Great park. Very clean and quiet. They no longer have excess storage for tenants. Raised rent by $150 in past year. New manager shuts things down rather than fix anything.

I visit my parents who are in their seventies and eighties,-- this mobile home park is a 55 and up community. It is beautiful with well maintained grounds and mature trees. Some spaces have great views over the tops of other mobile spots because theyre on a hill, with views of the sunrise, sparkling city lights and Sunrise Mountain in the distance. Seems like its a really nice place to live for the affordable prices. Also has clubhouse and pool which I visited once a couple years ago and the pool was clean and pretty big. The clubhouse was a food size, too,.. I think it even had a library and big kitchen.

My mother has a home here and she absolutely loves it. There is a street sweeper here weekly and the rules that they were given are what keeps Boulder Cascade clean. The pool is great in the summer and there are potlucks and activites at least once a month.

We have had family living in the park for most of the last 40 years and they really like it. Well kept place

You would never imagine, in a million years, such a beautiful Community. The mobile homes in this Community are considered, The Cream of the Crop. Not only will you be impressed by all the ammenties that this Senior Community provides for all of their residents, these spacious homes come with ample room for your favorite gardening projects or extra storage areas provided on the side of these homes make it convenient for you to store things for the winter. Last, but not least, there is also a backyard included with your home just to make things a little bit sweeter. Out of all of the Senior Communities around town, I have got to say that this one is Live with Active Seniors. Feel free to pay them a visit at their leasing office located on the same property. Plus, I have seen for rent signs that indicate that you can actually rent one of these homes out between $500- $800 average price.

Super quiet and people are really nice. Its like a hidden jem in a not so beautiful neighborhood. Guess the security gate really works. Lol

Rude staff...workers yell n lie to your face n on phone..been robbed 10times ...cannot wait to move n be treated with respect n kindness..no star..only way I can post....... I finally moved n now tryin to overcharge me...watch your bills... tryin to add extra 300.00.. and an extra months rent too...check your electric meter numbers too....DO NOT TRUST THEM .....seems they need to go back to school and learn math n especially manners....laws in Nevada for harassing elderly and FAKE BILLS

I have been renting a double wide at Boulder Cascade for a couple of years and every year they increase the rent. My mobile home has ultra thin walls and my heat/cooling bills are throught the roof. I have notice a lot of our neighbors moving out recently. The yearly rent increases are ridiculous for that old mobile home.

They are very shady in the office, and not the friendliest. They are known for selling homes illegally. The grounds are kept up and some of the residents were friendly and some not.
