Customer service was beyond 5 stars. We called just hours before arriving and they had a spot for us. Hookups and community areas with library area, sitting areas and tv are avail. Theres wifi. Request a spot closer to the community room if you must have strong connection. Bathrooms are warm and showers are large and super clean. Laundry room also avail and clean. Minutes away from the strip.
Really not bad. Lots of amenities and quiet place all together. I enjoyed it. Not lavish or the newest but very nice still.
Service to the hilt. We were a late, one night stay during a long road trip. Diane helped us over the phone and her colleague (name?) received us graciously even though we were 1hr later than anticipated.Facilities were great and all in all a 5 star experience. Thanks a bunch King’s Row!
Very peaceful place. I feel welcomed here. :)
1. Easy acces to the road2. Very cheap price.3. Big Parks, laundry, restrooms and showers are very clean.4. Always welcome to visitors5. Safety for covic-19
Close to Las Vegas attractions, restaurants, downtown, Lake Mead, etc. Cant beat the price! $107 per week plus utilities which cost us $11. I would recommend this RV park to anyone who wants to come to Las Vegas and enjoy their vacation. We stay here 1 to 2 weeks per month. Clean restrooms and laundy facilities. Staff at the front office are friendly.
It was clean and well maintained. Pet friendly. I was amazed that there were plenty of mature trees for shade. Beautiful, quiet park and everyone was very friendly. Close to the freeway for easy access but not so close to where you can hear it. Loved it.
It was fine till these criminals from sandcreek started all of this criminal activity at Kings Row.
Very good price. They have bathrooms and laundry is cheap
The wife and I stayed there for a year, and we have no complaints.
Nice place to stay for an overnight especially with full hookups and shower facilities
This RV park is for seniors over 55. A quiet and shady stop in the middle of Las Vegas. As close as 1.5 miles to Fremont St. And only 2.5 miles to the STRIP... A brisk jog to almost anything needed or a more than adequate meal of whatever your hunger desires...This park is for almost anything you can drive to, including pedal bikes. No vehicle ? No bicycle ? Walk in and pitch your tent in the grass... Free WI-FI and hot showers are included. A more than adequate laundry room with coin operated machines and snack/cold drinks. A clubhouse with comfortable seating, TV, Pool table and a beautiful fireplace designed and built by the original owner in the late 1950s. My favorite part of this quaint and comfortable RV Park is the friendliest office staff I have ever encountered. The maintenance grew will also get the highest regarding from me. They will be at your service after office hours with any emergency that finds its way into your nighttime. I found myself pulling up to the office late July, early August and I am still here...
The dump fee is only $5Most places in Las Vegas is 10 to $25 so its a good value for dumping
Survived stage 4 cancer, disabled veteran & ordained minister. 2015 Thor, Vegas 26’(#517) informative office, laundry, showers, all good, perfect place, close to everything you’ll need... respectfully
Fabulous place, wonderful neighbors and Great staff!
There customer service was horrible the acting manager I guess thats who she was threatened to call the police on me and my family cause we didnt have a car so she yelled at me and my family to get out of the kings row camp grounds so I was getting all of our stuff together and she gave me a hour to do so but when 30 minutes was up thats when she threatened to call the police to remove us from the property. Never again will I recommend that place to anyone in the entire world. And if I could give a negative score it would be -5 stars.
Attentive and friendly staff. Grounds are clean and maintenance staff responsive. Spacious pull throughs and nicely landscaped. Some upgrades to the grounds and park infrastructure are presently being made but are seemingly well planned and do not disrupt the tranquility of the park. Management on-site 24/7 with roaming security bike patrols seen during the evenings into early morning. Great place at an incredible price!
Kings Row. Eh, it’s ok. I have a family member who is currently here for the winter. The RV parking is on the smaller side. Not too much room for any car to be parked. It’s hard to park if you’re visiting someone. I park at the office sometimes, if there is a parking spot available, and even then it’s a walk to get to where I’m going. The park is clean. They have a dog park area that’s just some dirt but it’s nice for smaller dogs. Security drives through at night to make sure there isn’t any trouble. They have wifi but it doesn’t reach the entire park so if you’re closer to the office, then you’re in luck!
Nice quiet park that made a good base camp for visiting Valley of Fire National Monument. Everything looked immaculately cared for. Sites were Large and roomy with dual cement slabs for rv and patio and good Nevada gravel, plus they had grass and plantings along the back, including some big trees for a cool shade. Very easy to get in and out of sites due to the wide roads. There is also a community bathroom/showers recently remodeled in the middle area of the park. Ladys were very nice at check-in. Hookups were fine, and we had good Verizon cell service plus the clubhouse internet service was strong . But i ordered cox cable at my RV site for streaming Netflix. We camped at Kings Row RV Park in a Motorhome. We will be back
The flamingo wash trail goes through the RV Park, I used to park next to the wash on their property on a dirt empty lot and go for a walk on the trail for peace of mind and exercise. I parked there a few days ago on the same spot I used to park and security decided to have my truck impounded. I almost lost my job due to the fact that I did not have my vehicle to get to work and there was no signs anywhere nearby that read no parking on empty lots of dirt.thanks to the security guard for making my struggles even harder in this life, I had no money to get my truck out of impound I also almost lost my home!Happy holidays and thank you very much for your great service! Keep up the good work!
I love this RV park!! Very nice customer assistance and clean!
Just called the office to inquire a spot. The lady (older) refused to let us stay with our 5th unless you have your own truck to pull. Wow!! New policy I never heard of. as we have out 40 footer delivered but have a vehicle just not a truck. So people ...you cant stay unless you have a truck!! Restrictions, restrictions!!!!More and more RV policy make this very hard on us to enjoy our travels.
Quiet property. people here are honestly really nosey but harmless they just kind of stand there drinking coffee or beer like Hank Hill
We stayed here for about 3 weeks or so; generally liked the place. Staff were very nice and most of the residents we encountered were pretty easy-going. Some interesting folks around too, but its Vegas... only issue I could see some folks having is the proximity to the freeway; its noisy. Get used to hearing sirens wail every day. Literally.
I was there for a year. Staff is nice. They put up with me being hard of hearing. Great location. I was a little confused about how the electric bill went, but that was my fault. Wi-Fi is better in the club house. I will return. If they let me.
Its allways clean b nice
Kings Row is a quiet little RV park for seniors. It has laundry and shower facilities as well as hookups for all your RV needs. Its close to Boulder Casino and right on Boulder Highway. Its nothing fancy but is safe and quiet. RVers from all over the US and many Canadian snow birds love it.
NOT VERY NICE...The white truck is mine and as you can see a telephone pole protects anything from hitting it but for some reason I have been singled out and harassed about street parking so i dtove around the park and took several pics and made a truthful review on here and now Ive been asked to move out of my mothers house there (within 30 days)andif I dont my mother is next..this post was actually 2yrs ago as you can tell by date of owners response
Called this park, Said I was passing through las vegas with truck and enclosed 10 trailer. Asked if i can have tent site for two nights. Was first asked what year it was like im poor or something. Said it was 2016 duramax with 2019 trailer. Anyways I was told they dont do that and also dont do reservations. No reservations thats crazy. I dont know what to think about that experience but thats fine ill take my poor money somewhere else.
Exceeded expectations. Very quiet, great price. They have an active grounds and maintenance crew keeping things clean. Office staff is friendly and professional.
Wonderful place to stay. We stayed here in our camper until our home purchase went thru. Everyone and everything was great. I loved the park. The pool was spotless. I had trees and grass and a patio. Nice and quiet and clean. Great neighbors. The staff was overly helpful kind and sincere. The cost was very affordable. Weekly rate plus electricity. Our electric was $10.00 a week.
The price is VERY reasonable, but you get what you pay for. It is a large mobile home & rv park built in 1956. Has been kept clean but improvement s have been minimal. Found a quiet street to walk on Sandhill going into the Greenbrier neighborhood. We would stay again if in the area. It is probably a 3.5 star.
Definitely a good location ..in my opinion..
Went there to empty my black/grey tanks. Very friendly and reasonable. No water spigot available to flush hose though.
The staff is friendly. The bathrooms are large and clean
This place is great. People are respectful and its peaceful. Its clean and gas everything needed showers trash full hookups and everything you need including a pool to cool off.
Sure there are some rough looking units in here but poverty doesnt mean a place is unsafe. The pricing is good especially for a week. Electric is about 0.15 kw or $35 for my camper for a week running ac nonstop in 100 degree weather. Bathrooms were quite clean and in good shape. I always wear sandals in public showers and really didnt need to here. Fremont is pretty close about 15 minutes away.
Very nice grounds and very polite staff
Very accommodating staff, great value.
For only 18$ a night including water, power and sewage we cant complain! Toilets and showers are... bad... Locks are broken, everything is falling apart but hey, your nearly camping for free here and your only 10-15 minutes driving/ubertaxi from the strip. Free WIFI as well and small pool. The hosts are very nice people, extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and would return again.4* for price, location and friendlyness. Would be 5* if they refurbed the toilets / showers.
Called last week and the lady said they had plenty of spots and a bunch of overflow Incase they filled up. Said her computer was down so she couldn’t make a reservation but would make a note that I wanted a spot and to call back Monday. Called back today and they are full. Said they never had spots available. Totally screwed our Vegas trip over.
When I was there visiting my boyfriend it was very clean and quiet.
FANTASIC showers! The office staff is super nice and friendly. Super cheap rates. I would HIGHLY recommend. Close to the strip!
Its a bit old and some sections show that however there are a few gems there
Call in on Sunday for reservations. Since were local. They told just to walk in on Monday. Couldnt make. So we went on Tuesday. Walk in around 10 am. There two old lady. Behind bars. She tells me the RV is to old. When all you see is RV from the 1970s. Any way to my business some where. Call LAS VEGAS RV PARK. here we are like nothing happened it.
Its a trailer park, a lot of permanent residents. Price is cheap. Sites are tight. Lots of cats and dogs running around loose. Doggy presents on our site. Bathroom is clean, so big positive there. Good place if you need a place for a night.
Great place to live and work at an unbeatable price. Proactive staff with a customer first attitude. Definately worth the time and money to visit for any length of time. Great job Kings Row staff.
Nice place and looked super clean
Been staying here for a year & a half and loving it! Best rates anywhere in Vegas and other states weve been in. Very clean bathrooms and showers and laundry room. Also a nice clubhouse with pool table and wifi and a pool. Staff is friendly and helpful and security keeps it safe! Highly recommend staying here! Wont stay anywhere else when in Vegas!
Great price, good people, and clean
Nice place, friendly staff, but be careful with the laundry... things disappear
Nice folks in the office, general manager drive bu to make sure everything was ok. Lots of trees and plantings so not just a parking lot. Pool is closed still from winter.
Not a safe place lots of people walking round that were. Not in the right place
Really pleasant people to deal with, also quiet place to rest weather over night or longer. The prices are reasonable.
Glad to have found this affordable and friendly RV park. We are from Arizona and visit Las Vegas often, we stayed at one of the bigger names the first time and were very disappointed with the whole sardine experience for over $50 a night. Kings Row in my experience is the best place to stay for the price! No gimmicks, no price gauging for holidays, no problems with the people or the park. I have an older RV (2006) and have never had an issue with inspection and Im pretty sure the only shade in the desert is inside So, if you have reasonable expectations and want to save a little money to enjoy other things here in Vegas then I recommend staying at Kings Row
Dirt bags live there
Friendly staff, very quiet! Great place to be. Have never had any problems. Power and water are always on. Close to multiple casinos and a bus stop is close walking distance. Come on give them a try, youll be happy you did!!
Basically a retirement place in far back. Quite place. Nice clean.
Just visited a friend there so I cant say much about this place but it looks okay
It is a descent RV park with plenty of space. However, the spaces for short term overnights are not very nice. Furthermore, those spaces have almost no shade which can become pretty hot during summer at 100 degrees. The really positive thing is the price it is really reasonably priced.
Not the prettiest park we have stayed at, but great showers, friendly helpful staff. The price was GREAT. Spots had plenty of room for our 5th wheel. If we come back to Vegas we would definitely stay again.Sue and Paul P.
Supernice lady at ghe reception. Very clean and good showers, good wifi and cheap
They staff was very accommodating and polite
Everyone was great long lots very easily to go every place.
I have stayed there two years in a row and love it. The location is great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also love the walking distance to the 4 Mile Bar nearby where its fun and friendly .
I called last Thursday to tell them I wanted to check Fri. Lost power leaving bullhead. Called told them maybe Saturday instead this went on until yesterday. I called and said Ill be there just dont know when motor home will be repaired. The ladies in the office said weve been leaving a map for u every night. Dont worry well fit you in. Went by today motor home will be repaired by Fri. We kidded about me really being there . Great friendly staff really going to enjoy being there until March
The two lovely ladies in the office are excellent and incredibly helpful! Great location to all the attractions with public transportation. Pool, laundry, bathrooms, and showers. Cheapest rate with maintaining excellent quality. Pet friendly.
Very nice people and clean updated bathroom. Close to everything and is very affordable. I chose to camp in the tent for $22 a night ...the shower alone was worth that. This park is definitely on the top of my list in Las Vegas.
Okay place. You can save money staying there, but you gotta Love *street life *.
Its out of the way and quiet.
Decent for the price. Clean, upgraded showers, pool is like ice water, huge place, lots of old permanent trailers and no shade.
We popped in for a week stay, the management is super nice as is the people in the park..Bathrooms showers, gameroom all nice and clean. They do look over your RV for broken Windows and sewage lines not leaking....a reasonable request.Within walking distance to a casino, a bar.. restaurant. If back this way we will come here, plus the price is helpful and not outrageous.Lisa and Jerry
Love this place and the wonderful women in the office. They were all very nice and so helpful. We are new to RVing and the whole staff helped and taught us things. I have now stayed two different time and will definately be going there again.
Quiet and clean with friendly staff. I will deffinately stay again. The bathrooms are always clean, great laundry facility, and also has a rec room loaded with puzzles, books, and WiFi.
Found this park online. It is closer to the city center and cost only $20+tax for full-hookup RV site. We called the park around 5pm and arrived close to 6. The instructions was hanging on the office door. Everything was clearly explained and marked. The site is very clean and spacious. Rest/shower room (man) is newly renovated and very clean. shower is great. Laundry is only a dollar for washer and dryer is 25 cents for 10 minute. The ladies in the office are very nice. This is one of the best RV parks we have ever stayed in the US.
I dont live there buty father and his squeeze seem to like it. Based on their high opinion....I give five stars.
Arriving hours after the office closed, a kind resident directed me to a bay and helped me set up my RV - my first time staying in an RV park - and advised me of the nearby store and where I could get a meal. Very hospitable. Though located on a busy street, I found the RV Park to be quiet, the site (asphalt) was level and the hook ups worked. The staff next morning were delightful and friendly, the cost most affordable and I would recommend this park to anyone staying in the Las Vegas area.
Super affordable rates! Stayed here 2 weeks in our class c motorhome. Not a ton of space or grass. The dog park isnt much. The laundry room is nice. They also have ice by the bag and a water bottle fill up station. The staff is really friendly!! They escorted us to our spot in a golf cart. And they made sure everything was good. Overall its a great rv park with the best rates!
Very comfy and quiet place...when u wanna go camping or u just wanna live simple and affordable that u will be assured that ur in a safe environment..this is the place to be..they have there security patrol all night long too..
Apparently they will not reserve a space for you. Very noisy location. A lot of traffic and air traffic. 747s landing and taking off at all hours nearby.
The staff are nice, the park is kept clean laundry services & showers are available.Close to all the casinos, restaurants, etc.
Cool place . quiet . seemingly strangely safe environment considering its location. Impressive !
Very reasonable price. Trailer parking extremely close to each other. Then again we were there to see the sights...
Not that great... but 24 he laundry room
Crackheads everywhere this time. Bathroom destoryed every day. Never clean. Not sure why but havent seen security for weeks. Too bad cause I wanted to stay here again but taking my family somewhere else
Update: management is letting this place go. Handicap stalls run out of tp they just lock it. They do not open the bathroom door with the ramp anymore. Honestly im watching the demise latly.Listen, I have stayed at everycampgound within 2 hours of las vegas.Newly remodeled bathroomsSite is large and stagers so you dont have to stare in your neighbors windows. If you are needing nice i recommend staying in pahrump and drivingto vegas. Vegas just has a griddyness when you first get here.Best price and location.Least amount of aor traffic of all parks in henderson or las vegas!
Really needs to accept dogs of all sizes.... I never understood the weight limit thing because Ive only ever had problems with little dogs barking, nipping and being aggressive with other large dogs (little dog syndrom is real lol) the ignorance of this rule astounds me.
Good price but I have had so many items stolen from around my camper here. Not safe and would not recommend.
Clean and safe park. My wife thanks you for the clean shower rooms. :-) Friendly staff. Great location. Will visit again.
I liked it here. Great location. Internet is only in the clubhouse. Lots of rv spaces lots of permanent trailers.
Best place to stay in your travel trailer or RV they even have Mobile Home Spaces available they do not criticize the age of your Rigg like neighboring RV Parks like the others it cannot be older than 10 years old. Only $86 a week and electricity is $0.13 a kilowatt the laundry room the washers are $1.25 and after 4 weeks you do not pay taxes with the $86 additionally. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Pool Spa is closed during the winter months. Kings Row is located fairly close to all the grocery store chains and Walmart and the casinos and movie theater just across the street.
Very peaceful. Not the cleanest or most desirable place, but I was just visiting a friend so it didnt bother me.
Good value RV Park. Water, sewer and electric. Limited WiFi spots. I asked for a WiFi spot and gave up just trying to watch a few videos on you tube, and I have a new Winegard WiFi extender. I was impressed with the shower. Nothing worth walking to except the rv dealer next door. Not sure how safe walking the area is either. Plenty of restaurants within a 5-10 min drive plus Boulder Station Casino. Great weekly and monthly rates. The staff was very attentive and courteous. I would stay here again.
We came to see the Kings Row RV Park yesterday because we wanted to stay there for a week. Drove around and saw a few great spots. Went to the office. She asked what year our trailer is (2008), that was fine. Asked if we had any pets (2 small border collie x (30 lbs each) she said that was fine and gave us the weekly rate, informed us that electric would be billed for after the week was up. We asked if we could make a reservation and pay for a week a day in advance and move in the next day when our time was up at Sams Town KOA. Suddenly she said no she would not accept our reservation or our money unless our trailer was on site and said we should come back tomorrow morning and it would be no problem to get us into our desired site.We showed up the next day with our trailer in tow, this time a different women was working at the desk. We were so excited to check in and get settled. Asked us the year of our trailer (2008) that was fine. Asked us about our dogs... and suddenly the policy had changed 20lbs or under even though the original lady we talked to said it was fine. She turned us away. We take pride in our trailer and our pets. Our dogs are very well trained and we clean up after them meticulously. We even heard another tenant complaining small dogs are pooping all over her lot as we were trying to check in. We feel very discriminated against.Be careful of the utility charges and just stay at Sams Town KOA or Arizona Charlies where they are accepting and tell you the charge up front.
Quiet, affordable, clean and great accommodations. I cant see staying anywhere else long term.
Stayed here for one day Internet was very slow recommend bring your own internet it was decent showers were clean everyone there was chill nice place to get away from the strip to stay there 1 week costs as much to stay another hotel for two days on the strip this RV park was good after a great day in the hot weather of Las Vegas I relaxed no yelling screaming just peace and quite it was great
Friendly Staff, nice clean restrooms and showers.
We had a great stay, we like the way the park is laid out, lots of room and quite. The water is great, dont give up the well.
The Hostess was very pleasant and polite. Its an Older park and a 55+ community with some overnight spits. Its not glamorous but is indeedcleannd quiet and reasonably priced
