Beautiful place. But landlords are scammers! Lie to you AND charge you twice the rent. Poor people can be kicked out any minute .

SO I GO DURING OFFICE HOURS TO PAY MY RENT AND ITS CLOSED!DO I REALLY HAVE TO WAIT 3-4 HOURS + FOR THEM TO COME?!!AND THIS IS NOT ONLY ONE TIME ITS EVERY TIME. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE, WAITING THERE. I LIVED IN THIS PROPERTY FOR YEARS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE UNTIL NOW! BUT NOT SURE WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS MANAGEMENT. BUT IT SURE SUCKS!.. I CALLED THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE ON DEAN MARTIN & ALL THEY SAY IS MAYBE THERE WALKING ANOTHER PROPERTY ALL THE TIME I GO ? OR IS IT JUST MY BAD LUCK. I UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE THINGS TO DO, SAME HERE CANT BE WAITING HOURS TO MAKE A PAYMENT. IF YOU HAVE OFFICE HOURS YOU SHOULD RESPECT THEM!

Wonderful place

Its nice but the people there arent the nice ones in one side of the trawlers its nice and has lots if kids but the other side is dark and creepy......I wish I could give it a 1.5 stars but thats not possible
