Gated community though gate is usually open so access is easy. Family has lived here comfortably for over 30 years. Watch out for cats and dogs as you drive through.

Not a bad place to live

My Daughter lives here and Many Friends.

I think having a gated community trailer park is a plus however, its not as good as it sounds. This Park could improve if they looked deeper into the tenants background checks, as one bad Apple can spolie the batch. In this case it seems it could be found definite.
