I cant believe I got tricked in to moving in here under false hope, The people are the The HILLS Have Eyes. Very few are good. It sucks I aint gonna lie. Not even....

I only went to babysit for a friend.Its not a good place, but itll do if youre in dire straits. The trailers are off-kilter so much that the cabinets wont shut. The AC is INCREDIBLY loud & unproductive. Glass is missing in most of the windows anyways, so its patched with cardboard, plywood, a sheet/towel or nothing at all. Its clear the owners and management dont give a s*** about the tenants. It should be razed. I feel so bad for those who have no choice but to live in a slum-like area run by basically slumlords.Despicable.

Worse place Ive ever lived. 3 weeks no running water, no swap cooler when its 110 degrees outside. They have no management skills. Police constantly in park. Kids running the street bear foot. Cat and mice infested. Bee hives in backyards. Horrible place to live trailers are rented to you unfinished, they raise the rent every othe month unexpectedly. Drugs and drug addicts on property at all times. Its the worst place Ive ever stayed. If youre considering moving here please run.

Its home . trailers r desent rent is pretty cheap for now. the managers herman and kelly are amazing.

Terrible place to live. Drugs, crimnal activity, out to lunch manager. No place for children. Dont trust the manager or the maintinence man. They are not what you think they are like. Place needs to be closed down.

The manager is super nice. You can tell its a work in progress but is coming along. Clean trailers for decent prices.

This place is my home. Now its deffinatly low income and the ppl are an aquired taste but nontheless i love this place but i miss Brad. He was an angel and a life long friend of mine!!... Might be moving back because when you have a low income and big animals you cant beat it.....ya noe

When I was at Vans trailer Oasis they had different management at that time since then I have been told that they are brand new management I do not do not know and have not been back.........BEAR

Very low income, trailers always in need of serious repair, staff is friendly though and they do keep the disadvantaged off the streets. Pet friendly.
