Not including that i was tested for covid 19 and have to stay qourtine and they still made us move

Mrs. Shauna the landlord is super nice and always so willing to help out in any way she can. Ive been here going on a year and have nothing but great things to say. If u have any complaints or just want to talk she is on top of it! The grounds are well kept and its normally really quiet. Definitely a breath of fresh air from where I came from! This is one of my favorite places ive lived and the home itself is beautiful. It came well equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as brand new Whirlpool washer & dryers! I may never leave! Lol

Lovely and nice place to call home. Great atmosphere and the neighbors are very welcoming. Plus the office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. You will not find another property with their type of service.

Not real happy its been almost a week with half of my electric not working cant get a hold of anyone in the office. And maintenance has no idea when the office will be in to get stuff done. We are tired of showering in the dark and not having any electric in the bathroom and back bedroom. At this time we do not recommend renting from pioneer mhc.

Its clean, but in the two years I have moved back in to the park, my rent has been increased at least $150 due to them selling to an out of state company. Not really good with solving problems or issues in the park, they dont ever answer the phone when you call the office.

We love Annie and Shauna.. They are seriously awesome!!!!! The home are great also.. If you looking to rent tell them I sent you and you wont regret it️️️

Worst manager ever..the evict people during a pandemic and tow your truck so you cant leave..talks down to all the tenants..they raise the lot rents to get older homes out and charge seniors 65$ to cut the grass every week.very poor communication skills..white power owned trailer park.

This is a great trailer park! It is in great condition. Also, a great bonus is there are many squirrels which are very cute! Even though you are close to Cane Run (a busy road) it is surprisingly quiet.If you are looking for a place to rent, come check this place out.

Its not a bad trailer park. They have put in new trailers in the last couple of years. I think they are a little pricey on their rentals tho.

Not the same since new management took over. The lot rent is higher, no lightning on the street level where the children play, very very limited parking spaces available due to homes being moved in so close together. You can call and tell the office about the drugs, fights and lack of parking but nothing ever gets resolved.Other than that the area is pretty quiet, especially towards the beginning of the month!

This is one of the cleaner trailer parks in Louisville. I went to visit a friend there, and was really amazed but how clean this place was.Having the streets repaved is very very expensive. However this has recently been repaved. That says a lot about a place if theyre willing to put that much money into keeping the streets well maintained.Most of the trailers in here are new, and the ones that arent are very well maintained. It seems everyone in there drives a fairly new car so that says a lot about the clientele that lives there.I lived in Scenic Acres trailer park. I thought it was one of the nicer trailer parks in Louisville. I was wrong. This one has it beat. The lot rent is cheaper too.The only downside of this trailer park is the area its located in.

Decent little trailer park but with no lil play area for the kids and them taking down the basketball goal I had to deduct a star...but overall a decent spot.

This trailer park is very quiet very easy to access leaving the mobile home park is sometimes difficult but overall this is very good clean mobile Park there are cats that run around and as well I should go see a couple of squirrels here and there. Bennett is very clean and they are bringing a new trailers daily.

Very much like it here been here about one year clean quite and nice new paved roads awesome office folks and good maintenance crew.

Been here 20 years, one of the better parks. Clean, an they try to keep the un-desirables out. Follow the rules an pay your lot rent and you wont have any problems.

Nice clean and well manage park havent had any problems with anyone in park its a nice little community here your neighbors look out for one another very friendly
