This blue cyst of a building has been working in tandem with Resorts World to choke out all life on the north end of The Strip and will continue to drain any and all what little business remains like the monolithic vampire skyscraper it is. The blue is a good color on it at least.

Who knows what will happen to this now

Construction was moving slowly in November 2019 and has been completely stopped for over a month now. With air service to Las Vegas projected to drop at least 25% over the long term, and international flights may never return, Vegas is in for a huge, permanent contraction. This building will never open as a casino.

It was much better than what its rated. Imo its a 5 star hotel.

Nice job only having to pay $2 billion (ish) for this beautiful building!

I can’t wait to see what “The Drew” will show to the world once it is open. This place was announced under construction in 2005 and it looks like it will be 2022 when it opens. Good things take time.

Another Norwegian Blue of hotel and casino resorts. ie it is currently resting and pining for the fjords. Come have a look at the nice building by all means, we have gone past it for a number of years and wondered what was happening with such a luxurious looking building. Will be a great place once opened and this is due to in 2020 (now 2022). If you do come and see you will probably need a drink so try the Peppermill down the road which is meant to be very nice and definitely popping in here on my next trip in 2019 (we didnt maybe 2020)
