Affordable place to live for a normal size family of four. Most places have 2 to 3 families in one space this creates excessive street parking.Suprisenly quiet area most of the time. No crime, clean laundry room.Good Management personnel.

Quiet neighborhood area not so much

Before I moved to Sierra, I used to live in a cramped two bedroom two bath apartment. I had people above me, people below me and it was always noisy. I’ve been at Sierra for 5 years now & love the quiet & privacy. They’re doing a lot of work improving the park with new homes, new streets, new office. Most importantly my rent is less at Sierra by $300 a month versus the apartment. I intend to stay here as long as I can.

Management is very responsive and keeps the park nice. Some of these reviews on here complain about the rules, but these rules are what keeps the park from looking junky and also makes the park safe and relatively quiet and calm. I like the location too and the fact that it’s a smaller park.

This community is great, friendly, and inviting the management staff is great. I couldnt be happier. Ive only been here for under 4 months, but I plan on living here for a long time!

Nice mobile homes and a quiet community. They need to add a sign to make locating the neighborhood, from the main street, easier.

IThe office staff make sure the grounds are clean and tenants are happy and safe. Theyve put alot of money into the park and fixing things. There has been a huge parkside cleanup so thats helped beautify things. Definitely a little gem for the area. Wont find a better all ages park.

Very nice area & very gd location

The manager was gracious enough to give me a chance after seeing i had 2 evictions and was homeless the past 2 years because of those evictions. Within the first week of moving in she had my yard fenced just as she said she would.I love how peaceful it is here and not only that but you blink and miss the entrance. Very low key and cant beat the price. Honestly i think that susan just gets frustrated because people take her kindness for weakness. She has heart. One more thing...when my water heater went out she had somebody to my place and by the end of that work day the new water heater was installed. I feel very fortunate to have found this place. I have no complaints.

Sahara RV sold my 75 year old mother a RV that Blew up! BLEW UP IN 3 AND A HALF HOURS AFTER SHE PICKED IT UP!!! SAHARA RV SAID THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY! I AM OUT THERE WITH A BIG SIGN PICKETING THEM NOW! I WILL STAY A MONTH TILL EVERYONE KNOWS! THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE THAT RV BACK!!!!!!!##

Im currently still a renting a space here & I literally cant wait to finally move back to apartments. My husband & I bought the trailer from the park last year. We never lived in one, but the money we would potentially be saving is why we wanted to try it out. NEVER again. Not only do we stress out with how small it is or how hot it gets during the summer but we have the park manager on our backs about every little thing. The grass, I understand. But our yard is not leveled so it looks longer in certain areas because its higher. However, many of our neighbors have even longer grass. 3x longer & Im not exaggerating. We had a 2nd refrigerator outside, one that we used. But according to the manager, we arent allowed to have appliances outside. However its ok to have washers & dryers? So when I confronted her about it, she then told me that its ok if its in use. I corrected her & told her it was very much in use & that no one bothered asking us that either before writing us up. Then she complains about my husbands weights & bench, saying its basically a sore sight? Our lot doesnt look half as bad as 95% of the lots here. We dont have several cars piled up in our driveway that dont even run, we dont store unused furniture, appliances, miscellaneous junk outside either. But thats not what annoys me. My peeve is the WATER constantly being shut off. It cuts into my day. & its not once in awhile either. Last summer, the water was shut off for roughly 8 days or more in total. Just last week the water was shut off because there was a break in the pipes. This morning, another break in the pipes & the water is off again. I can only assume the manager is hiring cheap repairs & because of that, the pipes are only patched, only to break again. We are the ones who suffer. So if our lot rent doesnt go to the maintenance of the park, where does it go? Mind you theres really no amenities except the pool. If you think Im picking on the manager, see for yourself. My friend was thinking about renting one of the trailers here last year & went in to discuss the deal. She gave the manager the $20 application fee & was approved. But the deal that she sweetened to get my friend in was a lie. My friend confronted her about it & she threw the application in her face. Just yesterday, I went in to get applications for those who might be taking over the trailer & she continuously rolled her eyes at me, giving me straight attitude. All I asked was for a document with the names of those on the lease. She told her receptionist to write me up a document that only contained mine & my husbands names. Thats not what I asked for. I literally had to argue with her because she was refusing to give me a copy. I never had to deal with any who was this unprofessional until her.

Manager discriminates and does not follow NRS Laws.Manager also Harasses tenants. She also lives in back of office With husband and there is a rule on contract bout more than two pets but she has alot of cats in office and feeds stray cats and keeps them from leaving and will complain is you own a big dog bc of cats. they had water pipe repair (main Line) repair was going on for two weeks with out notice to tenants and no disregard for people. Maintenance people also harass if they dont like you. they told me to leave or they gonna make me leave my property bc i told them to get off my property. they told me legally its not mine they can enter and leave when they want and manager said the same thing. after this situation they had tow truck trying to tow my vehicle because my permit expired just a day and contract says tenant has two weeks. neighbors are also loud and rude. looks quite but its not manager does nothing about it AND needs to be put off her highhorse. not allowed to paint your HOME with out her permission. ITS HER RULES NOT THE CONTRACT RULES AND NOT THE NRS LAWSMANAGER OR OWNER WILL DELETE THIS THEY ALWAYS DO SO. THIS TIME MIGHT BE TIME TO CALL FAIR HOUSING AUTHORITIES .
