Lived at Palm Grove 6 years. Moved out of State and came back! They are wonderful. Beautiful Clubhouse with all kind of activites including karaoke and Pantry twice a month. Pool, jacuzzi, movies, you name it you get it. Neighborhood Watch and Security. Best place to retire in Las Vegas!!!

Until this moment I have no problems with the neighbors, I am fixing a mobile home. change decking floor. remove the carpet, install floor and more.I do not understand how these people can live with 8 cats can not breathe, 2 boxes full of dirt from cats, the problem is that the person believes that he is helping these animals and does not realize that he is increasing the damage to the health and neighbors, when the cat in its environment is much smarter. The cat is an exceptional animal hunter excelenge, and clean, but locked up at home and apart the cats are locked in boxes, it is not correct is abuse and mistreatment of animals even if it says that the payment a vaccine and blah blah .. is ridiculous.

Hats off to management for allowing us Vets to hold a meeting there. Nice clean large meeting room with double restrooms.Staff I encountered was very friendly and smiling. and if my wife didnt mind I could settle into a well established trailer park.God bless Jesus cares mm

Live here people still parking in the streets nothing being done weeds in peoples yard some 3 foot high. Fire hazard.

Nice 55+ mobile home park. Quiet and clean.have daily activities,games,and movies.Wonderful pool and hot tub.Office staff and fix it man very friendly.

Been looking at used & new homes when my friend moved late spring. I love her place & stuck on that. Friendly & quiet community. Lots of activities to choose daily. Inspiring.

Water pressure is not working again. At least twice a month. It is over 100 degrees and canty take a shower.

Lakeshore harass tenants its a ongoing thing I lived at a different mobile home park and was harrassrd constantly till I was forced to move now Im threatened with tresspassing for visiting my wife to be who still resides at the Rivieraobil home park a park owned by same Lakeshore

This place is very very quite. Very Clean Im very happy here. My friend Rex is 88yrs old and he lives this place his neighbors are nice and friendly. Graet place. I have never gave such a high review before.Thank you Rhonda Krisantz

Cozy little place in the daytime

Palm Grove MH Communiy has a quiet, old fashioned neighborly way of living. Most people have been here for over 25 years. Lots of people walk their dogs, I dont have one so when I hear them outside I come out and we talk a bit. I love both my neighbors! The one on the right even trims my weeds in the Summer. NO CRIMINALITY HERE! We have a strong Neighborhood Watch with a Captain in every street and 24 hour Security Services. They have activities at the Clubhouse that has been completely remodeled. We have Pantry 2-3 times a month! Free food! Im disabled and insomnia is one of my biggest issues. This place is so quiet I can sleep during the day as if it was nighttime! We have a wonderful new Management that is strict and IMPARTIAL to any issues that might come up. The pool and Jacuzzi are heavenly and not crowded. Of course, i like to go into the pool at night. So for the person that mentioned that the lot rents are too expensive you dont know what you are talking about because this place is HEAVENLY and its worth every penny to have the piece of mind i found here! Now, I understand why 90% of the residents have been living here happily, like a family for over 25 years!

The property needs to be cleaned, Palm trees are over grown and need to be cut. There are too many stray cats running around. And some people have dogs that bark all hours of the night.

Employees are nosey and old and grumpy and impatient
