This mobile home community was my first home, since I was born when my parents lived here in January of 1978. Very surprised that the park is still here after all these years! They lived in lot number 22 according to my birth certificate. Hopes this place sticks around for many more years to come as one day I may be able to visit again!

Very Nice place, well kept up and you will follow the Rules Because its a 55 plus park,and they dont play games,I love it,just bought a home there

The onsite manager explained to me some issues regarding the unfriendliness perception in this park. I agreed with him. He is doing what he can to improve the sales and property values. He is well organized and has things to be dealt with and these things are being done on a daily basis.

It is a fair 55+ manufactured home community. The neighborhood is fair. The amenities are weak compared to similar communities nearby; and limited use of clubhouse (even prior to covid) is a downer. But the rates are extremely reasonable, so dont pass by without a look.

The streetnames and layout is very confusing. Got a little lost but its nice and clean.

My Moms lived here for 3 years, nice community. The new management team is trying to fix up the park and sell all the mobile homes so they dont have to do maintenance on them. Oftentimes the hot tub and/or pool is shutdown.The maintenance and security crews are nice but the office people can be less than helpful and disrespectful.

Have any mobile home you are looking to purchase inspected prior to purchase. Park has been turned into a homeless encampment by new owners. I cant recommend living here unless you enjoy sleeping with one eye open.

Sand Creek Mobile Home Park staff very helpful and pallit there prices seem affordable for housing and space. The grounds are well keep and clean. I think you should go take a look for yourself.

I have lived here in the park since 1994 & the park was well maintained for awhile. It has been my home here.Since then the park has continued to GO down hill, the streets are poorly paved. The rent goes up yet there is no improvement to the park. Sorry to say

My parent moved here from Washington State and was the one helped find them a home here. Valerie and the other staff and maintenance people we extremely helpful in making their move as seamless as possible. My parent like here alot.

I live here and its quiet and patrol by security guard at night but not during the day it has a club house and pool with hot tub and pool table vending machine washer dryer

Use to be a nice friendly place to live, now with new management the manage is rude disrespectful of residents and making the lives of seniors, disable and elderly very difficult with no dialog or communication.

Most horrible experience in my life security harrasses every one that came to visit me .they would literally sit and watch for people to come to my place and harrsass them .

Slum Lords! The park was purchased about a year ago. Maintenance has gone down, down, down. Today they sent out a flier saying for the people that rent that they will no longer be responsible for minor repairs - examples including toilets, glass, interior appliances, faucets...

Sand Creek Manufactured Home Community (trailer park) is under new management. Again. As usual with a new owner, the space rental goes up. Again. The price is unfair, and, as usual, they have no plans to do anything for the renters in return. The new owners appear to be somewhat vindictive. If you question or complain about anything, they will find something to harass you about. We are losing people like mad and cannot afford to leave ourselves. Unfortunately, that leaves fewer tenants to fill their pockets and those of us left will probably wind up having to take up the slack. Its an unfortunate situation for people on a TRULY fixed income.
