Not to bad cant say anything bad about the place really quite but nothing spectacular

This place looks like a dump for old unkelp mobile homes. So many empty spaces in here. Trash all the streets, potholes in the streets and streets are not in kelp up.

A really bad place to live. Management is a bad joke. Should you try to get city officials involved in safety, or any other concerns, you will find no support or help. Best to avoid it at all costs.

This place is turning to trash. Yes they put lights in the entrance but what about the back side of the trailer park is super dark you cant go for a walk with out feeling like some crack head will jump out the bushes. The new rule with the pool being open only from 8am to 3:30pm weekdays is BS some parents are at work during that time during the day & are off weekends & pool is closed those days is ridiculous. Also the manager is super rude they need to replace her & put someone with good customer service.

Pretty chill community. Not much to worry about when it comes to crime. Pretty trustworthy neighbors. Pool could be cleaned a little more frequently. Other then that I like it.

I love it here!! Friendly staff excellent maintenance and very safe community. Plus its the only place I could find that doesnt have a pet deposit AND accepts pit bulls. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because there are a lot of stray cats that are always getting into my trash and peeing on my porch. Animal control wont take them away they say were in a test site meaning they pick them up spay and neuter them and bring them back. It sucks. But other than that I lobe it here its very quiet and its so close to my kids school I can walk them there!

I so want to move to this location . The administrative assistant Nereyda is very awesome about helping you out, very friendly and full of smiles. I love the positive attitude a very great place clean lots of space I think its a perfect place for us.

It would be nicer were there street lights, and a manager who wasnt rude and unhelpful! I have owned a home here for 20 years, and I WOULD NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!

If you love being in a 100+ degree home or meth head traffic this is the place for youIf you have kids or are elder its a bad placeIts been 2 months going for 3 months that my a.c. dose not get fixed I have a 1 yr old baby and it gets 100+ degrees inside everydayIve already called 6 times my wife 3 times to fix the a.c. they send a big man after 2 or 3 days he shows up at 8pm when its no longer 120+ outside dose nothing stands there looks at and then will blame it on you about the filter you useHe leavesI Call again call again after 4 days of calling he drives around every hour to see if you have left i see his van drive by every houronce you cant stand the heat of 100+ with your kids I leave then he will show up and leave a card on your door and dont answer his phoneApart from this there are 2 big meth houses with drug addicts walking in and out those houses 24-7 like a storeThey walk threw your yard looking for things to steal everyday you will see a new meth head or a meth head carrying something he just stole from someones car or yard

Bonanza be village need a new manager that manager that is there is just trating the people wrong and is having cars towd for no dam reason she will tell some people to move certain things of their house but she wont tell others to do so she has favoritism alot of people has complaints of her but they dont know who to complaint or were but I agree she is not doing her job get another manager

This place is dusty, and but quiet, didnt stay long enough to meet neighbors.

As far as trailers go these ones are huge and they are in really good condition as well

Currently living here, manager needs to be replaced, our A/C is not powerful enough to combat the heat. It gets 100 degrees inside with the A/C on. I have 2 small children an small pets. Also the washer is broken and has not been replaced or atleast fixed yet. Honestly the place has pontential, just without the manager, everytime we call nothing gets down till the 7th time calling, it took them 2 months to just fix the molding on a step inside the trailer and after replaced it popped out easily. Manager has a big attitude issue. Thinking about calling cide enforcement or the company that owns this place.Update: it takes getting the city called on them to have anything happen. We moved after 2 years of them never fixing anything the real way, they ever only do quick fixes. The ol lady manager is racist and a bit sexist. Currently they expect us to pay for damages that happened do to their lack of fixing prior issues. Every window leaks, ceiling leak, floor was caving in, ceiling was caving in. Carpet had to to be removed do to getting moldy from the leaks, there was black and white and green mold underneath. I have photo evidence of it all. They even had the audacity to raise rent without fixing any of the hability issues that they themselves put in the lease that they are responsible for fixing. Also they expect us to pay the rent still even though in the lease we signed it states that after keys are returned and property abandoned we no longer owe rent. Never signed their new lease or anything. If you want to live there be prepared to fix things yourself. I replaced carpet 2 times, they owe me 1200 but I wont ever see it.

I would give it a Minus 10 if I could.... This place keeps getting worst and worst ever since Matt left. The new manager seems to only care about how much money she can get out of the residents staying at the park.... Keeps coming up with ways to increase rent and also has tried to raise / collect for taxes also which we pay directly to Clark County. I would post pictures of the dangerous exposed live wires at the different office sites.

Lived in park for years. a few years back. pools are nice. security is gd. clean office. staff friendly. however manager nds inprovement. Ive never had prob with her. but over20 ppl in park dont want her here. its not h.o.a. should be all these rules to ppl who own there homes. cant grow grass? really. half to report if someone is visiting our home? rents need to go way down.anything over 600 is to much. come on there nice but they all and up keep & repairs. lot rents are over 100$. and a 99 $ move in is great. thats what I paid. no deposit. well back then there wasnt. ( matt the old man anger was Great! where is he? & o the manager Im told is a bit racist& judgemental. ( ppl I no in park have confirmed it) ppls yards and big clean up. thanks! & ya; m gonna rent again maybe.

Well we paid for the rent for our first month of June and when we went to show my brother the trailer it was infested with cockroaches!!! Not happy and will be getting our $ back!
