Regardless of whether or not there are units available, the manner in which inquiries are handled needs to be adjusted by the manager. (Or whomever it is that she represents, actually.) I see that this is a common issue as THE MOST RECENT REVIEW BEFORE MINE SAYS BASICALLY WORD FOR WORD WHAT IM ABOUT TO SHARE. As both of my experiences with Pleasant Valley were RIDICULOUSLY brief, I never learned the managers name until I read other reviews here and see that it is probably Libby. First off, I called during closed business hours and reached an answering service. The person I left a message with was very nice, so great job there, but the message was for a simple callback regarding available units. The following day..no return call. I finally call again and who Im assuming is the manager Libby answers. I do understand the job of a manager as Ive been in management for 15 years; youre busy, yes. But she was incredibly short. Fine. A few days later I make the effort to visit Pleasant Valley in person. I never even made it thru the office doors as again who Im assuming was the manager walks toward me on the walkway and greets me with yes? I realize its the same smoky voice from the phone and have then already given up on asking any more questions with how short she was over the phone with brushing me off.Definitely a good way to deter good people from even WANTING to move in. I see a very low review score here and many complaints; I hope the actual people in charge take them into deep consideration. And most of us probably never even came close to becoming tenants.

Clean whell organized proper park

The lady at the leasing office as soon as we walked in she already said that no available. We are expecting that she can at least talk to us nicely and could at least tell us like if they will have available house to rent or purchase they will call us or something. I can sense that she is kind of a racist person, because me and my fiancée are Asian. Maybe I could be wrong but I think she is racist.

Nice and quit place

Excellent place to live. This is apartment living without the apartment. Dont let the fact that these are mobile homes prevent you from living here. Libby will make sure you are in a home that is comfortable and affordable.

That park needs to take care of their roach problem! Theyre impossible to get rid of when the whole place is infested. buy some basil in bulk and that will make them leave

Nice quiet place to live.. Rent is still reasonable. Not a lot of theft. Kept nice & clean. I wouldnt hesitate to live here again.

Pre-safe community for the area

I really dont understand the bad reviews here. Its next to impossible to find an affordable place on the SW side of town. The move in costs are VERY low. They only ask for $350 deposit. On top of that I have two cats and they didnt ask for a pet deposit OR $150 extra per month like most places. The grounds are very well kept and I was impressed at how clean the units are on the inside. Appliances are nice and functional. Libby has been more than accommodating when I need something.

The manager of this park thinks she is a police captain or something. Claims you cant pull over to wait for your child to get off the bus. Even if your in your car the entire time she says you have to be movibg or get out before she calks metro

Not the best, but not the worst, either. Swing by and see if this place is your thing (or at least is a place you can afford).

Deserves 0 stars this place is a dump and the manager Libby is shady, she skims money off the top of everything she possibly can. Southwest gas company finally has taken away her control and put in their own lines so the bill can never be adjusted to pad Libbys personal account again. If you dont comply she will see to it by any means she can to evict you and gain ownership of your trailer. She is trying to monopolize Pleasant Valley and I believe that she has succeeded. So buyer beware you are at risk of becoming another one her victims and liable to lose everything!

Great family community. Kinda vacant these days, but always been a great place to live.

Recently Ive caught 6 big rats! This place is invested with rats. This is not a clean place.

Lady next to my she is so nosy 233. I hate some one just looking what Im doing.About the parking lot its fine but not spaces to park my carsLebby is so wonderful person.Im still recommend this place

The park manager is awful: Shes does not take care of complaints, instead she is vindictive & finds a way to get back at a tenant for speaking up. Some of the mobile homes are very messy on the exterior. Junk & trash is allowed to accommodate on the exteriors. Definite thumbs down on this place. Look elsewhere.
