On the plus side, they keep it clean. But they charge too high lot rental for a place with no amenities.

Nice and clean. Very nice residents. Would definitely recommend. Only issue would be the distance to any freeways. Also the distance to any grocery stores if on public transportation.

I live for over 20 years nice mobile home park, good people and nice places to live.But the area changed do to much noise and,who know what.

Ive been here for over a year now and I cant think of one problem Ive had that managment wouldnt help me through. They do care. Were old cranky people here that they the have to listen to all the time. Theyre always quick with a smile. I really like it here. The trees are great.
