Wow. Let me start by staying I have never heard of these types of hotels. I found it by accident scrolling through Priceline. I needed a hotel to fix all 6 in our party and what better place than here! These hotels are literally apartments you can rent for a night, or anytime you want. Apon arriving, the complex was well kept. The parking was clean. Checking it was super easy! I was helped by Anna and she was PHENOMENAL. We were traveling back from Utah and she helped us get into our room fast. The hotel was more than I expected. I was able to wash all our camping clothing etc. I will most definitely come back to this resort. This was a beautiful experience!
The resort is very well maintained. The rooms are very clean. They have a full kitchen, washer and dryer. Its better than my own apartment. The staff are very courteous and professional. If you find something wrong, chances are you wont, they fix it right away. They have a shuttle that will take you to the strip and back. Its definitely the place to stay, if you want more of a community feel rather than the motel/hotel experience.
We loved it, we stayed 1 night on a Saturday night, Very clean, quite, comfortable, and was a spacious room. Perfect weekend getaway even for locals. We felt relaxed, safe, had no problems and 0 complaints. We got a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy, and you even get extras!!! Fully furnished apartment like room, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable checking in. I would absolutely be back and recommend this place to anyone. This is pure home away from home comfort!!! It beats the drama and traffic on the strip, and tiny hotel rooms that are over priced.
Nice 1 bedroom unit. Good sized kitchen and big bathtub private entrance was what we wanted during Covid!Would stay again.
A bit pricy but to have a full condo with full washer and dryer is great, plus full kitchen. The master has a big king size bed and garden tub. Plus nice big patio. Renewed stay 3 times. Has fitness center.
Positive: The balcony and room Negative: No
The size of this place is perfect. Not huge. Not tall. To me the drawbacks of Las Vegas are the huge hotels to have to lug my luggage through as well as how smokey they are. This resort is made of 2 story condos. No smoking. Quiet, private. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with full kitchen. Perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with service for 8 and convenient appliances / cookware. Didnt use the pool or gym but they are available.
If anyone is searching for bargain deals for hotels check out ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel room on there and these guys had the absolute best prices just about anywhere! This is seriously the best place to stay if you are going with family or friends. It literally felt like home away from home. This is gonna be the place I stay at every time I go to Vegas
Great place to stay. Check in was easy and was in rooms in 10 minutes. These rooms have everything and I mean everything you need for your stay. They are big and clean and all the comforts of home . Only thing that I did not like is the security gates closed at 5:00 and you needed card to access. Other then that a 10
Nice place to stay. Beats staying at a crowded hotel/casino. Only regret is that I left my laptop charger behind and was not able to retrieve it. Now I have to purchase a new one. At least $50 in the hole.
I love it here!!! Its perfect for family. Affordable and very clean and peaceful. This is my second trip and Im sure it will not be my last.
All and all we had a great experience,my wife and 4 kids and me had a wonderful stay no problems no issues very nice clean rooms with everything working and functional quite nice area and will definitely stay there again and recommend it to other people
Clean, reasonably priced, everything you need plus a heated salt water pool. Great place, highly recommend
Condos are nice. Staff is excellent. A lot of little, unexpected extra fees would be the only negative experience.
This is a terrific place to stay. Check-in was a breeze, the one bedroom suite was clean and comfortable, both pools are beautiful and relaxing. The fitness center was nice and its less than 10 minutes up to the strip and just two miles from I-215. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. You wont find as much as a gum wrapper anywhere on the property. If you want clean, comfortable and quiet, this is the place for you.
Can we say walk in closet??!! An unexpected wonderful surprise. Washer and dryer, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, all cups and many utensils. Very nice.Hello I live here
Nice extended stay resort. Kid friendly in a decent part of vagus. Staff as always is nice and fun to talk with. Only complaint is that the floors (carpet) is dirty. Didnt even look like it had been vacuumed. Also the grill stations at the pool still had burnt food in them.
Positive: Super clean! Great staff and wonderful property!!
Picked this hotel because of the big rooms and pool. Rooms were nice, but couldnt use the pool. Thier pool hours are 10AM-6PM. Makes no sense as its over 100 degrees during these hours and no one would want to take thier kids swimming then. Checkout is also at 10, so no way to go before checkout. Had I known the pool hours before booking I would NOT have stayed here. Kids were very upset!
This is seriously the best place to stay if you are going with family or friends. It literally felt like home away from home. This is gonna be the place I stay at every time I go to Vegas
This is my second time visiting this resort. I have no desire to ever stay anywhere else. I love this place, I feel like Im at home with a vacation resort feel. These guys are prepared for everything. You get a washer and dryer, full kitchen just in case you want to bake some cookies. Patio with outside furniture, two pools, two hot tubs, and plenty of gas grills, they even provide grill utensils if needed. I will be returning next time Im in town.
I booked a 4 day, 3 night stay with Diamond Resorts international one month ago against my better judgement. I told the salesman, “it’s not worth buying a package because I’ll never find good dates available at your resorts,” and he responded, (direct quote) “as long as you don’t call our Las Vegas location on December 20th to book a trip for New Years, you will always get a spot even at our most popular destinations. As long as you book a month or so ahead of time, we always have availability - no black out dates.”After that my wife and I talked with a couple of friends and planned to book a trip less than one month after securing the vacation package. On September 27th, (more than 3 month of advanced timing) I reached out to our travel agent to book a trip to Las Vegas (where diamond resorts owns 3 resorts) for New Years And was told that they had no availability. Diamond Resorts owns resorts in Las Vegas, yet not one available unit with 3 months of advanced notice. When I complained at the agent because of their false promises, he didn’t seem to care - no options to get my money back or cancel this package based on false promises. Then when I asked if they could tell me which resorts were available on New Years so I could consult with my wife about other locations, he let me know that’s not how it works and that we have to pick the location and then he can check - seems to be a stupid process and it has left me looking foolish to my wife and our friends because I got all of our hopes up for a Vegas New Years trip.I won’t be using this service again. More than 3 months of advance notice in a location where they own 3 resorts and they couldn’t come through for me. I don’t think they will ever come through unless I book inconvenient dates at empty locations. Thanks for nothing Diamond Resorts International!
Nice resort from the strip, and close to a lot of good locations for food and shopping. Just wish they offered discounted tickets to everyone. But they only offer discounted tickets to people who have the membership to their resorts.
Good 2 bedroom unit. Very uncomfortable beds and flat pillows. Security is scare especially when there is a domestic dispute.
This was my first time visiting Las Vegas and opting to not stay on the strip. After a certain point being on the strip is overrated and you want the quiet and the ability to leave the commotion of the strip and this resort for me was a 10/10. My flight from NY got me in around 8:30 and I got to the resort early around 9 and was offered a text when my unit was ready and I got that around 11 which was wonderful considering check in doesn’t start until 4. The area once again was quiet, didn’t hear anyone else around me. I chose this property over their other because it had a washer and dryer and I was going to be there for 8 days and didn’t want to bring all that laundry back to NY. The kitchen was also a major plus because it came with everything needed tool wise to cook, and came with more than enough plates and utensils. Since I was there for such a long period house keeping cane midweek and changed our sheets and gave us fresh towels, more soap for the dishwasher etc...I’m planning another trip in March/ April and I definitely going to be staying here again
Great place. Very helpful staff. The place was beyond my expectations. I enjoyed my stay very much. Cant wait to do it again.
In general I like the resort. My main objections are no luggage carts in areas where the car is unloaded and whoever thinks those rediculous mini square pillows are all the thing seriously needs to rethink their decision!
Have to say we dont travel much do to the covid. We have 3 kids and one onethe way. We have been to vegas many times before. We were looking for something to rent . Until we found this wonderful location. Its practically a home away from our home. Stay was amazing kids had a blast. I highly recommend this property. We will be back..
The resort is beautiful and the condos are nice but my unit had too many things wrong with it. The dishwasher smelled horrible, the water pressure was very low and no hot water, tv remote not working and the washing machine didnt fill up. I contacted front desk, they insisted that I had to be in the room when maintenance came. It is Corona 19 time, didnt understand.
Great stay for a great price. I dont think we could have found better. Kitchen, living room, laundry room and separate bedroom with King bed. Huge closet. Bright rooms and the bedroom has great blackout curtains.
Its nice and spacious. Very quiet and well kept.
They charge so many fees and taxes as if they were a hotel but they are listed as Air BnB. They even charged tax on a fee! Plus no hot water for showers. When we asked about it they told us next time WE should check that everything works? Isnt it their job? Added a star as they refunded our Resort fee when we asked them to!
Rooms were amazing, air conditioning felt great, staff was very nice. This is an amazing family hotel. Cant wait to return
Nicely furnished. No traffic. Not bad. Would recommend
Love that there was a family pool and adult pool. The room was absolutely beautiful!!! I was excited by all the kitchen Appliances including the blender and electric can opener!!! I will definitely stay here again!!! And the tv had a HDMI cord which I needed for a business conference I held!!
Love the environment. I am enjoying the time share rooms that are apartments furnished with all the appliances and dishware enough for four. Everything is perfect, from the employees to the people living in the gated community. Security is polite and respectful and every room has a patio/balcony!
I didnt feel safe, anybody can come inside to the facility during the day.
Very clean place and very quiet. Would recommend staying there.
Excellent. Everything is perfect, clean, very good condition. I liked very much.
Last time I stayed with them I was impressed. This time, however, I was reminded that first impressions arent always accurate. We happened to have been staying during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while travel during this time was not ideal, I was not given much choice due to personal circumstances. However, while resort staff were very accommodating, we had to make several noise complaints as other resort guests rooming above our suite were quite loud well into the night beyond 2am. Although several complaints were made, this sadly was never resolved and I am left wondering whether the resort staff ever took it upon themselves to address our complaints with the other guests. Finally, on our final day staying at the resort we were rudely disrupted during packing by a loud banging on our door at 10am demanding that we hurry to check out, despite having been told check-out was at 12pm. Regardless of whether or not we were mistaken about the check-out time, they should have called to let us know rather than banging on our door to throw us out like we hadnt payed in advance for our stay.
Loving my stay so much that I added on a few more nights!
1 definitely the place to stay if you have a family and theyre coming to Vegas for longer than a short stay Bountiful kitchen patios feels like youre just at home the pool stick in the lounge area needs to be replaced other than that great stay
Everything was great didnt have to wait on anything
Booked last minute, and we got an awesome apartment. We are close to the strip, and even better, close to awesome restaurants and bars off the strip. Front desk service is amazing. This is a home away from home!!!
My wife and I are Diamond owners so we try to do a little weekend getaway at least once a month to use our points. Desert Paradise Resort is one of our favorite destinations. Its a few minutes from the strip so it is quiet and they have a free shuttle bus going to/from the strip several times a day if you dont want to drive or rideshare. This weekend was a bit disappointing because they were resurfacing the pool/hot tub area and the hot tub is my wifes favorite place to be. Desert Paradise Resort is where we will be staying every time we come to Vegas.
Excellent resort. Been a member here for 20 years. Great staff. Good location, minutes from the strip. Yearly dues are pricey but Diamond has very nice properties worldwide that you can stay at.
Great!! Beautiful place. Cant control what weirdos rent at any hotel, but the staff do a great job of keeping it clean and secure. Excellent!!
Beautiful apartment, very quiet, clean. I recommend this place.
This resort looks like they may have been apartments before. Its very nice. A little on the small side for gatherings. A little pricey for locals.
Apartment was clean, organized and in good repair. They provided dishes, soap, garbage bags, towels, etc. You can even pick up a laundry soap every day to do your laundry in the unit. Much lower than other hotels that offer less services. Would highly recommend. Close to 711, 24 hour taco joint and liquor store.
Very happy with our stay. Very clean and nice. Great kids pool with clean hot tub. Nice BBQ area for grilling. Staff very friendly and great rate!
Amazing place for family to visit each other and spend quality time together. Bath tub works perfectly and the balconies are an added bonus to the awesome two bedrooms offered. The casinos are not too far away, although thats why some earlier reviews gave it a 4.5 . The Orleans casino is a two minute drive and offers a live band but no winners last night so other casinos are recommended.
I liked how spacious the rooms were and how it was a bit more quieter. As well as they very accommodating staff!
In the middle of renovation? Bath was weird. AC and heating didnt work.
Cozy and very private. Has al amenities.
Literally everything and everyone has been great
Chasity at the front desk is A+++ as well as Jamie on reservations who got us a great room rate. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the accommodations. Thank you! Stop looking and stay here.
Nice spacious rooms and the swimming pool with the waterfall gives it an island feel for the children..A must stay
I really love it here its very clean and Im big on clean places to stay the kitchen and bathroom are awesome they have pullout sofas that are big and comfy the pools and staff is very very nice Im still here enjoying my stay I would recommend this to everyone and yes its kid friendly and you still have great privacy for those without kids and everything from Wal-Mart to premium outlets markets and convenient stores and very affordable.
Love staying at this place the staff makes you feels so welcomed and you feel like your at home
So glad we booked here but wish we would have been staying more days. I will be back here for sure!!! The pool area is great as well!
Awsome.wonderfull and so ready to help staff.Love it thare would go again.
My MIL has been a member for quite a while and we really enjoy the properties in Vegas. There is nothing like feeling you are home while on vacation. Very nice, comfortable rooms. Really like being able to cook for ourselves. Dont forget to take extra good care of longtime members BEFORE nonmembers.
We really enjoyed staying here. Not far from the strip and its like having a mini home. It comfortably fit 3 adults and 2 children. Laundry room is very convenient as well. It had a private padio a nice pool area and its gated. We are returning here within the next month or so to stay 4 days.
Stay away from this place and booking.com. They will rip you off. Made an error with the dates of my stay. Booked the same day I arrived to the hotel and realized I booked for the next day instead of today. They still charge me for cancelling the same day I booked. Rip off artists!
It felt like home. I really loved that it had a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Ill definitely return.
Not good. Refunds are impossible to get. A/c doesnt go below 70. Wont meet accommodations either. Wont return!
It was nice 2bed 2 bath apartment. Definitely good for families. I would stay there again. They provide a shuttle to and from the strip.
Felt like home...nice place to relax
Great staff !!Very nice & professional. This is our second time in two months. We go there every months. Keep up the great work !!
They didnt have the room description correct, as they stated there would be a couch with a pull-out bed. There was no couch in the room and they wanted to charge us an additional resort fee for room with a couch.
$50 a night fully furnished timeshare units and the best part is you dont have to attend a damn 2 hour + presentation!
We have always had a good experience staying here. The accommodations are clean, and the resort has reasonable amenities. There is covered parking, and the resort is gated and secured at night. Will definitely stay here again.
Desert Paradise is my home away from home in Las Vegas. The units are spacious and well appointed. Full kitchen, dining room table, couch, washer/dryer, television in each bedroom, as well as the common area, and a balcony/patio, gives it the feel of home. Friendly staff. I will stay here again and again.
Everything was fabulousI had a wonderful time in Las Vegas the casinos were awesome and the room I booked was fantastic
Nice and spacious place to vacation at....full size washer and dryer included!
We stayed in a 2 rooms condo, 1 room of that is a suite so there are two washrooms available. There was a kitchen and a washing machine room too. Everything was great, brilliant!
Excellent service, great hospitality. Youre greeted with a warm smile on every visit to the front desk. Shuttles run you to the strip and pick you up on a regular basis. This place is spotless! Highly recommended!
Cant wait to see you again
We had a great staycation. Nice rooms.
Rooms were clean and well supplies, amenities were good. Check in and out was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful would return. You do need a car but the resort has good parking and good access to the airport and the strip.
We absolutely loved our stay there, what a great week!!
I love this place best resort on earth
Nice and pleasant great hospitality
Very positive! Helpful & friendly staff. A lovely resort experience in all aspects. Secluded location despite being close to the strip.
Pool wasnt open but it looked refreshing. Gym was very useful. Entertainment room could be open to adults for afterhours as well as adult time jacuzzi.Beware Diamond Resort time share sales. Talk to many people before you purchase, dont get stuck paying $1000 annual maintenance fees plus monthly fees. I would only recomend them IF they bought their Time Share back.
Stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. My room was more like a large one bedroom apartment. It had a full kitchen, huge walk-in closet and full laundry room. All of the appliances were clean and updated. My room was located right in front of the pool, so I expected it to be noisy. Outside of the music that the resort plays during the Daytime(which I barely heard in the living room), it was quite peaceful. There are 2 pools, one for families and adult pool. I liked that the kids pool closed earlier than the adult pool, which stays open until Midnight. There was a large parking area, with plenty of covered parking. Im sure that I saw a shuttle, although we rented a car. There are a few eating places about a block a way. The strip is just minutes away. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels in Vegas, mainly weekend staycations when I lived there a couple of years ago. If you are looking for some R&R, this is a great place to get it.
They charge a resort fee but during our stay, the pool was closed, the game room was closed, etc. So the extras within a resort as opposed to a basic motel was unavailable. The result is we were charged a fee for advertised features we didnt get to actually use.
Very bad experiences. We waited 3 days to get towels exchanged since the day we got there. Asked every single day for more towels or a towel exchange with no one caring to get it to our room. To top that off, we had stains in the living room area (deep and black), broken glasses in the cupboard, a air vent that was falling out of the ceiling, as well as we finding a turnicate and needle under the bed while we were packing up to leave making sure we hadnt left anything. Ive had better experiences in Indiana for less cost. To top it off, we spoke to a man named Benito about a timeshare. Be wary folks, because this Italian is very passionate about his job, so much that he will belittle you and call you a liar right to your face. And if he doesnt like being told he has offended you, well, he will just storm off rudely like a child. This was my first impression of Vegas after over 30 hours of driving. Terrible experience.
If youre seeking luxurious accommodations, probably should stay on the strip. My sister did - and yes, her suite was beautiful, but she couldnt walk in the kitchen and fix a cup of coffee. So, if a comfortable safe environment with the amenities of home matters, this is the place to be. Would most definitely opt to stay here if visiting the area in the future.
First time I was in a resort and not a tiny cramped room with a sketchy bathroom. That said, this place is pretty sweet. I didnt get to use the pool or weight room, but the rooms were neat and really nice. Everything you could need was there, we had the 2 bedrooms and full size closets, and the couch that could be extended to another bed, so up to 6 could sleep comfortably. Also a patio and TVs in all rooms, it was really nice. Definitely plan on staying again when we go back to Vegas.
Ground floor right by the pool. Comfortable and pretty. Great staff
Affordable spacious clean pet friendly
The room was good loved it but the pool are was bad people staying in the rooms by the pool were smoking weed and my kids had to smell it while swimming i did not like that and one kid had to go to the hospital because he almost drown hope his ok
